Abstract

                                         ABSTRACTThe title of this research is “Analisis Pemikiran Feminisme Maya Angelou Seperti Tercermin dalam Puisi Still I Rise, Phenomenal Woman, dan Equality” which is aimed to discover the black feminist thought in three poems by Maya Angelou through the kinds of figurative language and imagery. This research uses descriptive method in analyzing the data with two steps. The first step is identifying figurative language and imagery in each poems. The second step is analyzing how black feminist thought which is reflected in Maya Angelou’s poems through figurative language and imagery. This research focuses on the analysis of figurative language, the kinds of imagery, and black feminism in Maya Angelou’s poems. The writer uses the theory from Perrine (1969) to analyze the figurative language and imagery in the poems. The writer also uses the theory of black feminism from Collins (2000) to analyze how black feminist thought reflected in Maya Angelou’s poems through figurative language and imagery. The results of this study show that in her poems, Angelou uses some figurative language and imagery; there are simile, hyperbole, metaphor, personification, irony, symbol, visual imagery, auditory imagery, and kinesthetic imagery. The writer concludes that black women in these poems are independent, strong, confident, brave, and outspoken.  Keywords : Poems, Figurative Language, Imagery, Black Feminism, Maya Angelou

Abstract

Parenting Islami adalah dua kata yang berasal dari bahasa inggris, Islamic merupakan kata sifat (adjektif) bagi parenting. Islamic Parenting dalam bahasa Indonesia diterjemahkan dengan pareting Islami. Kata “Parenting” mempunyai kata dasar Parent yang dalam bahasa Inggris berarti orang tua. Kata kedudukan dalam Islam diistilahkan dengan kata nasab, nasab itu akan menunjuk pada hubungan keluarga yang sangat dekat, yaitu hubungan anak dengan orang tua terutama orang tua laki-laki.Pola asuh Islami lebih menekankan pada praktik pengasuhan, tidak hanya fokus pada gaya pengasuhan dalam keluarga, akan tetapi lebih fokus pada bagaimana orangtua membentuk insan al-kamil pada anak-anaknya. Orangtua memiliki kewajiban membimbing dan mendidik anak berdasar kan syariat agama.

Abstract

Classroom management plays a crucial role in creating a learning environment that supports student learning outcomes. The research was conducted qualitatively through a documentation study, collecting previous research findings to analyze the pillars of classroom management that influence student learning. Data processing involved searching, filtering, assessing feasibility, and analyzing article content. The results of the study show: First, an effective learning community requires teachers to design learning spaces by considering student diversity, processes, and class structure to encourage participation, strengthen interaction, and improve learning outcomes. Second, managing teacher-student interactions creates a conducive atmosphere that supports the achievement of learning goals, character development, and positive relationships, which increases motivation and learning outcomes. Third, the use of varied teaching methods can enhance critical thinking skills, reduce boredom, and increase student engagement. Fourth, a comfortable and organized classroom atmosphere improves concentration, understanding, and retention of information. In conclusion, good classroom management can enhance student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at MAN 1 Aceh Tamiang through the application of management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring and evaluation. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the planning of facilities and infrastructure is carried out in a participatory manner by considering strategic needs and school budgets, although educational technology development planning still needs to be improved. The organization of facilities and infrastructure is carried out with a clear structure and organized division of tasks, involving the principal, vice principal of infrastructure, treasurer, inventory administration staff, and room coordinator. The implementation of this systematic management of facilities and infrastructure has supported the creation of an effective and efficient learning environment, although budget constraints are still a major challenge. This study contributes to the development of an adaptive and participatory model of educational facilities and infrastructure management, as a reference for other schools in optimizing educational facility management in order to improve the quality of the learning process. In addition, the results of this study also serve as a basis for policy makers in formulating more effective and efficient funding and facility management strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and managerial implications of spiritual leadership by the principal of Al-Falah Abu Lam U Private Junior high School, Aceh Besar. This school is under the auspices of the Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School. The study used a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study results showed that (1) the spiritual leadership of the principal at Al-Falah Abu Lam U Private Junior high School significantly influences student character formation, enhance learning motivation and creating a conducive school environment. By implementing spiritual leadership, schools can produce intellectually intelligent students with high moral integrity. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors at Al-Falah Private Junior high School are material and non-material. The inhibiting factors are limited facilities, lack of funding, or rules that the authorities still need to approve. 3) This study is limited by its primary focus on a theoretical approach in examining the implementation of spiritual leadership at Al-Falah Abu Lam U Private Junior high School, Aceh Besar. Hence, this study suggests conducting further in-depth case studies and research on spiritual leadership in diverse educational contexts including public and international schools.

Abstract

This type of research is included in the category of qualitative research. This research was carried out at MTsS Darul Aman, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province. Based on the results of research, education financing management has been implemented through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the planning stage, the school prepares an annual budget plan based on operational needs which includes infrastructure, teacher honorarium, learning activities, and educational quality development. The preparation of this budget is carried out in a participatory manner, involving the head of the madrasah, the treasurer, and the school committee. At the implementation stage, funds are used according to the budget plan that has been set. The school strives to maintain transparency and accountability in the use of funds, especially BOS funds and community donations. Meanwhile, in the evaluation stage, MTsS Darul Aman conducts periodic reviews of budget realization and the effectiveness of the use of funds. This evaluation is carried out by the school management team together with the committee, with the aim of ensuring that each financing really contributes to improving the quality of education. Overall, the implementation of education financing management at MTsS Darul Aman has been proven to support the creation of a more effective and efficient educational process. A well-structured and monitored financial management system is one of the important factors in encouraging better quality of education in this madrasah.
