Abstract

This research aims to analyze the budget preparation process in Indonesia, with a focus on how the government determines state revenues and expenditures. This study explores the mechanisms used in budget planning, including top-down and bottom-up approaches, as well as the role of various government agencies in the process. Data was obtained through analysis of budget documents, interviews with relevant government officials, and literature review. The research results show that budget preparation in Indonesia involves various complex stages and requires coordination between various parties. This research also found that although there are challenges in the transparency and accuracy of revenue projections, improvement efforts continue to be made through fiscal policy reform and improving financial information systems. Thus, this research provides important insights for policy makers and academics about the dynamics of budget preparation in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research discusses industrialization strategies and their relationship with other sectors in the economy. Industrialization is an important economic transformation process, where a country or region shifts the economic focus from the agricultural sector to the industrial sector. An effective strategy in industrialization does not only focus on developing the industry itself, but also pays attention to the impact and interaction with other sectors, such as agriculture, services and technology. This research highlights the importance of synergy between sectors, economic diversification, and supportive government policies in creating a conducive environment for industrial growth. Through comparative analysis and case studies, this research finds that the success of industrialization is highly dependent on effective integration between the industrial sector and other sectors in the economy, as well as policies that support innovation and sustainable investment.

Abstract

Handicraft in the form of flower bead bracelets (Flowers Beads Bracelet's) is a creative product that combines aesthetic elements and manual skills in one functional work of art. This bracelet is not only used as a fashion accessory, but also represents artistic and cultural values ​​in every detail of its design. This research or project aims to explore the manufacturing process, material selection, bead assembly techniques, and the potential selling value of the bracelet in the context of the creative industry. The results show that the design of flower bracelets made of beads has high visual appeal, is flexible to fashion trends, and can be developed as a superior product of craft-based MSMEs. In addition, the use of digital media in promotion also encourages the competitiveness of this product in both local and global markets.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh Sub Kelompok 2 Mahasiswa KKN UNTAG Surabaya R16 Tahun 2025 di Desa Padusan, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan menjaga konsistensi adonan pada usaha kue rumahan milik Ibu Sri melalui inovasi Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah proses pengadukan adonan yang masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mixer genggam, sehingga memakan waktu dan tenaga serta menghasilkan adonan yang tidak merata. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pembuatan mesin pengaduk adonan otomatis yang dirancang sederhana namun fungsional, dilengkapi pengatur kecepatan, pengatur ketinggian, dan pisau pengaduk yang dapat disesuaikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan mesin ini mampu mempercepat proses produksi, mengurangi beban kerja, serta menghasilkan adonan dengan tekstur yang lebih konsisten, terutama pada produk andalan kue klemben. Program ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat daya saing UMKM dan mendorong semangat kewirausahaan masyarakat desa melalui penerapan teknologi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to review the financial performance and market response toward the stock of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA), which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, employing secondary data such as financial statements, historical stock price movements, and academic references related to the agribusiness industry. The findings indicate that JPFA recorded significant increases in revenue and net income in 2024, driven by operational efficiency and effective cost control strategies. A healthy capital structure, strong liquidity, and positive operating cash flows further reinforce the company’s financial stability. From a market perspective, investor response is reflected in the growth of earnings per share (EPS) and dividends, making JPFA stock fundamentally attractive. Therefore, JPFA shares are considered to have promising investment prospects in the medium to long term.
