Abstract

Banyubiru Tourism Village has a market potential that is able to attract tourists to come to the Merapi Valley Tradition Market. The market sells a variety of traditional specialties, traditional souvenirs, traditional utensils, and so on. However, in the promotional activities of this tourist village, it is still conventional and has not been touched by digital promotions, either in the form of websites or social media. This is the background for the community service program to create a website for the Merapi Valley Tradition Market in Banyubiru Tourism Village, Dukun District, Magelang Regency. The activity of making this website began with observations of the Head of RW, Head of RT and local residents to collect information about the Merapi Valley Traditional Market. After the website content components have been sufficient, proceed with the design and content of the Merapi Valley Traditional Market website. Furthermore, the implementation of website creation begins with the preparation of hosting and domains as well as the addition of SSL for website security. These components are needed so that the website can be accessed online by anyone who needs information. Hosting is a service for storing data, images, and files on a website. Domain is the website address. Additional security features SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is required to provide encryption security on the website. The process after implementation, namely uploading the website to the hosting that has been provided. The last is the handover of the website to the Management of the Merapi Valley Traditional Market. Making this website aims to make it easier for the wider community, both domestic and foreign tourists to get information about the cultural diversity in the Banyubiru Tourism Village, especially the culture in the Merapi Valley Tradition Market.

Abstract

The National Science Competition (KSN) in Economics is a national scale event that talented and outstanding high school students throughout Indonesia attend. KSN activities are an annual agenda of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology which is an opportunity for all students to show their best abilities in science and technology. Competition among students is getting tighter, the breadth and depth of material also requires students to study hard, not just from textbooks. To increase students' competence in dealing with KSN in the Economic Sector, the Community Service Team (PkM) of the Digital Business Study Program at AKPRIND University provides assistance and training to students at SMAN 1 Prambanan, Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta using sharing, discussion and question and answer methods. Through an integrated, harmonious, and synergistic approach, this activity involves internal and external stakeholders. The method of mentoring, guidance, refreshment material, and training to answer KSN Economics questions is practiced by a team of lecturers who have areas of expertise in the material presented. Evaluation of activities shows positive responses from students and success in improving their ability to understand Economics material and preparing themselves to face national-level competitions. The PkM implementation model has proven to be effective and needs to be continued, while future improvements can be focused on increasing cooperation between related parties and optimizing study time.

Abstract

Teknologi digital telah mengubah cara orang berinteraksi, bekerja, dan mengakses informasi. Kemampuan dalam menggunakan platform digital seperti media sosial, e-commerce, dan aplikasi produktivitas kini menjadi keterampilan dasar yang penting dalam era digital (Compeau et al., 1999). Pemanfaatan media digital memungkinkan masyarakat untuk menjalankan bisnis dengan modal yang relatif kecil. Misalnya, melalui pemasaran digital, usaha mikro dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, baik lokal maupun internasional. Pelatihan pada kegiatan ini penting untuk menambah pengetahuan masyarakat agar dapat memanfaatkan waktu dan peluang yang ada untuk dapat menambah penghasilan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. Pelatihan ini diadakan oleh Ruang Komunitas Digital Desa Kalurahan Kedungsari, Kecamatan Pengasih, Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Pelatihan literasi digital untuk meningkatkan penghasilan tambahan bagi masyarakat ini sangat penting dilakukan. Dengan memberikan wawasan mendalam sebagai dasar penggunaan media digital, masyarakat dapat membuka akses ke berbagai peluang ekonomi, seperti e-commerce, freelance, dan kewirausahaan online (Hobbs, 2017). Beberapa poin utama yang dapat disimpulkan dari pentingnya pelatihan literasi digital ini adalah  mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusi, mempersempit kesenjangan digital, meningkatkan kemandirian dan kewirausahaan, adaptasi terhadap transformasi pasar kerja, dan memanfaatkan sumber daya digital untuk penghasilan tambahan.
