Abstract

Kehadiran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) diyakini oleh banyak pihak sebagai salah satu hasil karya cipta teknologi paling berpengaruh dalam kehidupan manusia. Hingga saat ini, sudah banyak upaya pemanfaatan TIK yang dilakukan oleh perorangan, instansi pemerintah, maupun swasta, yaitu dengan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Berbasis Komputer/SIBK (Computer Based Information Systems/CBIS), baik pada sistem lingkup kecil dalam sebuah organisasi, lingkup nasional, regional, bahkan internasional/global. Umumnya, database yang digunakan di dalam berbagai SIBK yang digunakan oleh masing-masing sistem tersebut, sebagian besar akan melibatkan data-data yang terkait dengan identitas penduduk. Dan, setiap SIBK yang dikembangkan dilengkapi dengan suatu database yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan masing-masing SIBK, sehingga bersifat sektoral. Kondisi ini menimbulkan permasalahan, yakni terjadinya redudansi data identitas penduduk pada banyak SIBK, muncul banyak versi database identitas penduduk, dan semakin besar terjadinya potensi inkonsistensi data identitas penduduk sehingga mengakibatkan banyak versi hasil pengolahan data SIBK yang tidak akurat. Terkait dengan pengembangan sistem informasi kependudukan di Indonesia, Pemerintah telah mengupayakan sebuah alternatif solusi berupa penggunaan Single Identity Number (SIN) penduduk Indonesia, yang dimungkinkan untuk dimenfaatkan lebih lanjut untuk integrasi antar SIBK dengan memanfaatkan database penduduk dan SIN tersebut dalam rangka menghindari terjadinya inkonsistensi data identitas penduduk. Makalah ini merupakan hasil kajian yang menampilkan hasil sebuah model integrasi database antar SIBK dengan memanfaatkan data primer berupa data kependudukan nasional yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh berbagai instansi yang memerlukan data identitas penduduk dengan memanfaatkan identitas unik SIN yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Rancangan model integrasi database antar SIBK dirancang sedemikian rupa sehingga nilai-nilai kunci primer yang telah didefinisikan dan digunakan sebelumnya pada masing-masing database dalam berbagai SIBK dapat tetap digunakan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT     Fish Auction ( TPI ) Gempolsewu Village in Kendal as a place to conduct the auction of fish the fishermen who sell fish to consumers by intermediaries TPI . TPI is managed by KUD " Mina Jaya " and in the supervision of the Department of Marine Government Kendal . Constraints faced by TPI is usually caused because the board came late while the tender process has been conducted , resulting in personnel handling the tender process is reduced and inhibit the auction process and the data collection process of buying and selling is done manually so it takes a long time , pricing information can not be known society at large , and frequent data recording errors . This study builds web applications and sms integration gateway for sending information to many consumers and simultaneously TPI board . Applications built using the PHP programming language , MySQL database , and for Gammu SMS Gateway application , as well as Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 , Adobe Photoshop CS3 , and supporting software Xampp 1.6.8 . With this application the consumer does not have to come directly to TPI to know the latest price of fish and as a medium for ordering fish online services . Applications built features for data processing officers, members , fish , boat , and fish purchases and auctions . Applications are built to be developed to make the SMS auto-reply , displays the name of the sender and recipient of the SMS that has been stored in the phonebook , and SMS distinguish already and unread . Keywords: Gammu, MySQL, PHP, SMS Gateway, TPI Gempolsari.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTécnico Agrícola De Natarbora is one of the State Agricultural School which is located in the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, along with the increasing need for information and technology, the school requires the development of a computer network that can be developed easily and flexibly. Simulation and design of network technology of VLAN in the Técnico Agrícola De Natarbora using packet tracer. Efforts to overcome these problems continue to be undertaken by many parties. One alternative that can be used is an attempt to use technology Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN), with the hope of providing better results compared to LAN. VLAN is a logical function of the switch, which is a special function that is configured to use the software. This function will divide the network into several virtual networks that are physically still connected to the same switch. With this function, the computer network can be made without depending on its physical location, but based on the needs and functions. VLAN can be used to create a flexible network setting by segmenting the department in accordance with company and can only do a broadcast on a particular group without depending on the location of the workstation.  Keywords: LAN, VLAN, network performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Application of virtual card games honesty is a card game for children users is implemented on a computer using Adobe Flash CS3 software. This game uses cards with special design drawings using bright colors that fit with the character of children. Honesty card game aims to train a child to tell the truth to the actual conditions experienced. Honesty card games include questions related to good character, such as honest, loving environment, mutual cooperation, and friendship that should be answered by the player. The game also comes with a honesty card narrative story that will appear after the game is finished. The narrative story is a series of stories made up by a kid who wins the game. Honesty card game is designed to cover 4 story, consisting of 4 different kinds of basic colors, and 100 questions. This game can be played by two or three players. Honesty card games has been practiced by children Tempursari Elementary School to see what the kids about honesty game applications. The test results showed the application, the results of the 10 respondents 90% of children said that the application is easy to use and can capture the information conveyed through honesty card game apps, 80% of children claimed to understand the storyline in the game is good, 100% of children stated design view interesting applications, as well as 80% of children said that the application deserves played by children. Keywords : virtual card games honesty, ADOBE FLASH CS3

Abstract

ABSTRACT               At present more and more public places are provided hotspots area in order to attract consumers. Such facilities are generally only be used by a particular user is allowed, so needed a software to authenticate the prospective user prior to access to the Internet using hotspots area. Many alternative software options available, so that the necessary guidelines for choosing the right software to do security, one with the AAA system (Authentification, Authorized, Accounting). Abstract

ABSTRACTMahad Ali Bin Abi Talib is an educational institute based at the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta complexes are concentrated in Arabic and study education Keisalaman, and has been active for ten years. The problems that arise in Mahad Ali Bin Abi Talib is not the establishment of an integrated computerized system to manage the data academic faculty, courses, space, schedule, and employees that can be accessed by learners. This study develops an academic information system and an integrated digital database that can be accessed by learners. Abstract

ABSTRACTTIKI (express courier) is a domestic and international delivery service. TIKI itself already has a system which is running, it is a dynamic website system that can only be run by using the internet browser. Currently, the android’s operating system open source is growing rapidly and rising in popularity for competing bravely with other mobile operating systems such as ios, blackberry or windows phone. As the result, it encourages the android operating system to maximize its potential by creating a GPS (Geographic Positioning System) app like Google Maps to detect TIKI’s agent locations in Yogyakarta. The application is expected to facilitate TIKI users when opening the website, because the application can be run in mobile devices with android operating system.This application is expected to help users in tracking the package which has shipped with receipt number, by using receipt checking feature. The nearest from TIKI feature is a feature that can show the nearest route from the TIKI agent location and display where the location exactly is, with the blue marker appeared in maps.The aplication for TIKI’s agent location search is created by using the programming language PHP and a MySQL database processing. Abstract

ABSTRACTEase of obtaining information rooming house is one of the demands in the city of Yogyakarta, especially for newcomers such as students and students who need a place to stay temporarily. Migrants who wish to settle temporarily in the city of Yogyakarta usually face obstacles such as not knowing the area, or do not have a friend who can demonstrate appropriate boarding house. On the other hand, the availability of information technology can help users in many kinds of needs, including as a means of access to information that can be done easier, faster, cheaper, and safer. This study develops an application of geographic information systems (GIS) for a web-based help migrants in the city of Yogyakarta in the process of finding and booking boarding houses according to their needs, and help homeowners boarding house boarding in marketing online.
