Abstract

Human resource development is needed to improv employee performance, especially at PT. Kencana Hijau Binalestari. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, compensation, and work environment to work environment of PT. Kencana Hijau Binalestari. This research is a quantitative research is all employees of PT. Kencana Hijau Binalestari a number of 40 employees. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique, where the the entire population is sampled. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistic, instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypotesis testing with mutiple linear regressionusing the help of IMB SPSS Statistic version 20 program. The result of this study partially showed that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work environment  has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The result of the research simltaneously shows leaderhip, compensation, dan work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kencana Hijau Binalestari.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Promosi, dan Desain Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Minuman Yotta di Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah Responden yang digunakan pada penelitian inisebanyak 200 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunkan adalah kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif berupa uji validitas, uji rentabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan serta uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kemudian promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial dan secara parsial desain produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan kualitas produk, promosi, dan desain produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelin Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Promosi, Desain Produk, Keputusan Pembelian Abstract This research aims to find out how product quality, promotion and product design influence the decision to purchase Yotta drinks in Makassar City. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of respondents used in this research was 200 people. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis in the form of validity tests, profitability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, partial tests, simultaneous tests and coefficient of determination tests using SPSS. The results of this research show that partially product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, then promotion has a partial positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and partially product design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, product quality, promotion and product design simultaneously have a positive influence on purchasing decisions Keywords: Product Quality, Promotion, Product Design, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust and perceived risk on purchasing decisions at E-commerce Shopee partially and simultaneously. The sample used was 100 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test, test of the coefficient of determination. The Trust variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, the Perceived Of Risk variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. the dependent variable of purchasing decisions can be explained by variables consisting of Trust and Perceived Of Risk, the rest is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Shopee E-Commerce on Sales Volume in the Makassar League. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach, in the Store League located on Jalan Yusuf Dg. Ngawing No. 9B, Tidung Village, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The research was conducted using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The object of this research is E-Commerce Shopee Liga Store Makassar. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data test techniques used as test tools in this study are validity test, realism, normalias test, simple linear regression analysis, partial test (T test), determination coefficient test. The sample used in this study is the customer dishopee of the Liga Store. The overall results of the study show that Shopee E-Commerce has a significant effect on Sales Volume in the Liga Store.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and leadership on employee work discipline at the Pompengan Jeneberang River Basin Office (BBWS) in Makassar. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, the sample used is 80 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using statistical product and service (SPSS) 25. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee work discipline at the Pompengan Jeneberang River Basin Office. Leadership also has a positive and significant influence on employee work discipline at the Pompengan Jeneberang River Basin Office. Work motivation and leadership together have a significant influence on employee productivity at the Pompengan Jeneberang River Basin Office. Thus, the implementation of an effective leadership style and strategies to increase work motivation can be a solution in improving employee discipline and performance, which in turn will improve the quality of service and work results in government agencies. This study is expected to provide insight for further research on the factors that influence work discipline in the public sector.
