Abstract

The impact caused when the COVID-19 pandemic occurred resulted in learning program activities that had been implemented by schools in Indonesia using an online system. Therefore, this program was created to foster the development of effective teaching methods in increasing children's enthusiasm for learning by means of media-based learning. The government always renews the learning system through curricula that have been announced to various schools in Indonesia. Materially, students will get knowledge that is more flexible to follow the times, but many do not realize that children will feel bored and bored quickly in learning. This KKN program will develop innovations regarding learning using media such as using colorful cardboard, styrofoam, as well as several learning centers that are adjusted by the material to the media to be used. In addition, the system used in learning is a group consisting of 4 members, the aim is to build cohesiveness, socialization and a shared discussion space. Students are given the same task as given by the teacher, but the difference is using the media. Students are accompanied by members of KKN in carrying out the assigned tasks so that they understand and are directed in carrying out their duties. There are many students who are very active to find the right answer.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan elemen kunci dalam keberhasilan penerapan manajemen strategik organisasi, terutama dalam menghadapi dinamika lingkungan yang kompleks dan kompetitif. Berbagai model kepemimpinan telah dikembangkan untuk menjelaskan peran pemimpin dalam perumusan, implementasi, dan evaluasi strategi, namun kajian yang mengintegrasikan konsep kepemimpinan secara komprehensif dalam kerangka manajemen strategik masih relatif terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep dan model kepemimpinan serta menganalisis relevansinya dalam mendukung efektivitas manajemen strategik organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi konseptual melalui telaah sistematis terhadap literatur ilmiah terkini yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2020–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa model kepemimpinan transformasional, adaptif, dan strategik memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi untuk merespons perubahan lingkungan, menyelaraskan visi strategis, serta mendorong kinerja organisasi berkelanjutan. Selain itu, integrasi kepemimpinan dan manajemen strategik terbukti berperan penting dalam membangun keunggulan kompetitif dan ketahanan organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis berupa pemetaan konseptual hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan manajemen strategik, serta implikasi praktis bagi pengambil kebijakan dan pimpinan organisasi dalam merancang strategi yang lebih efektif dan berorientasi jangka panjang.

Abstract

The trend of retail government securities investment among the younger generation (millennials and Generation Z) continues to grow. Fintech platforms make investment easier and safer. However, many millennials and Generation Z remain hesitant to invest in retail government securities due to a lack of information and inhibiting factors. This study examines the relationship between digital financial literacy and perceptions of fintech on retail government securities investment interest by considering the driving and inhibiting factors for millennials and Generation Z to invest in retail government securities. The results, processed using quantitative descriptive analysis and statistical analysis, indicate that the younger generation is the primary driver of the increase in retail government securities investors. Respondent characteristics, which align with national trends, indicate that investment interest is already high and supported by adequate financial literacy. However, further education is needed to foster this interest and translate it into actual purchases.
