Abstract

Business competition that is getting tougher in the digitalization 5.0 era requires companies to further improve their business performance, especially in the aspect of supply chain management. Logistics, which is a critical process in supply chain management, needs to be made into an integrated system from upstream to downstream. Logistics activities which include distributing goods, managing warehousing, and managing consumer orders are of concern to the entire industry, including the FMCG industry. This study used a quantitative method using multiple regression analysis. The company used as a case study is a multinational FMCG company. Descriptive quantitative to describe a symptom, event, and incident that occurs when the attempt is made to photograph the events and incidents that are the center of attention of the researcher and then describe them as they are. This study focuses on logistics activities that become variables, namely transportation, handling and storage, and product availability. The results showed that transportation, handling and storage, and product availability. greatly affect the logistics performance of FMCG companies.

Abstract

Abstract. The teacher as a person who should be admired and imitated is required to be able to carry out his role and function properly, because all the actions and behavior of the teacher will be an example and role model for students to see. The teacher is a role model for students, how can students have self-discipline if the teacher who is used as an example or model does not have good discipline. Therefore, the discussion about discipline and what factors influence teacher discipline must receive special attention. This study aims to determine whether the exemplary leadership, remuneration and strict supervision affect teacher discipline at SMAN 1 Patokbeusi and SMAN 1 Ciasem. This type of research used is quantitative research. Quantitative research was conducted using survey methods. In this study, the population was civil servant teachers at SMAN 1 Patokbeusi and SMAN 1 Ciasem totaling 40 teachers and the number of samples in this study were 40 civil servant teachers at SMAN 1 Patokbeusi and SMAN 1 Ciasem. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the role model of leadership, remuneration and strict supervision have a significant effect simultaneously, the amount of influence exerted by the variable leadership model, remuneration and strict supervision of discipline simultaneously is 86.7%. Based on the coefficient of determination, partially the biggest influence contribution is the tight supervision variable, which is equal to 46.48%, followed by the leadership model variable, which is equal to 40.06%. While the influence contribution given by the remuneration variable is 0.01% or it can be said that it does not affect discipline. Abstrak. Guru sebagai orang yang patut digugu dan ditiru dituntut agar bisa menjalankan peran dan fungsinya dengan baik, karena semua tindakan dan tingkah laku guru itulah yang akan menjadi contoh dan suri tauladan yang dilihat oleh peserta didik. Guru sebagai teladan bagi siswa, bagaimana mungkin siswa memiliki disiplin diri jika guru yang dijadikan teladan atau model belum memiliki disiplin yang baik. Oleh karena itu pembahasan tentang disiplin dan faktor yang mempengaruhi disiplin guru harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah teladan pimpinan, balas jasa dan waskat mempengaruhi kedisiplinan guru di SMAN 1 Patokbeusi dan SMAN 1 Ciasem. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi adalah guru PNS di SMAN 1 Patokbeusi dan SMAN 1 Ciasem berjumlah 40 guru dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 guru pegawai negeri sipil di SMAN 1 Patokbeusi dan SMAN 1 Ciasem. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan teladan pimpinan, balas jasa dan waskat berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan, besaran pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel teladan pimpinan, balas jasa dan waskat terhadap disiplin secara simultan yaitu 86,7%. Bedasarkan koefisien determinasi secara parsial kontribusi pengaruh terbesar adalah variabel waskat yaitu sebesar 46,48% lalu diikuti oleh variabel teladan pimpinan yaitu sebesar 40,06%. Sedangkan kontribusi pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel balas jasa sebesar 0,01% atau bisa dikatakan tidak mempengaruhi disiplin.

Abstract

Abstract. Basically, the main objective of human resource management is to ensure that people work at the highest level and are effective in carrying out their duties for a company, making it easier for the company as a whole to achieve its goals. A person's performance is considered very important for both employees and the company as a form of business in achieving success. As a result, it is very important to have motivating factors to improve employee performance in order to maximize the amount of work done. This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee performance, the effect of financial compensation on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and the effect of financial compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. While the method used in this study is a quantitative method, hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis. Data analysis used SPSS software version 25. This research was conducted at Gumilang Regency Hotel, Bandung City. The number of samples from this study were all hotel employees, totaling 50 people, and using the census method where all members of the population were sampled. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis techniques and verification analysis techniques. Based on the results of the research that has been done by researchers, it can be concluded that the direct effect of financial compensation on employee performance is 30.6%. While the indirect effect of financial compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction is 32.5%. Abstrak. Pada dasarnya, tujuan utama pengelolaan sumber daya manusia adalah untuk memastikan bahwa orang bekerja pada tingkat tertinggi dan efektif dalam melaksanakan tugas mereka untuk sebuah perusahaan, sehingga lebih mudah bagi perusahaan secara keseluruhan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Kinerja seseorang dianggap sangat penting baik bagi karyawan maupun perusahaan sebagai salah satu bentuk usaha dalam mencapai kesuksesan. Akibatnya, sangat penting untuk memiliki faktor motivator untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan untuk memaksimalkan jumlah pekerjaan yang dilakukan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Analisis data menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Gumilang Regency Hotel Kota Bandung. Jumlah sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan hotel yang berjumlah 50 orang, dan menggunakan metode sensus dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknis analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis verifikatif. Berdasarkan hasil penilitian yang telah peneliti lakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh langsung kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 30.6%.Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebesar 32.5%.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine how mmuch influence workload has on employee performance at Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater, how much influence work motivation has on employees, how much influence workload has on employee performance, and the effect of workload on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable for employees of Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification analysis, using a quantitative approach, and using survey method. Data collection techniques were obtained through distributing questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data management uses SPSS 25 softwere. Respondent in this study were Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater employees, totaling 198 respondent. Based on the result of the study it was concluded that the workload of the employees of Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater was included in the moderate category. The work motivation of Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater employees is included in the high category. The employee performance of Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater is included in the high category. Partially, workload has a positive effect on employee performance at Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant on employee performance at Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater. Partially, workload has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater. The result of the path test show that workload has a direct effect on employee performance, it also has a indirect effect, namely from workload to work motivation then on employee performance. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant effect of workload and work motivation on the performance of Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater employee. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater, seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater, serta pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan di Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengelolaan data menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 25. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan di Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater yang berjumlah 198 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa beban kerja karyawan di Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Motivasi Kerja karyawan di Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Kinerja karyawan di Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Secara parsial beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater. Secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater. Secara parsial beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Hasil uji Path menunjukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, juga berpengaruh tidak langsung yaitu dari beban kerja ke motivasi kerja lalu ke kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan beban kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater.

Abstract

Abstract. Performance is a result that needs to be achieved properly by employees. To obtain good performance, it is influenced by various factors, including emotional intelligence and work stress. This study aims to determine the level of emotional intelligence, work stress and employee performance and how the effect of emotional intelligence and work stress on employee performance at PT. Bank X Bandung City Branch Office partially and simultaneously. Researchers used descriptive analysis techniques and verification methods using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees with a total of 60 employees. With the non-probability sampling technique so that the entire population is used as a sample. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and verification analysis techniques. The results of the study show that emotional intelligence and stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect, and work stress partially has a positive effect on employee performance. The level of emotional intelligence is in the very good category, the level of work stress is in the very poor category and the employee's performance is in the very good category. It can be interpreted that there is an influence between the variables of emotional intelligence and work stress on the performance of employees at PT. Bank X Bandung City Branch Office. Abstrak. Kinerja merupakan suatu hasil yang perlu dicapai secara baik oleh karyawan, Untuk memperoleh kinerja yang baik maka hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecerdasan emosional, stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan serta bagaimana pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank X Kantor Cabang Kota Bandung secara parsial dan simultan. Peneliti menggunakan metode teknik analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah 60 karyawan. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan melalui teknik analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan, dan stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tingkat kecerdasan emosional pada kategori sangat baik, tingkat stres kerja pada kategori sangat kurang baik dan kinerja karyawan pada kategori sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank X Kantor Cabang Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Today, the importance of sustainability is increasing as environmental issues have become a concern for both businesses and consumers. Companies must swiftly comprehend the idea of sustainability and begin to assess themselves as businesses need to make a profit to survive, but to be sustainable, they need to balance the other two priorities, namely people and the planet. Hence, the idea of sustainable marketing has emerged. It focuses on the need to practice sustainability as well as to meet the needs, without harming future generations, by having green movement as core business goals. This study aims to identify the influence of sustainability marketing mix in purchasing decisions towards green personal care products, The Body Shop, in the Indonesian context and to reveal the role of consumer’s green attitudes as moderating variable. This is a quantitative research. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique consists of testing the validity and reliability, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing and moderated regression analysis. The findings show that the sustainability marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for green products in Indonesia, moderated by consumer’s green attitude.

Abstract

Abstract. PT Tectona Cipta Niaga is a company engaged in the convection sector which already has partners in almost all of Indonesia. high workload,work life balance difficult to achieve thereby reducing employee job satisfaction. Based on this phenomenon, the problem with this research is formulated as follows (1) How is the workload of PT Tectona Cipta Niaga's employees? (2) How is the work life balance of the employees of PT Tectona Cipta Niaga? (3) What is the job satisfaction of PT Tectona Cipta Niaga's employees? (4) How big is the effect of workload on job satisfaction of employees of PT Tectona Cipta Niaga? (5) How big is the influence of workload on work life balance employees of PT Tectona Cipta Niaga? (6) How much influence work life balance on job satisfaction of employees of PT Tectona Cipta Niaga? (7) How much influence does workload have on job satisfaction of employees of PT Tectona Cipta Niaga mediated by work life balance? The method used is the interview method, then conducting a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The object of this research is PT Tectona Cipta Niaga with a total of 84 employees as respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling. There are four hypotheses formulated in this study. The technique used to test the hypothesis is the t test, f test, and sobel test path analysis (path analysis). The research results show that workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a positive and significant effect on work life balance, work life balance positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and work life balance able to mediate the effect of workload on job satisfaction of PT Tectona Cipta Niaga. Abstract. PT Tectona Cipta Niaga merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang konveksi yang sudah memiliki mitra hampir diseluruh Indonesia. Tingginya beban kerja, work life balance yang sulit tercapai sehingga menurunkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. berdasarkan fenomena tersebut permasalhan padan penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut (1) Bagaimana beban kerja karyawan PT Tectona Cipta Niaga? (2) Bagimana work life balance karyawan PT Tectona Cipta Niaga? (3) Bagaimana kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Tectona Cipta Niaga? (4) Seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Tectona Cipta Niaga? (5) Seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja terhadap work life balance karyawan PT Tectona Cipta Niaga? (6) Seberapa besar pengaruh work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Tectona Cipta Niaga? (7) Seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Tectona Cipta Niaga dimediasi oleh work life balance? Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode wawancara, lalu melakukan survey dengan alat berupa kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT Tectona Cipta Niaga dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 84 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah probability sampling. Terdapat empat hipotesis yang dirumuskan pada penelitian ini. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji t, uji f, uji sobel dan path analysis (analisis jalur). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work life balance, work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan work life balance mampu memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Tectona Cipta Niaga.

Abstract. In conditions of competitive business competition requires companies to manage skilled human resources to adapt in all conditions. The high turnover rate is caused by several factors that underlie employees leaving the company because they feel dissatisfied. This study aims to determine 1) salary satisfaction at PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara Bandung City. 2) workload at PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara, Bandung City. 3) turnover intention at PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara, Bandung City. 4) salary satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara Bandung City. 5) workload on employee turnover intention at PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara Bandung City. 6) salary satisfaction and workload on turnover intention at PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara Bandung City. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification method, with this type of research using a quantitative research approach and data processing method SPSS version 25. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, observation and interviews. The sample used in this research is saturated sampling with non-probability sampling technique. Then the samples taken amounted to 43 respondents. Abstrak. Dalam kondisi persaingan bisnis yang kompetitif mengharuskan perusahaan untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia yang terampil untuk adaptasi dalam segala kondisi. Tingginya tingkat turnover disebabkan beberapa faktor yang melandasi karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan karena merasakan ketidakpuasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) kepuasan gaji pada PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara Kota Bandung. 2) beban kerja pada PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara Kota Bandung. 3) turnover intention pada PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara Kota Bandung. 4) kepuasan gaji terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara Kota Bandung. 5) beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara Kota Bandung. 6) kepuasan gaji dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode pengolahan data SPSS versi 25. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sampling jenuh dengan teknik sampel Nonprobability Sampling. Maka sampel yang diambil berjumlah 43 responden.

Abstract

Abstract. Companies really need competent human resources, especially in this era of globalization. All business organizations must be ready to adapt and strengthen themselves in order to compete so that they are able to answer all challenges in the future. Job satisfaction is considered as one aspect of employee success and expertise to achieve the goals set by the company, so employees and companies are a form of effort to achieve a comfortable workplace. The objectives of this study can be described as follows: 1) To find out the work-life balance of Tunas Harapan Transport Company Employees in Bandung City. 2) To find out the job satisfaction of Tunas Harapan Transport Company Employees in Bandung City. 3) To determine the magnitude of the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction of Tunas Harapan Transport Company Employees in Bandung City. The population in this study that will be used in this study is 51 employees of the Tunas Harapan Transport Company. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. Using descriptive analysis methods and verifiative analysis assisted by SPSS software.. Based on research that researchers have done that 1) Work Life Balance with a very good category. 2) Job satisfaction of employees with excellent categories. 3) Work Life Balance has a positive effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Job Satisfaction. Abstrak. Perusahaan sangat membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, terutama di era globalisasi ini. Semua organisasi bisnis harus siap beradaptasi dan memperkuat diri agar dapat bersaing sehingga mampu menjawab semua tantangan di masa yang akan datang. Kepuasan kerja dianggap sebagai salah satu aspek dari kesuksesan dan keahlian karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan, sehingga karyawan dan perusahaan adalah bentuk upaya untuk mencapai tempat kerja yang nyaman. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini dapat peneliti uraikan sebagai berikut: 1) Untuk mengetahui work life balance Karyawan Perusahaan Angkutan Tunas Harapan di Kota Bandung. 2) Untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja Karyawan Perusahaan Angkutan Tunas Harapan di Kota Bandung. 3) Untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja Karyawan Perusahaan Angkutan Tunas Harapan di Kota Bandung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Perusahaan Angkutan Tunas Harapan sebanyak 51 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif yang di bantu oleh software SPSS. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah peneliti lakukan bahwa 1) Work Life Balance dengan kategori yang sangat baik. 2) Kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan kategori sangat baik. 3) Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif terhadap varibel terikat yaitu Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract. Employee job satisfaction is one of the important aspects for employees to stay happy and also give their best level. Increased employee job satisfaction can be influenced by situational leadership and work motivation. With high leadership and motivation will encourage employees to work in a disciplined manner which will ultimately encourage job satisfaction. This study aims to determine how the condition of situational leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction at PT. Agro Perkasa and to determine the effect of situational leadership's , work motivation on job satisfaction . The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and verification using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained by distributing questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique as many as 30 respondents, namely employees of PT. Agro Perkasa. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using multiplelinear regression, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study conclude that 1) The effect of situational leadership (X1) on PT. Agro Perkasa is categorized as very high 2) The effect of work motivation on PT. Agro Perkasa is categorized as very high 3) The effect of employee job satisfaction at PT. Agro Perkasa is categorized as very high 4) There is an influence of situational leadership's on job satisfaction of employeesof PT. Agro Perkasa 5) There is aninfluence of work motivation on employee satisfaction at PT. Agro Perkasa 6) There is an influence of situational leadership and work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Agro Perkasa. Abstrak. Kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek penting bagi karyawan untuk tetap bahagia dan juga memberikan level terbaik mereka. Peningkatan kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan situasional dan motivasi kerja. Dengan kepemimpinan dan motivasi yang tinggi akan mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja secara disiplin yang akhirnya akan mendorong kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi kepemimpinan situasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja pada PT. Agro Perkasa serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional, motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh sebanyak 30 responden yaitu karyawan PT. Agro Perkasa. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkam bahwa 1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional (X1) pada PT. Agro Perkasa dikategorikan sangat tinggi 2) Pengaruh motivasi kerja pada PT. Agro Perkasa dikategorikan sangat tinggi 3) Pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Agro Perkasa dikategorikan sangat tinggi 4) Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Agro Perkasa 5) Terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan karyawan PT. Agro Perkasa 6) Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Agro Perkasa.
