Abstract

This study discusses the role and perspection of QRIS in transactions at MSMEs in Mataram City. Qris is a new innovation which launched by Bank Indonesia on 74th Independence Day. QRIS as a standardization of non-cash payments based on QR Code as a unifier of non cash payments. This study use a descriptive qualitative approach. Locus of this research is located at MSMEs assisted in Mataram City. The data were obtained using an interview and documentation approach with non-participatory observation. This study found that QRIS be a supportive payment tools of transactions in MSMEs but many people do not understand about QRIS. The solution that can be used so that many people know about QRIS is by socializing it to the community and leading MSMEs to use QRIS. QRIS can help MSMEs move forward in line with progress in the current digital era, QRIS has many important roles and many benefits for MSMEs, judging by the development and progress of the current digital era, it makes it easier for consumers and sellers to buying and selling transactions.

Abstract

Impulse buying decision is a form of consumer behavior that occurs suddenly without going through the planning process. This type of consumer behavior often occurs but is rarely realized and noticed. Many factors can trigger impulse buying decisions, such as price discounts, display product, and store atmosphere. The purpose of this research is to find out how the effect of price discounts, display product, and store atmosphere on impulse buying decisions of Alfamart consumers in Mataram City. 90 respondents were selected as the sample for this study, using purposive sampling as the sampling method. The data for this study were obtained through questionnaires distributed by online media using the help of the Google form. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis method that is used with the help of SPSS 25 software. This study obtained results indicating that price discounts, product arrangement, and store atmosphere partially or simultaneously influence impilse buying decisions. Based on the results of this study, Alfamart should pay more attention to the discounts given, as well as display product, as well as the level of comfort in the store, so as to maximize the effect of price discounts, display product and store atmosphere on consumer impulse buying decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee job satisfaction in public service, and to analyze the implications of employee job satisfaction on public service in the Mataram City SAMSAT Office. The theory used in this research is satisfaction theory and motivation theory. The method used in this study is qualitative which is described in detail through observation and interviews with informants. This study uses two (2) types of data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data was obtained by means of interviews, observation, documentation, and methods of literature. The results of the study show that employee job satisfaction has not been fully fulfilled or is not satisfied, there are still some that have not been fulfilled, in employee job satisfaction there are 5 (five) indicators, namely; working conditions, wages, security, quality of supervision, and relationships with others. And employee job satisfaction has implications for public services in the Mataram City SAMSAT Office. This shows that the better the employee's job satisfaction, the better the employee's performance and vice versa, the less employee job satisfaction, the less employee performance job.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has claimed many lives and resulted in stress in some communities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Krisna-Arjuna conversation-based emotional-rational counselling in coping with anxiety due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is based on Miles and Huberman's qualitative research model with a case study design. 125 people were targeted, and 30 experienced stress due to the COVID pandemic (16 were in the mild category, 9 were moderate, and 5 were in the heavy class). Data were collected utilizing observation, interviews, and documents. The data obtained is in the form of qualitative data that has been credibly tested for validity. Then a qualitative analysis is carried out, starting with data presentation, reduction, and verification/conclusion. The findings of this study are the design of Krishna-Arjuna conversation-based emotional-rational counselling to deal with the stress of COVID-19. Providing information, group counselling, and individual counselling to prevent and treat symptoms of COVID-19 stress with a limited level of understanding and age heterogeneity has positive implications for the prevention and management of COVID-19 stress. It is hoped that individuals, families, communities, and related parties will study and apply rational-emotive counselling to overcome irrational thought patterns and deal with stress.
