Abstract

Ditengah pandemi covid-19, banyak pengrajin yang berhenti melakukan produksi karena kesulitan dalam melakukan pemasaran, sehingga pen­dapatan menjadi menurun. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini di pengrajin diberikan pelatihan dalam pemasaran yang diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi di tengah menghadapi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdi­an ini adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Tahapan yang dilakukan sebelum kegiatan dilaksanakan berawal dari FGD, penentuan jadwal dan lokasi, penentuan peserta, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah terbentuknya kelompok usaha bersama pada pengrajin ingke. Hasil pengabdian ini juga memuat strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh para pengrajin ingke dalam memasarkan produk kerajinan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Sebanyak 12 peserta atau sebesar 86 persen (%) pengrajin berhasil memasarkan produknya melalui media sosial yang dimiliki dan marketplace, dan berhasil membentuk sebuah kelompok usaha yang beranggotakan sebanyak 14 orang pengrajin.

Abstract

The competition between universities to get new students makes universities innovate in marketing strategy. This also applies to Sekolah Tinggi Agama Hindu Negeri (STAHN) Gde Pudja Mataram, a State Religious College under the Ministry of Religion continues to improve the service quality and company image so that students tell positive things to the community. This research used is quantitative method by taking 84 respondents of STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram bachelor students. The sampling technique uses accidental random sampling analyzed with SPSS 23 tools. The results of the analysis show that service quality has a positive but not significant effect on word of mouth. Then, the company image had a positive and significant effect on the word of mouth of STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram students. Therefore, STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram has to keep maintain the service quality and company image to the students so that they can raise the positive information by word of mouth to society.

Abstract

Banjar Rojong Dusun Rendang Bajur Taman Sari Village, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency has the potential of resources in the form of coconut trees that are available quite abundantly and is one of the areas producing woven craft center woven lidi "inka". But that potential is not balanced with the creativity of the community in managing it, instead encountered several obstacles, one of which is still working individually to utilize the potential for raw material resources. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the uncertainty of their income and well-being.  As one of the efforts to overcome the problem is to provide knowledge and information to the community and the formation of joint business groups through community service activities. This service is carried out in collaboration between community service teams consisting of lecturers and students with the community. This devotional activity consists of program preparation, program implementation and the establishment of joint business groups as an output of the implementation of community service. The majority of the inka crafter who are the womens are very enthusiastic and excited about the implementation of this devotion program. With the establishment of a joint business group, the "inka" crafter will more easily manage the productivity of its woven products and gain easy access to the application of capital assistance to related parties.

Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan dan hubungan masyarakat (humas) adalah dua aspek yang saling terkait dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Humas memiliki peran penting dalam mempromosikan institusi pendidikan agar dapat menarik minat calon siswa dan memberikan informasi yang akurat dan transparan kepada masyarakat. Hal ini juga berlaku untuk Pasraman, lembaga pendidikan Hindu yang mempromosikan kepercayaan Hindu dan filsafat hidup. Dalam penelitian ini, metode telaah kepustakaan digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menelaah, dan menganalisis literatur yang berkaitan dengan kehumasan dalam mendukung pendidikan Pasraman. Dengan adanya humas yang efektif, Pasraman dapat membangun citra dan reputasi yang baik, menarik minat calon siswa, memperluas jangkauan masyarakat, dan meningkatkan hubungan dengan orang tua siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the used of the suggestopedia method in learning English and the effectiveness of the suggestopedia method in increasing understanding of English vocabulary at Stikes Buleleng Pharmacy Study Program. This type of research was descriptive quantitative and qualitative research with the type of classroom action research (CAR). The subjects and place of this research were 41 students in the first semester of the Pharmacy Study Program. In collecting data, researcher used observation techniques, documentation, and measurement of learning achievement tests. As for the analysis, researcher used descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results shows that (1) the suggestopedia method was well applied in learning English and this was shown by the results of student observations, that the enthusiasm and activeness of students were very high in participating in learning by using suggestopedia method. (2) Learning by using suggestopedia method in English subjects has been declared effective, this is indicated by the results of student observations and student learning outcomes that have reached the criteria determined in this study.

Abstract

This study discusses the role and perspection of QRIS in transactions at MSMEs in Mataram City. Qris is a new innovation which launched by Bank Indonesia on 74th Independence Day. QRIS as a standardization of non-cash payments based on QR Code as a unifier of non cash payments. This study use a descriptive qualitative approach. Locus of this research is located at MSMEs assisted in Mataram City. The data were obtained using an interview and documentation approach with non-participatory observation. This study found that QRIS be a supportive payment tools of transactions in MSMEs but many people do not understand about QRIS. The solution that can be used so that many people know about QRIS is by socializing it to the community and leading MSMEs to use QRIS. QRIS can help MSMEs move forward in line with progress in the current digital era, QRIS has many important roles and many benefits for MSMEs, judging by the development and progress of the current digital era, it makes it easier for consumers and sellers to buying and selling transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the decision-making process of tourists when visiting culturally-based tourism objects. The approach chosen is to use a literature review. When choosing a destination, tourists are strongly influenced by Hofstede's cultural aspects. Cultural dimensions consist of power distance, individualism, masculinity, uncertainty avoidance, and long-term orientation. To avoid uncertainty, tourists tend to choose cultural destinations where they feel safe, comfortable and risk-free. Moreover, the motivations of tourists to decide to visit a tourist destination are strongly influenced by push and pull factors.

Abstract

In the rapidly growing tourism industry, destination image plays a key role in influencing tourists' intention to revisit a place. This article outlines the relationship between destination image, experience, satisfaction, and intention to revisit. A positive destination image can shape tourists' satisfying experiences, which in turn increases their level of satisfaction and encourages the intention to return. Positive experiences during previous visits strengthen the desire to revisit the destination. Tourist satisfaction becomes a key factor in forming the intention to revisit, as it reflects the fulfillment of their expectations regarding the services and facilities provided. The article also outlines strategies that destination managers can take to enhance tourists' experiences and satisfaction, including improving service quality, interaction with local residents, and sustainable innovation. By understanding this relationship, destination managers can build a good reputation and create unique experiences for tourists, driving the growth and sustainability of the tourism industry.

Abstract

This study seeks to explore the key factors that influence the likelihood of domestic tourists revisiting Banjar Hot Springs in Buleleng Regency. The primary variables under examination include service quality and destination image, with tourist satisfaction serving as a mediating factor and trust functioning as a moderating variable. Data was collected from 200 domestic respondents, and analysis was performed using Smart-PLS 3. The findings reveal that while service quality significantly influences satisfaction, it has a negative effect on revisit intention. Destination image is found to have a substantial impact on both satisfaction and revisit intention. Furthermore, tourist satisfaction positively influences revisit intention. Satisfaction also plays a key mediating role, enhancing the relationship between both service quality and destination image with revisit intention. Trust emerges as a pure moderator in the link between satisfaction and revisit intention, indicating its important role in strengthening the relationship.
