Abstract

The writing of this article is motivated by the problem of students who are less disciplined at school. The causal factors are fixed very variously. Consequently, this article aims to describe the management of student discipline development in SMK 1 Muhammadiyah. In writing, this article is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. While the analysis tool is to uses data condensation, presenting data, and drawing and drawing conclusions. This study shows that the management of disciplinary development is contained in a corrective plan through steps that are applied to students with problems. Organizing is carried out in collaboration between BK teachers, student affairs, and homeroom teachers. Students often encounter implementation through socialization with various media or the right way. Supervision is carried out in two ways by the principal, namely field observations and receipt of weekly and monthly reports. Based on the explanation above, the role of school personnel in fostering student discipline at SMK 1 Muhammadiyah North Sumatra can primarily be categorized as "good" at this time. This research can be recommended to school personnel to pay more attention and monitor and provide discipline guidance to students to be more disciplined in school.

Abstract

Classroom management plays a crucial role in creating a learning environment that supports student learning outcomes. The research was conducted qualitatively through a documentation study, collecting previous research findings to analyze the pillars of classroom management that influence student learning. Data processing involved searching, filtering, assessing feasibility, and analyzing article content. The results of the study show: First, an effective learning community requires teachers to design learning spaces by considering student diversity, processes, and class structure to encourage participation, strengthen interaction, and improve learning outcomes. Second, managing teacher-student interactions creates a conducive atmosphere that supports the achievement of learning goals, character development, and positive relationships, which increases motivation and learning outcomes. Third, the use of varied teaching methods can enhance critical thinking skills, reduce boredom, and increase student engagement. Fourth, a comfortable and organized classroom atmosphere improves concentration, understanding, and retention of information. In conclusion, good classroom management can enhance student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Amidst the challenges of technological development facing the world of education today, early childhood education teachers have their challenges where teachers need to choose learning media that can stimulate early childhood interest in learning. With these problems, the efforts made are to provide training in making teaching videos using the Capcut application and making graphic designs using the Canva application. This training aims to simplify and make the learning process more effective and can make the learning process more interesting for early childhood. Community service activities are carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach which focuses on community empowerment. Based on the results of the evaluation of the questionnaire distributed to PAUD teachers, this activity has succeeded in increasing the knowledge and skills of participants, especially PAUD teachers in the basic fields of video editing and graphic design.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the concepts of teacher management strategies and efforts to increase student interest and talent. The research method uses qualitative research methods with a library research approach. Researchers conduct studies using library literature in the form of books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, and so on. The results are: The concept of teacher management strategy is a teacher's ability to plan, organize, implement, supervise, evaluate, and control a plan or effort towards long-term goals so that these goals can be achieved in accordance with what has been set. Efforts to increase students' interests and talents are realized through stimulation or stimuli provided by both parents and teachers, which can generate interest and talents in students so that they become meaningful contributions as motivation for them. If the stimulation they receive is in accordance with their interests and talents, they can grow and develop optimally without coercion, so the stimulation process will be easier to carry out.
