Abstract

Abstract. In an increasingly complex and fast-changing business era, companies face intense competitive to achieve and maintain competitive advantage. The role of human resources in a company's success is becoming increasingly important, not only as an operational cost but also as a strategic asset that provides sustainable competitive advantage. This study aims to determine the effect of Human Capital Management on Employee Performance at PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering Bandung. The research method used is quantitative research method. Sampling technique by random sampling using the slovin formula, the sample of respondents in this study was adjusted as many as 69 people. The statistical analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, heterokedastitas test, descriptive analysis, t test and determination coefficient test (R2). Measured using SPSS version 26 and Microsoft Excel 2016 software. Based on the results of research through regression analysis using the Human Capital Management variable t test, the result is 2,382 and a significance of 0.020, so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Human Capital Management on Employee Performance at PT Hariff DTE Bandung. In addition, the R² value of 0.078 shows that Human Capital Management has a 7.8% effect on employee performance. In conclusion, the higher the quality of Human Capital Management, the higher the resulting employee performance. Abstrak. Dalam era bisnis yang semakin kompleks dan cepat berubah, perusahaan menghadapi persaingan yang ketat untuk mencapai dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Peran sumber daya manusia dalam kesuksesan perusahaan menjadi semakin penting, bukan hanya sebagai biaya operasional tetapi juga sebagai aset strategis yang memberikan keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Human Capital Management terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, sampel yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini disesuaikan sebanyak 69 orang. Metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji liniearitas, uji heterokedastitas, analisis deksriptif, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Diukur dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26 dan Microsoft Excel 2016. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui analisis regresi dengan menggunakan uji t variabel Human Capital Management, didapatkan hasil sebesar 2.382 dan signifikansi 0,020, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Human Capital Management terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Hariff DTE Bandung. Selain itu, nilai R² sebesar 0.078 menunjukkan bahwa Human Capital Management berpengaruh 7.8% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulannya, semakin tinggi kualitas Human Capital Management, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Groups, comprising two or more interacting individuals, exert mutual influence on each other's behavior. This influence can be both positive and negative, affecting group cohesion. Negative effects may include dysfunctions like special interests, norm violations, role ambiguity, and kemalasan sosial. Social loafing involves an individual reducing effort when working collectively with others. It's a habitual behavior where one person's low contribution influences others. The study aims to investigate how difficulty in task distribution influences perceived inequality in contributions. Hypotheses were formulated to test the influence of Costs/Inconvenience, Coercion, and their combined effect on Kemalasan sosial. Results showed a significant positive influence of Costs/Inconvenience and Coercion on Social Loafing. Costs/Inconvenience had a greater individual impact. Respondents faced challenges in adjusting group work schedules, leading to rushed tasks and a perception of social loafing.
