Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the largest segment for national economic actors. MSME players can help the government reduce the number of unemployed people. So in Indonesia, micro, small and medium enterprises are often associated with government efforts to reduce unemployment, fight poverty, and equalize income. This research aims to identify the factors that influence the income of MSMEs in the city of Padang. The research design used in this research is causative research to identify factors that influence the income of micro, small and medium businesses in the city of Padang, where the research subjects used a purposive sampling approach with a margin of error of 5% so that the number of samples of micro and small business actors who have been and Having carried out digital promotions, the target was 385 respondents as measured by distributing a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis uses validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, F-tests and t-tests. The results of data analysis show that the role of government, capital, entrepreneurial competence and length of business have a significant effect, both partially and significantly, on MSME income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment have on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables at the Bukittinggi City Education Office. The data analysis method used a questionnaire, with a sample of 67 respondents. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. By circulating the questionnaire as many as 67 respondents. The results of the data analysis concluded that (a) transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significant level (0.000>0.05) (b) organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significant level (0.011 <0.05) ( c) transformational leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with a significant level (0.128 > 0.05) (d) organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with a significant level (0.188 > 0.05) (e) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant level (0.000 <0.05) (f) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction with a significant level (0.000 <0.05) (g) organizational commitment has a positive effect and significant to employee performance through job satisfaction with a significant level (0.012 <0.05

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and reward on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Suka Melaju. The sample in this study was taken using the saturated sample method. The number of samples used were 76 people. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). To test the hypothesis, the Path Coefficient is used, namely the test carried out to see the direct effect and the Indirect Effect, which is a test that aims to see the indirect effect. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Suka Melaju 2) giving rewards has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Suka Melaju. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suka Melaju. 4) Giving rewards has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Suka Melaju. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suka Melaju 6) Job Satisfaction mediates the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Suka Melaju 7) Job Satisfaction does not mediate the effect of giving rewards to employees at PT. Suka Melaju.Keywords: work environment, giving rewards, employee performance, job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors of leadership style and work motivation as employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable at PT Incasi Raya Padang. This method uses total sampling in which all populations are sampled with a total population and sample of 55 employees, from the sample who filled out the questionnaire as many as 55 employees. The analysis methods used in this study are Outer Model, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Reliability Assessment, and Inner Model Testing (Structural Model) using Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the results showed that leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT. Incasi Raya Padang, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Incasi Raya Padang, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance moderated by the work environment, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance moderated by the work environment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dari penelitian ini diperoleh data dari variabel yang akan diteliti pada karyawan PT. Perkebunan sawit Nusantara V yang berjumlah 288 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program Partical Least Square (PLS) SmartPLS 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini terbatas pada satu perusahaan dengan jumlah sampel yang terbatas, sehingga hasilnya tidak dapat digeneralisasi secara luas. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi perusahaan dan peneliti selanjutnya.
