Abstract

The model which was widely known and describes the concept of service quality is the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) model proposed by Parasuraman et al (1985). However, this model has a limitation, because its application merely for service providers in the business sector, not for service providers in the public sector and service providers in the education sector. In education sector, facilitators are always involved in interpersonal interaction with the training participants. Some researchers agree to uncover the relationship between the emotional intelligence of service providers and service quality. Based on the literature review, there are limited studies in the field of education and training of the Civil Service Apparatus, especially regarding the relationship between emotional intelligence and service quality. Thus, this study aims to reveal the effect of facilitators’ emotional intelligence on service quality with respondents from participants of Basic Education and Training (Diklatsar), Leadership Education and Training 3 (Diklatpim 3), and Leadership and Education Training 4 (Diklatpim 4) at HRDA Province. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample size in this study was 462 people who were collected through a survey with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is SEM through a two-stage approach. The results showed that the facilitators’ emotional intelligence of  HRDA of Central Java, East Java, West Java,   Jakarta, Banten, Central Sulawesi, and North Sumatera Provinces,  had a significant positive effect on the quality of service with social awareness as the indicator with the highest effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan antara Metode Economic Value Added (EVA) dengan Return On Assets (ROA) dalam menilai kineja keuangan perusahaan pada saham IDX BUMN20 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh saham perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam saham IDX BUMN20 periode 2017-2020. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 saham perusahaan yang masuk dalam kriteria yang telah ditetapkan peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode Economic Value Added (EVA) dengan Return On Assets (ROA). Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan perbandingan antara metode EVA dan ROA, maka dapat diketahui bahwa, adanya perbedaan pada kedua alat ukur finansial tersebut. Perbedaan ini disebabkan karena dalam perhitungan ROA tidak memperhatikan biaya modal, sementara pada metode EVA, biaya modal dimasukkan dalam perhitungannya sehingga metode EVA lebih menguntungkan dari pada ROA. Meskipun demikian, metode ROA dapat dijadikan pendukung EVA dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai tukar, suku bunga dan inflasi terhadap harga saham secara parsial dan simultan pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel kontrol berupa earning per share dan ukuran perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria pengambilan sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan, maka jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi liniear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji statistik t dan uji statistik f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Nilai tukar berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan dikontrol oleh EPS dan SIZE. 2) Suku bunga berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan dikontrol oleh EPS dan SIZE. 3) Inflasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham meski telah dikontrol oleh EPS dan SIZE. 4) Nilai tukar, suku bunga dan inflasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan dikontrol oleh EPS dan SIZE Kata kunci: Nilai Tukar, Suku Bunga, Inflasi, EPS, SIZE, Harga Saham

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk when measured using Economic Value Added. The population in this study is all financial report data of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk, while the samples in this research are financial position reports and profit/loss reports. The data collection technique used is documentation techniques. The data collected is analyzed using Economic Value Added calculations. The results in this research show that the financial performance of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk, if measured using Economic Value Added (EVA), produces a positive value, meaning that PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk is able to create added economic value. and said PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk has good performance.

Abstract

Financial performance is useful for gaining insight into the entity's financial health, evaluating operational performance, identifying trends, and making decisions based on relevant financial information. In measuring financial performance, you can use liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and market ratios to identify potential areas that need to be improved or are indicated as problematic. This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT. PP London Sumatra Tbk in 2018-2022. The variables of this research are financial performance, liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and market ratios. The population and sample of this research are financial reports from PT. PP London Sumatra Tbk 2018-2022. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The results of this research indicate that the financial performance of PT. PP London Sumatra Tbk for 2018-2022 based on industry standards using liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and solvency ratios and activity ratios are classified as very good. Meanwhile, the financial performance of PT. PP London Sumatra for 2018-2022 based on industry standards using market ratios is classified as not good.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence simultaneously (together) or partially between the influence of social media marketing Instagram, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey research methods to obtain primary data. The research variables are Social Media Marketing Instagram (X1), Brand Image (X2) and Product Quality (X3) as influencing variables and Purchase Decision variable (Y) as affected variables. The population in this study are consumers of MS Glow Panakukkang users in Makassar City. The number of samples in this study were 100 consumer respondents of MS Glow Panakukkang by taking the entire population and serving as samples. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis which was previously carried out with Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumption Tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) then tested the hypothesis through T test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that partially, Instagram social media marketing does not have a positive effect, while brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Panakukkang. Meanwhile, simultaneously the results of this study also show that social media marketing, brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Panakukkang products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and personality on financial management behavior in Rongkong woven fabric MSME actors. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was a woven fabric craft center in Rongkong Village, North Luwu Regency with 80 people and all of them were taken as samples. Data collection techniques in research are library research, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics with the help of the SPSS version 26 software program. The results of this study indicate that financial knowledge has no effect on financial management actors, while financial attitudes and personality have a significant effect on financial management actors on Rongkong woven fabric MSME actors.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Promosi, dan Desain Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Minuman Yotta di Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah Responden yang digunakan pada penelitian inisebanyak 200 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunkan adalah kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif berupa uji validitas, uji rentabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan serta uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kemudian promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial dan secara parsial desain produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan kualitas produk, promosi, dan desain produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelin Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Promosi, Desain Produk, Keputusan Pembelian Abstract This research aims to find out how product quality, promotion and product design influence the decision to purchase Yotta drinks in Makassar City. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of respondents used in this research was 200 people. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis in the form of validity tests, profitability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, partial tests, simultaneous tests and coefficient of determination tests using SPSS. The results of this research show that partially product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, then promotion has a partial positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and partially product design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui disiplin dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 126 responden di Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Hortikultura dan Perkebunan (DTPHP) Kabupaten Enrekang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statisstical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel disiplin (X1) dan variabel motivasi kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Secara simultan kedua variabel bebas yakni disiplin (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yakni kinerja pegawai (Y).

Abstract

This research is to determine the level of investment risk and stock returns as well as grouping efficient shares and inefficient shares of coal mining companies through the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method for the 2019-2021 period. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, while the data analysis method uses the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method. The results showed that there were 8 shares of coal mining companies with a beta (systematic risk) value of greater than 1 (β > 1), and 16 shares of companies with a beta of less than 1 (β < 1. The highest RI was found in HRUM shares with a rate of return of 0.07650 or 7.65%, while the lowest Ri is found in BOSS shares with an average rate of return of -0.06000 or - 6%. The highest E(Ri) value is found in DOID shares with a value of 0.00177 or 0.18%, while the lowest E(Ri) is found in GEMS companies with a value of 0.00126 or 0.13%. There are 16 shares of coal mining companies which are classified as efficient shares consisting of shares of ADRO, BSSR, BYAN, DOID, DSSA, FIRE, GEMS, iHRUM, INDY, iITMG, MBAP, MYOH, iPTRO, SMMT, iTOBA, and BRMS, as well as 8 inefficient stocks namely ARII, BOSS, BUMI, DEWA, ​​GTBO, KKGI, PTBA, and SMRU.
