Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Bidikmisi scholarship and learning independence on student achievement. The method used is the quantitative method. The population in this study were students who received in the 2018 State University Bidikmisi scholarship. The sampling technique used the proportional random technique as many as 233 people. Data collection using documentation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression test, normality test, linearity test, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination processed with SPSS version 25. Tests from the analysis showed that the allocator of the Bidikmisi scholarship and learning independence partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on student academic achievement.

Abstract

Performa router merupakan faktor kunci dalam menjaga keandalan dan efisiensi jaringan, terutama dalam menghadapi beban lalu lintas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja router ketika dihadapkan pada skala beban yang tinggi, dengan menggunakan Traffic Generator sebagai alat simulasi. Topik ini dipilih karena banyaknya jaringan yang mengalami penurunan kinerja saat dihadapkan pada peningkatan volume data, yang dapat berdampak signifikan pada layanan jaringan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan simulasi beban lalu lintas pada jaringan skala kecil, dengan skenario lalu lintas yang bervariasi untuk menguji throughput, latency, packet loss, dan kemampuan routing. Data yang diperoleh dari simulasi ini dianalisis untuk menentukan batas maksimal performa router dan mengidentifikasi potensi bottleneck.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa router yang diuji memiliki batas performa tertentu yang dapat mempengaruhi stabilitas dan kecepatan jaringan saat beban lalu lintas mendekati kapasitas maksimal. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya pemilihan dan konfigurasi router yang tepat dalam lingkungan jaringan dengan beban lalu lintas yang fluktuatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan Traffic Generator merupakan metode efektif untuk mengevaluasi dan mengoptimalkan kinerja router, terutama dalam perencanaan jaringan yang harus siap menghadapi lonjakan lalu lintas. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengelola jaringan dalam meningkatkan keandalan infrastruktur jaringan mereka. Router performance is a key factor in maintaining network reliability and efficiency, especially when facing high traffic loads. This study was conducted to evaluate the performance of a router under high load conditions using a Traffic Generator as a simulation tool. This topic was chosen due to the frequent occurrence of network performance degradation when faced with increased data volume, which can significantly impact network services. The research method involved simulating traffic loads in a small-scale network, with varying traffic scenarios to test throughput, latency, packet loss, and routing capabilities. The data obtained from this simulation were analyzed to determine the router's maximum performance limits and identify potential bottlenecks.The results of the study show that the tested router has specific performance limits that can affect network stability and speed as traffic loads approach maximum capacity. These findings highlight the importance of proper router selection and configuration in network environments with fluctuating traffic loads. The conclusion of this study is that using a Traffic Generator is an effective method for evaluating and optimizing router performance, particularly in network planning that must be prepared to handle traffic surges. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for network administrators in improving the reliability of their network infrastructure.
