Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Warung Bakso Iwan di Tana Toraja secara parsial dan simultan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden yang telah dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan terlebih dahulu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan penyebaran kusioner/angket. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asmusi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji koefisien determinan. Variabel kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, variabel harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen adalah variabel kualitas produk dan yang paling sedikit mempengaruhi adalah kualitas pelayanan. Variabel terikat kepuasan konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel yang terdiri dari kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga, sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction factors both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the office of PT Permata Finance Indonesia Makassar Branch, and to determine which job satisfaction factors have a greater influence on employee performance. The independent variable in this study is the job satisfaction factor which consists of the work itself, colleagues, rewards, and supervision, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample in this study were 31 respondents. This research is a quantitative study and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the data processing tool IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that 1) The job satisfaction factor which consists of the work variable itself does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while the other three factors which consist of co-worker variables, rewards and supervision have a significant effect on employee performance. 2) Simultaneously the four independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Reward is a factor of job satisfaction that has a greater influence on employee performance at the PT Permata Finance Indonesia Makassar Branch office. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the QRIS digital payment system on sales in the kopma store 1 business unit of the Alma Mater Student Cooperative of Makassar State University. The respondents in this study were as many as 100 consumers of Kopma Store 1 Makassar State University who made transactions using digital QRIS. This type of research uses a type of quantitative research with purposive sampling techniques as sampling techniques using certain considerations in accordance with the desired criteria to be able to determine the number of samples to be studied. In the sense that the sample taken is consumers who use the QRIS digital payment system. The data collection used are questionnaires, observations and documentation. The analysis method in this study uses instrument tests (validity tests, reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests, heteroscadacity tests, linearity tests), hypothesis tests (determination coefficient tests, and t tests. The results of this study show that the QRIS digital payment system has a positive and significant effect on sales at the Kopma Store 1 Business Union of the Student Cooperative "Alamamater" Makassar State University. It is known that the value of t-count 33.238>t-table 2.302 with a significant value of 0.00<0.05 which means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected in other words the variable QRIS digital payment system has a positive and significant effect on sales.

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation on employee performance; the influence of work discipline on employee performance; and the combined influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Unggul Widya Teknologi Lestari. The subjects of this study consist of 125 employees of PMKS Agri Baras at PT. Unggul Widya Teknologi Lestari. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire.

Abstract

This research is to find out whether there is an allocation of village funds towards the welfare of the people of Batu Kede village, Masalle District. This research is quantitative research. The sample in this research was the community of Batu Kede Village, Masalle District, totaling 65 families. The hypothesis test in this study used a simple regression test and obtained the results, namely: Based on the results of the hypothesis test using simple regression analysis, it shows that the allocation of village funds has an effect on the welfare of the people of Batu Kede Village, Masalle District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the work productivity of the Bulukumba Education and Culture Office employees. The population in this study were employees of the Bulukumba Education and Culture Office as many as 45 respondents. The number of samples is 45 employees of the Education and Culture Office of Bulukumba. The data analysis technique that the writer uses in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection used is by using a questionnaire given to respondents. The data is processed using SPSS 21.0 for windows. Then, based on the results of the study showed that the variable job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of the Bulukumba Education and Culture Office employees. which means that the perceived job satisfaction can increase the productivity of an employee at work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust and perceived risk on purchasing decisions at E-commerce Shopee partially and simultaneously. The sample used was 100 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test, test of the coefficient of determination. The Trust variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, the Perceived Of Risk variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. the dependent variable of purchasing decisions can be explained by variables consisting of Trust and Perceived Of Risk, the rest is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the recruitment system has a partial effect on increasing employee productivity at the Banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng district. (2) Knowing that employee performance has a partial effect on increasing employee productivity at the banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng regency. (3) Knowing the recruitment system and employee performance simultaneously influence the increase in employee productivity at the Banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng regency. This research was conducted at the Banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng district. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, with a total sample of 30 people. The results of the research hypothesis show that the recruitment system has a partial effect on employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency. This result means that with a good recruitment system, there will be an increase in Employee Productivity. The results of the research hypothesis show that employee performance has a partial effect on employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency. This result means that with good performance, there will be an increase in Employee Productivity. The results of the research hypothesis show that the recruitment system and employee performance simultaneously influence employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (3) determine the influence of motivation and work discipline jointly on employee performance in the Gantarangkeke sub-district office, Gantarangkeke district, Bantaeng regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that are distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample size of 41 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that the work motivation variable obtained t-count 2.552 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, then H1 is accepted, which means that the work motivation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance variable. While the work discipline variable obtained t-count 7.189 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted which means the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables. Based on the research results it is known that the performance variable, obtained f-count 35.267, where the value is greater than f-table 3.24. And a significant value of 0.000 indicates that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on performance variables together. t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted, which means that the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee productivity at PT Citra Sinar Harapan Maros Regency. This type of research is quantitative As for the population with a total of 100 employees with a sample obtained of 50 employees at. The sampling technique used uses the slovin formula. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. The data analysis technique uses simple regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity at PT Citra Sinar Harapan Maros City. This can be proven based on the regression analysis obtained a constant value of 13.686 and a regression coefficient X of 0.626 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.324 or (32.4%).
