Abstract

Indicators of patient satisfaction in providing quality health services are measured based on the main dimensions of quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. The five aspects of the quality dimension have not been applied to hospital inpatients, this is shown from data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2018 that 60% of hospitals in Indonesia have not met the needs of efficient services and have not implemented acceptable and affordable service standards. The research method used in this research is a literature review study, by collecting several articles using online search sources through Google Scholar and journal databases, such as PubMed, Elsevier, and DOAJ. The results of the literature review of 8 articles show that private hospitals almost entirely perform better than public hospitals in all five dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. However, the assessment also depends on the public and private hospitals where the researcher conducted the study. These dimensions of service quality are considered very important for healthcare facilities to improve patient satisfaction and provide optimal care in both public and private hospitals.

Abstract

As a component whose benefits are expected, hospital management also focuses on the effectiveness of patient health services. By using appropriate management, problems related to patient complaints, waiting times, drug distribution to the performance of health workers can be measured. The management in question is by applying the concept of Lean. The use of the Lean concept in hospital management is proven to be able to reduce problems in patient care and even hospital organization. This also has an impact on improving the quality of the hospital concerned. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Lean management to improve the quality of service systems in hospitals in Indonesia. This research uses the method of literature study or Systematic Literature Review with national quality scientific journals as data. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the use of Lean management applied in Indonesia is already going well. Hospitals benefit especially in the field of 5M (Man, Money, Material, Method, Machine) utilization.

Abstract

Menurut data pada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) pada tahun 2020, aset perbankan Indonesia mengalami peningkatan hingga Rp9.333 triliun tetapi cenderung lebih rendah dari beberapa negara di Kawasan Asia Tenggara. Industri jasa keuangan juga sangat berperan penting dalam pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) merupakan sebuah kesepakatan pembangunan yang secara umum memiliki tujuan untuk mengatur agar masyarakat damai tanpa kekerasan, non diskriminasi, partisipasi, tata pemerintahan yang terbuka serta kerjasama kemitraan multi pihak. Hal tersebut berkaitan dengan penerapan prinsip keuangan berkelanjutan dan aspek Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) dalam operasional perusahaan jasa keuangan. ESG juga disebut sebagai parameter pelaksanaan pembangunan SDGs. Untuk mengimplementasikan SDGs, diperlukan kemitraan lembaga keuangan. Hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan SDGs poin 17 yaitu kemitraan untuk mencapai tujuan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan SDGs dalam kemitraan industri keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur atau Systematic Literature Review dengan jurnal ilmiah yang berkualitas nasional sebagai datanya. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan efektifitas penerapan kemitraan industri perbankan yang diterapkan di Indonesia sudah berjalan dengan baik. Kemitraan perbankan memberikan banyak keuntungan khususnya dalam bidang perekonomian di Indonesia. Kemitraan industri perbankan juga dapat memberikan peluang kepada seluruh sektor wirausaha dan UMKM di Indonesia.

Abstract

The quality of hospital services will affect patient satisfaction and also their loyalty in using these facilities and the rapid development of health services currently requires hospital managers to run their business well. in the hospital. This study uses the method of literature review (literature review) with search engines used in literature searches including Google Scholar and Research gate with the keywords Service Quality Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Hospitals. The resulting articles were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. The results showed that the application of lean six sigma in hospitals in improving the quality of their services can be carried out through the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach. The conclusions of this study indicate that the application of lean six sigma can reduce difficulties, increase speed, and separate activities that have added value or value added from activities that have no added value or non-value added in hospitals, such as improving service quality by setting priorities by according to the highest gap required by the patient.
