Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and reward on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Suka Melaju. The sample in this study was taken using the saturated sample method. The number of samples used were 76 people. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). To test the hypothesis, the Path Coefficient is used, namely the test carried out to see the direct effect and the Indirect Effect, which is a test that aims to see the indirect effect. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Suka Melaju 2) giving rewards has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Suka Melaju. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suka Melaju. 4) Giving rewards has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Suka Melaju. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suka Melaju 6) Job Satisfaction mediates the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Suka Melaju 7) Job Satisfaction does not mediate the effect of giving rewards to employees at PT. Suka Melaju.Keywords: work environment, giving rewards, employee performance, job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of continuous feedback systems on employee engagement and performance within PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk, a leading tobacco company in Indonesia. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from a sample of 70 employees through surveys. The analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software to examine the direct and indirect effects of continuous feedback systems and employee job satisfaction on employee engagement and performance. The results indicate significant direct effects of continuous feedback systems on both employee engagement and performance. Moreover, employee engagement was found to mediate the relationship between continuous feedback systems and performance. However, the indirect effect of employee job satisfaction on performance through engagement was nonsignificant. These findings highlight the importance of continuous feedback systems in fostering employee engagement and performance within the organization, suggesting the need for organizations to prioritize the implementation of effective feedback mechanisms to enhance workforce effectiveness and organizational success.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has been plaguing Indonesia since 2020 has affected many people, particularly MSME. These MSME have an important role to play in boosting the local economy and improving the quality of life for everyone. Businesses can exist and compete thanks in part to their ability to compete and market their products effectively. Since the pandemic, many micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) have turned to e-commerce in an attempt to increase sales. However, the MSME actors' ability to use technology is still low. Changing the marketing model is a necessity for business actors who wish to have their products compete on the global market. Padang City Acrylic Craft business actors have a lot of issues when it comes to product marketing, and they still rely on traditional marketing and don't use social media effectively. The goal of this activity is to educate MSME owners about the advantages of social media marketing and teach them how to use social media to boost their product sales. Training and mentoring are the primary approaches. It is also possible to use social media to promote and market products as a result of these activities.

Abstract

The influence of product quality, price and service on sales levels at PT. Kurnia Garam Sejahtera in Padang City, under the guidance of Mr. Dr. Yulasmi, S.E., M.M and Mrs. Ai Elis Karlinda, S.E., M.M. This research aims to determine and try to analyze the influence of product quality, price and service on sales levels at PT. Karnia Garam Sejahtera in Padang City. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are consumers of PT. Karnia Garam Sejahtera in Padang City. The research results found that there was a positive and significant influence between product quality and sales levels. There is a negative and significant influence between Price and Sales Level. There is a positive and significant influence between Service and Sales Level. There is a joint influence of Product Quality, Price and Service on Sales Levels.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Motivasi dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada MAN 3 Pasaman Barat.Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.1 Dengan mengedarkan kuesioner sebanyak 40 Responden.Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan,bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja.Semangat Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak singnifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Semangat kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak singnifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru. Motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifkan terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Servant Leadership, Leader Member Exchange, Dan Locus Of Control terhadap Kinerja Guru Dengan Work Life Balance Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada SMAN 3 Lengayang, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Metode yyang digunakan adalah Analisis Sructural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Dengan mengedarkan kuesioner sebanyak 47 responden. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu: 1) Servant leadership tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap work life balance pada SMAN 3 Lengayang. 2) Leader member exchange berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap work life balance pada SMAN 3 Lengayang. 3) Locus of control berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap work life balance pada SMAN 3 Lengayang. 4) Servant leadership berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMAN 3 Lengayang. 5) Leader member exchange tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMAN 3 Lengayang. 6) Locus of control berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMAN 3 Lengayang. 7) Work life balance berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMAN 3 Lengayang. 8) Servant leadership tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui work life balance pada SMAN 3 Lengayang. 9) Leader member exchange berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui work life balance pada SMAN 3 Lengayang. 10) Locus of control berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui work life balance pada SMAN 3 Lengayang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan berusaha menganalisis Pengaruh Brand image Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dengan Kepuasan Konsumen Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Motor Beat Dealer Honda Cempaka Motor Muaro Sijunjung. Penelitian ini adalah model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu analisi SmartPLS 3.0. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah Konsumen Motor Beat Dealer Honda Cempaka Motor Muaro Sijunjung. Hasil penelitian menemukan Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan Brand image terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan Brand image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kepuasan Konsumen mampu memediasi Brand image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kepuasan Konsumen mampu memediasi Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.
