Abstract

مستخلص البحثإن النحو الوظيفي هو النحو الذي لا يقتصر على الدور الذي تؤديه الکلمات أو العبارات في الجملة؛ أي الوظائف الترکيبية أو اللغوية، ويرى أن تدريس القواعد اللغوية يدعم الطلبة في إتقان المهارات اللغوية، اعتمادًا على التوجيهات لتعليم المهارات اللغوية، فإنّ أنسب نوع تعليم النحو الداعم لإتقان المهارات هو تعلم النحو الوظيفي والاهتمام بالقواعد الوظيفية باعتبارها الهيکل العظمي للغة، فإننا في حاجة ماسة إلى تعليم الطلبة القواعد اللغوية وفق نظرية النحو الوظيفي، وهو من أسهل الطرق في تعلم الطلبة مهارات القواعد التي تساعدهم على إتقان المهارات الأربعة: الاستماع، والتحدث، والقراءة، والکتابة، وبعبارة أخرى هو الموضوعات النحوية المستعملة في لغة الطلبة تحدثًا وکتابة بحيث تستعمل استعمالًا سليمًا في الإعراب والترکيب والربط ليبرز المعنى واضحًا مفهومًا، وعلى ذلك تهدف هذه الورقة التحدث عن نظام تعليم قواعد اللغة العربية وفق نظرية النحو الوظيفي، التي تتسم بالدقة والشمولية في وصف الظواهر اللغوية، ذلک من خلال إعادة تکييف هذه القواعد وفق نظرية النحو الوظيفي، وذلک لتسهيل تعليم القواعد اللغوية لدى الطلبة الناطقين بغير العربية. ومما توصلت عليها الدراسة أنه مازال النحو الوظيفي مدخلٌ مهمٌ جدا في برامج تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، وهي من أنسب النظريات في تعليم اللغة وقواعدها، ولاسيما في تعليم اللغات الأجنبية، وكما برزت الدور الذي يقوم به التطبيق الإيصال المعنى الوظيفي للقواعد اللغوية، وتحتوي هذه الورقة على مفهوم النحو الوظيفي، ونشأنه، وأهم مبادئ نظرية النحو الوظيفي، وأسسه المنهجية في تعليم اللغة، ثم الأسس التربوية لتعليم وتعلم اللغة. الكلمات المفتاحية: النحو الوظيفي، أسس، وظيفة، بنية، مبادي.ABSTRACT Functional grammar is grammar that is not limited to the role that words or phrases play in a sentence, that is, structural or linguistic functions. functional grammar sees teaching of linguistic grammar supports learners in mastering linguistic skills, based on the guidelines for teaching language skills, it is the most appropriate way of teaching grammar which supports mastery of skills in learning, we are in dire need to teach students linguistic rules according to the theory of functional grammar, which is one of the easiest ways for students to learn grammar skills that help them master the four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. In other words, it is the grammatical topics used in the students’ spoken and written language so that they are used properly in Parsing, composition, and linking to make the meaning clear and understandable, However, this paper aims to discuss the process of teaching Arabic grammar according to functional grammar theory, which is characterized by accuracy and comprehensiveness in describing linguistic phenomena, by re-adapting these rules according to the theory of functional grammar, in order to facilitate the teaching of linguistics grammar to non-Arabic speaking students. the study concluded that theory functional grammar is very important input in teaching Arabic grammar to non-native speakers of Arabic language, and is one of the most appropriate theories in teaching the language and its grammar, especially in teaching foreign languages, the paper also highlighted the role played by its application in conveying the functional meaning of linguistic rules.Keywords: functional grammar, foundation, function, structure, principles.

Abstract

This paper aims to highlight the importance of the basic teaching skills in teaching Arabic language to teachers in primary schools and it impact on improving teachers' performance in discharging their duties in the teaching profession and raising the level of their competence and abilities in building learners' personalities. The researcher used a descriptive method to carry out this study, as well as observation tool as the instrument for the study. The research concluded that these basic skills are effectively good in teaching and learning Arabic language, especially in primary schools level, The teaching process does not dispense with the necessary basic skills, which are the basis on which teachers build their activities in the classroom to send information and ideas to the minds of learners, and these skills are not effective only inside the classroom, but even outside it. The primary objective behind choosing this topic is to outline the role and impact of  the basic teaching skills to the student-teachers and also the practicing  teachers, especially those engage in teaching Arabic language in basic school level,  These basic skills include: the skill of set induction, skill of classroom management, skill of asking questions, skill of reinforcement, skill of using chalkboard, and the skill of using various teaching method.المستخلص: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء عن أهمية المهارات التدريس الأساسية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية في المدارس الإبتدائية ومدى تأثيرها في تحسين أداء المعلمين في إنجاز واجباتهم في مهنة التعليم ورفع مستوى كفاءتهم وقدراتهم في بناء شخصيات المتعلمين، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لإجراء هذا البحث كما استخدم الأداة الملاحظة لحصول على المعلومات الملائمة، وكما استنتجت هذه الدراسة الى إبراز فاعلية هذه المهارات الأساسية في عملية التعليمية وخاصة في المرحلة الابتدائية. ولا تستغني عملية التدريس عن المهارات الأساسية الازمة، وهي الأساس التي يبني عليها المدرسين عملياتهم داخل الفصل لإرسال المعلومات والأفكار إلى أذهان المتعلمين، وهذه المهارات لم تقف داخل الغرفة الصف فحسب،بل حتى خارجها، وهذه هي الباعثة التي من أجلها أراد الباحث اختيار هذا الموضوع ليبحث عن تلك المهارات الآزمة، ومن هذه المهارات الأساسية: مهارة التهيئة للدرس، ومهارة إدارة الفصل، ومهارة طرح الأسئلة ومهارة التعزيز ومهارة استخدام السبورة ومهارة استخدام الطرق التدريس المتنوعة، وتحتوي هذه الورقة الي مقدمة ومنهجية البحث ومفهوم التدريس وأهمية المهارات التدريس ثم البيان حول بعض المهارات التدريس الأساسية في عملية التدريس ثم نتائج البحث والمقترحات والخاتمة والمراجع.

Abstract

The process of educating Arabic language teachers in the modern era is in great need of digital skills and strategies, and these skills have become diverse, so educational institutions must keep up with these changes, from the rapid changes that are taking place in today's world, which have become part of the reality we live in. This article aims to highlight the importance of using digital applications in training Arabic language teachers, and its impact on the educational process to improve teachers' performance in completing their educational tasks and increasing their level of competence and ability in building the personality of students. This study uses a Qualitative approach with a Literature Review whose data sources come from related books and articles. The results show that Developing teachers' digital skills during training is one of the modern areas that is being discussed intensively in teacher professional development, thanks to the great developments in educational technology and the interest in improving electronic learning and teaching patterns. Although there are differences in defining the digital skills needed by teachers, they revolve around how to use and benefit from technology and its applications in the teaching profession, and this is evolving day by day, which confirms that developing digital skills must be a continuous process. It is also clear to the researcher that the idea of ​​using modern methods and skills in teaching Arabic is not new, but rather an old idea that developed when educators and linguists saw the need for it. This is one of the basic means of teaching Arabic in conditions suitable for every learner, and is an important step that helps in spreading Arabic in various parts of the world, as it makes it easier for those who are interested and interested in Arabic regarding the Islamic religion to learn it

Abstract

Sustainable development is a critical global objective, addressing the need for economic, social, and environmental progress without compromising future generations' ability to meet their needs. Previous studies have highlighted the importance of education in fostering sustainable development, yet gaps still need to be in integrating sustainable development principles effectively within educational curricula. This research investigates the integration of educational tracks focused on sustainable development into curricula as a means to address this gap. The study examines explicitly how curricula that promote knowledge, values, and skills related to sustainable development can be designed and implemented to prepare students for the challenges of the modern world. A qualitative research approach was employed, using case studies of various educational systems that have successfully integrated sustainability into their curricula. Data collection involved document analysis and interviews with educators and curriculum developers. The thematic analysis examined how these curricula address economic, social, and environmental challenges. The findings demonstrate that integrating sustainable development into educational tracks significantly enhances students' awareness and capabilities in addressing sustainability issues. Moreover, it equips them with the critical thinking skills and innovative problem-solving abilities necessary for sustainable progress. The study concludes that well-designed curricula focusing on sustainable development are vital in preparing future generations to contribute meaningfully to achieving global sustainability goals.

Abstract

This research titled effect of broken home on the educational achievements of pupils in primary schools in Adamawa State-Nigeria, has focus on some selected basic schools, where 150 pupils were selected randomly, questionnaire was used as the research instrument for data collection, and data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Specifically, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Statistics, it was used to compute and analyze the mean and standard deviation of the percentage of the responses from the respondents, based on the research findings, it was discovered that broken homes affect the pupils’ education psychologically, economically, emotionally, and academically. therefore, results from the findings show the level of pupils' academic performance in Adamawa State, Also the results of the findings showed some elements of parental status which include education level, income level, motivation level and marital status affect pupils' academic performance, Furthermore, the study has shown that parental background has significant relationship with pupils in primary schools and their academic performance in the state, and the study recommended that; to avoid broken home the society should put an eye on the couples from broken home as this Will help to minimized people from allowing their homes get broken, as well as tolerance and forgiveness among couples should be encouraged so as to allow peace to exist in their homes.

Abstract

Classical Arabic is not just a language among languages, but rather a cultural identity for the Arab community and a religious identity for the Islamic community all over the world from east to west. Classical Arabic today lives in the midst of a turbulent colloquial jungle and is fighting a legitimate war of survival despite the challenges it faces, especially when people are saturated with colloquial culture, live it and admire it. Many of the colloquial speakers find it easy and convenient for them, so they turn to it, use it and interact with it and think that they can do without Classical Arabic. Therefore, they live in a state of cultural schizophrenia and live in a state of linguistic duality. Bilingualism appeared in the Arabic language after the Arab-Islamic conquest, which led to the conversion of many nations and peoples to Islam, and this led to a conflict between the Arabic language and other languages. This paper aims to shed light on the issue of linguistic duality in the Arabic language between Classical and colloquial, and the extent of its problems in education. The researcher used the descriptive method; This is done by following up on scientific materials on the nature of duality at the linguistic level first, and stating the problems that arise at the theoretical level, then addressing the most important factors that led to its emergence, as the study concluded that duality of language came from two main axes; an internal axis, which is the absence of the role of Arabic literature in society, as well as the spread of colloquial language in the field of education, which are the two elements that paved the way for intellectual and cultural colonialism from an external axis to limit the role of classical Arabic in Arab society in particular and Islamic society in general, and this paper contains the nature of linguistic duality, a brief historical overview, the spread of its use in educational institutes in Africa, its problems in teaching the Arabic language and other appropriate axes.المستخلص: إن اللغة العربية الفصحى ليست مجرد لغة بين اللغات، بل هي هوية ثقافية للمجتمع العربي وهوية دينية للمجتمع الإسلامي في كل أنحاء العالم من شرقه إلى غربه. تعيش اللغة العربية الفصحى اليوم وسط غابة عامية مضطربة وتخوض حرب بقاء مشروعة رغم التحديات التي تواجهها، خاصة عندما يتشبع الناس بالثقافة العامية ويعيشونها ويعجبون بها، وكثير من أهل العامية يجدونها سهلة وميسرة لهم، فيتجهون إليها ويستخدمونها ويتفاعلون معها ويظنون أنهم يستطيعون الاستغناء عن العربية الفصحى، لذلك يعيشون في حالة انفصام ثقافي ويعيشون في حالة ازدواجية لغوية. ظهرت الثنائية اللغوية في اللغة العربية بعد الفتح العربي الإسلامي، مما أدى إلى دخول العديد من الأمم والشعوب في الإسلام، وأدى ذلك إلى صراع بين اللغة العربية واللغات الأخرى. تهدف هذه الورقة تسليط الضوء على قضية الازدواجية اللغوية في اللغة العربية بين الفصحى والعامية، ومدى إشكالياتها في التعليم، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي؛ وذلك من خلال متابعة المواد العلمية حول ماهية الازدواجية على المستوى اللغوي أولاً، وبيان الإشكاليات التي تنشأ على المستوى النظري، ثم التطرق إلى أهم العوامل التي أدت إلى ظهورها، حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى أن إزدواجية اللغة  جاءت من محورين رئيسيين؛ محور داخلي وهو غياب دور الأدب العربي في المجتمع، وكذلك انتشار العامية في مجال التعليم، وهما العنصران اللذان مهدا الطريق للاستعمار الفكري والثقافي من محور خارجي للحد من دور العربية الفصحى في المجتمع العربي بشكل خاص والمجتمع الإسلامي بشكل عام، وتحتوي هذه الورقة على ماهية الازدواجية اللغوية، ونبذة تاريخية موجزة، وانتشار استخدامها في المعاهد التعليمية في أفريقيا، وإشكالياتها في تعليم اللغة العربية وغيرها من المحاور المناسبة.

فاق التطور والازدهار لمراكز تحفيظ القرآن الكريم في نيجيريا: مشكلات وحلولPROSPECTS FOR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF QURAN MEMORIZATION CENTERS IN NIGERIA: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONSAhmad GarbaPhone +234 07030215179ORCID:0000-0001-8757-8056Federal University of Kashere, Gombe State NigeriaDepartment of Arts and Social Science EducationAhmadgarba315@gmail.comمستخلص البحثلا شك أن أهمية التعليم لا يمكن لأي دولة أن تتجاهلها، وفي عالم اليوم أصبح التعليم ضرورة مطلقة لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لأي دولة، ولا يخفى على أحد أهمية التعليم والتعلم في عصرنا هذا، وخاصة بالنسبة للدول النامية، حيث يعتبر الجهل والتنمية والهوية هي ثلاثية المشكلة لتلك الدول. لذلك فإن التعليم يمثل محوراً أساسياً لتقدمها. ظهرت مراكز تحفيظ القرآن الكريم في نيجيريا نتيجة لجهود العلماء لتحديث المدارس الإسلامية، ورأى العلماء المسلمون ضرورة إدخال بعض النظم والتعديلات على المناهج المدرسية إلى جانب المحتوى العلمي للمدارس الدينية التقليدية. وتمتعت هذه المراكز بقدر من الاستقلال عن الدولة وتنظيمها وتدخلاتها، حيث تركز في المقام الأول على حفظ القرآن الكريم. ويتم التدريس في هذه المراكز من قبل المعلمين العائدين من مصر أو دول الخليج الذين حصلوا على درجة من التعليم الحديث أو بعض التدريب الرسمي للمعلمين. وكانت هذه المراكز تحتوي على مناهج وكتب مقررة تتعلق بالقرآن الكريم وعلومه. وتختلف اللغة الرسمية في هذه المراكز بحسب موقعها، ولكنها إما أن تكون اللغة العربية أو اللغة المحلية لموقع تلك المراكز، وكانت تحقق طموحات الآباء في أن يجمع أبناؤهم بين دراسة العلوم الإسلامية وحفظ القرآن الكريم، ولكن للأسف لا تزال هذه المراكز تعاني من بعض المشاكل التي تعيق تطورها الملحوظ، كما تختلف هذه المراكز عن بعضها البعض من حيث المناهج، ونوعية التعليم، والعملية التعليمية. وعلى هذا الأساس، تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور مراكز تحفيظ القرآن الكريم في نيجيريا، والتوصل إلى بعض الحلول الممكنة للمشاكل التي تعاني منها. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي؛ من خلال تتبع المواد العلمية حول تاريخ ازدهار هذه المراكز في نيجيريا، ومدى تأثيرها على مسلمين نيجيريا. وكانت نتيجة هذه الدراسة أن مراكز تحفيظ القرآن الكريم ساهمت بشكل كبير في تعزيز وعي الشباب المسلم النيجيري في الحفظ وتعلم العلوم الدينية. الكلمات المفتاحية: مركز، خلاوى، منهج، مشكلة، نيجيريا.ABSTRACT No doubt the importance of education cannot be ignored by any country, and in today’s world education has become an utmost necessity for achieving the economic and social development of any country. In our time, the importance of education and learning is obvious and clear to everyone, especially for developing countries, where ignorance, development and identity are considered as part of their problems. For those countries, this is why education represents a fundamental axis for their advancement. Centers for Quranic memorization appeared in Nigeria as a result of the efforts of scholars to modernize Islamic schools. Muslim scholars saw the need to introduce some policies and modifications in the school curriculum along with the scientific content of traditional religious schools. This has given the centers a certain degree of independence as it mainly focuses on Quranic memorization. These centers are taught by teachers returning from Egypt or the Gulf countries who have had some modern education or some formal training for teachers. These centers have curricula and prescribed books related to Holy Qur’an and its sciences. The official language in these centers varies depending on their location, but it is either Arabic or the local language of the location of those centers, and it fulfills the ambition of parents for their children to combine the study of Islamic sciences and memorization of the Holy Qur’an. However, it is very regrettable that these centers are still facing some challenges and problems that hinder it from a brilliant and tangible development. These centers also differ from each other in terms of curricula, quality of education, and educational processes. It is On this basis, this paper aims to highlights on the role of modern Quranic memorization centers in Nigeria, and to come up with some possible solutions to the problems it encounters. The researcher used a descriptive research design. This was done by tracking scientific materials on the history and emergence of these centers in Nigeria, and the extent of it impact on Nigerian Muslims, the result of this study concluded that the centers for memorizing the Holy Qur’an contributed greatly to enhancing the conscious of Nigerian Muslim youth towards memorization of the holy Quran and learning Islamic sciences.Keywords: center, tsangaya, approach, problem, Nigeria.

Abstract

The term differentiated pedagogy is an educational technique that uses a variety of teaching-learning methods in order to help children of different ages, abilities, and behaviors, and who belong to one class, to reach the desired educational goals in different ways. This means that this approach believes in the existence of individual differences between learners. adapting the teaching and learning process according to their specifications, in order to make every individual within the classroom achieve the goals set for him. On this basis, this paper aims to reveal the extent of the impact of differentiated pedagogy in achieving a specific teaching- learning goals regarding teaching Arabic language in the lower level of primary schools in Nigeria, to achieve that objective, the researcher used descriptive research design, the final result indicates that there is a positive impact in using the differential pedagogy in achieving a specific objectives in teaching Arabic language in primary schools. Especially teaching Arabic language in the lower level of primary school in Nigeria.

Abstract

Arabic language has made important and effective contributions in Nigeria since its emergence   and is among the three foreign languages that are officially used higher islamic schools in the country, and it is also in the forefront among the languages taught in major educational institutions in Nigeria, but unfortunately, the language is facing alots of problems and obstacles, which hinder the language from massive development, This paper aims to shed light on the those obstacles and also state some possible solutions and factors that masy help in the growth and development of Arabic language in Nigeria and the extent of its vital contributions to building society. It was noted that the Arabic language is the only language that suffers from cruelty in the hands of orientalists, but it preserves its honor and dignity. Indeed throughout the history of mankind, this language has a great spirit that helps it restore its nobility. This is because in its fold is a great and honorable message, which is the word of God the Mighty.

Abstract

The Prophetic Sunnah has urged the protection of  environment and forbade   it with anything, because damage is forbidden in Islam in all its forms and manifestations, just as the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, commanded to stop and remove harmful things from the roads, and commanded to be cleaned  because the Creator is beautiful and loves beauty, and as the purified Sunnah focused on Great interest in planting and afforestation, the human relationship with the surrounding universe is based on the basis of harnessing and empowerment, as Ibn Abbas said: And harnessing necessitates empowerment, and the condition for this empowerment is the achievement of the principle of succession, so it is necessary to have sublime directives to direct human behavior in dealing With this planet, which is the seat of the human caliphate,  it is not surprising then that we find that the Sunnah of the Prophet celebrates the resources of the environment, disciplines man with a rational environmental system, and precedes human systems to preserving the environment in the best way and the highest law. On this basis, this paper aims to shed light on the issue of environmental protection in the light of the purified Prophet's Sunnah, and its justifications in this modern era. The researcher used the descriptive approach; This is done by following the scientific materials on the importance of the environmental protection and society on the Islamic perspective, especially with regard to the noble prophetic sayings, which are considered the second source of Islamic law. The focus of this study is to discuss how significance Islam has given towards environmental protection in the light of prophetic traditions. the study concluded that Islam is the only religion that encourages man to protect himself and his environs at the same time without discrimination or prejudice.
