Abstract

This article investigates the development of children's attitudes and behaviour through the use of sport and physical education learning. By analyzing various related studies, we explore the significant role of sport in shaping character, leadership, cooperation and discipline in children. The literature review method is used to investigate empirical studies, theoretical reviews, and other related concepts in the relevant literature. A PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) design was adapted to identify, screen, and synthesize articles relevant to this topic. The results show that sports and physical education significantly positively impact the development of children's attitudes and behaviour. These findings' practical and theoretical implications are discussed to guide educators and policy makers in strengthening positive aspects of child development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan proporsi dewan komisaris independen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2021 dengan jumlah populasi 72 perusahaan dan jumlah sampel penelitian terdiri atas 51 perusahaan dan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling (dengan kriteria tertentu). Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian digunakan analisis model regresi linear berganda dengan t-test α 5%. Teknik yang digunakan analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heterokedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, solvabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu calon investor ketika memutuskan untuk berinvestasi di perusahaan. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of character education in educational learning through a systematic literature observation approach. The method used is a systematic literature review by identifying, assessing, and synthesizing various relevant research referring to the 2020 PRISMA guidelines. The research results show that character education in physical education can increase values ​​such as cooperation, discipline, responsibility, and respect in among students. In addition, various learning strategies and methods, such as traditional game approaches, group activities, and habit-based learning, have proven effective in integrating educational character. However, this research also identifies challenges such as lack of teacher training and limited resources as the main obstacles to implementing education with optimal characteristics. The conclusions of this research underline the importance of policy support and ongoing training for teachers to implement character education effectively in physical education learning. Further research is recommended to explore the application of character education in broader and more diverse contexts. Kata Kunci: character education, physical education

Abstract

Pelaku zina diancam dengan hukuman hudud di mana hukumannya telah di tetapkan sebagai hak Allah SWT atau dengan kata lain hukuman ini telah di tetapkan sehingga tidak dapat digugurkan oleh siapapun. Aceh menerapkan hukuman hudud bagi pelaku zina namun hanya hukuman jilid (cambuk atau dera) saja yang di terapkan, sedangkan hukuman rajam tidak di terapkan karena mencakup di kalangan para ahli. Penulis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui teknik studi kepustakaan (library Research). Dari penelusuran yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa adanya pertentangan dengan supremasi hukum dengan konsep Hak Asasi Manusia. Dalam pasal 28 UUD 1945 telah membatasi adanya hukuman rajam di Aceh karena adanya jaminan Hak untuk hidup sebagai hak fundamental yang wajib negara lindungi. Sedangkan hukuman rajam memiliki sifat untuk membunuh seseorang dengan melemparinya dengan batu, sehingga hal ini jelas bertentangan dengan Hak Asasi Manusia untuk hidup dan hak untuk tidak disiksa.

Abstract

Agriculture is the utilization of natural resources related to land, plants, animals (including fish) to produce human needs (both food, clothing, shelter and feed). One of the important components in agriculture, especially in land cultivation, is fertilizer. The problem that often arises among the farmers in Cisitu Village, Cisitu District, Sumedang Regency is the high price of chemical fertilizers sold, which often forces them to borrow money from financial institutions, ultimately putting a burden on themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize the making of liquid organic fertilizer so that the community, especially farmer groups, are able to make their own fertilizer. The materials needed are affordable and easy to obtain. The main ingredient of making this fertilizer is rice washing water waste which is then added with em4 and brown sugar. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) through 3 stages (planning, execution, results, and evaluation). As a result of this socialization, participants were able to understand how to make and apply liquid organic fertilizer to plants.

Abstract

The competition in the local beauty industry continues to grow, driven by skincare trends—especially sunscreen—and the influence of Korean culture in Indonesia. As a local brand, Azarine uses marketing strategies by appointing Korean celebrity Lee Min Ho as a brand ambassador and enhancing brand awareness to strengthen consumer recognition and increase purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand ambassador and brand awareness on the purchase intention of Azarine sunscreen in Surabaya. Using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, data were collected from 108 respondents through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS. The results show that brand ambassador and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, indicating that the use of public figures and strong brand awareness are key to attracting consumer interest.
