Abstract

The use of traditional medicine by the community is generally only in the form of a decoction, this method is considered less effective and practical because the heating temperature is not controlled which can cause damage to the compounds in the plant. The service was conducted to increase the interest and skills of the community in Penyambaran Village, Karang Intan Subdistrict, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province on processing techniques and how to make good traditional medicine. The results showed an increase in community understanding with an average Post-test of 89.583 compared to an average Pre-test of 45.833. This shows that socialization has been able to increase community interest and understanding related to plants that can be used as traditional medicine, processing, packaging, storage, and drug registration.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital dan media sosial telah membawa perubahan besar dalam strategi pemasaran produk kecantikan, khususnya melalui pemasaran influencer yang semakin populer di kalangan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pemasaran melalui influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kecantikan dalam kelompok demografi ini melalui tinjauan pustaka yang mendalam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan mencakup analisis jurnal-jurnal relevan yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran melalui influencer memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Generasi Z sangat bergantung pada media sosial sebagai sumber utama informasi mengenai produk kecantikan. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, beberapa faktor utama yang berperan meliputi kredibilitas influencer, format konten berupa video pendek, keaslian dalam penyampaian, serta interaksi yang dilakukan dengan para pengikut. Proses ini cukup kompleks, karena Generasi Z cenderung melakukan riset tambahan dari berbagai sumber sebelum mengambil keputusan akhir. Selain itu, aspek keberlanjutan dan etika dalam industri kecantikan juga menjadi pertimbangan penting, di mana Generasi Z lebih menyukai produk yang dipromosikan oleh influencer yang menunjukkan komitmen terhadap nilai-nilai keberlanjutan.

Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, web applications have become the main means of exchanging information, ranging from personal data, financial transactions, to business communications. However, the process of transmitting data over the internet network is very vulnerable to various security threats, such as eavesdropping, data tampering, and man-in-the-middle attacks. Therefore, a security mechanism is needed that can guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and authentication of the data sent. One method that is widely used to secure data transmission is cryptography. This study focuses on the use of the RSA (Rivest–Shamir–Adleman) asymmetric cryptography algorithm, which uses a pair of public and private keys in the data encryption and decryption process. RSA provides advantages in terms of key distribution and security based on the mathematical complexity of large prime number factorization. The case study was conducted on a simple web application in the form of a personal data entry form that is usually sent in plain text. In this implementation, data from the client side is encrypted using the RSA public key, then sent to the server, and decrypted using the private key to be stored in the database. The test results show that RSA is able to secure data well and prevent data from being read directly even if wiretapping occurs. In addition, an analysis of the algorithm's performance in terms of encryption and decryption speed for various data sizes was also carried out. Although effective in terms of security, the RSA algorithm has limitations in handling large data, which causes a significant decrease in performance. Therefore, RSA is more suitable for use in hybrid systems with symmetric algorithms such as AES to encrypt message contents. This study provides a practical overview of how RSA can be applied in the context of the modern web and an analysis of its advantages and limitations in real practice

Abstract

This study aims to examine a comparative analysis of physics education and learning systems in three countries: Indonesia, India, and China. The primary focus is to identify similarities and differences in pedagogical approaches, curriculum structure, and the integration of technology in physics instruction. The research employs a literature review method using a descriptive qualitative approach. The analysis reveals that all three countries place significant emphasis on educational development, particularly in science and physics. China stands out with its highly centralized and competitive education system, as well as its advanced use of technology in physics learning, such as augmented reality. India emphasizes the integration of physics education with local culture and the implementation of project-based learning. Meanwhile, Indonesia is undergoing a transition toward a more contextual and technology-based learning system, although it still faces challenges in terms of equitable access to facilities and teacher training. The study concludes that despite the unique challenges faced by each country, physics education can be enhanced through the integration of contextual approaches, technology, and teacher capacity building.

Abstract

Project-based learning (PBL) strategies have been shown to enhance creativity in students at various levels of education. PBL encourages students to actively participate and collaborate in a learning process that involves innovation and problem solving. This method allows students to work together in groups to design, plan, and implement projects related to the subject matter. This allows them to apply the knowledge and skills they have learned. Students are given the freedom to show their creativity, come up with unique solutions, and create products that others can see. They do this by exploring ideas, experimenting, and reflecting. Studies show that PBL enhances students’ creative skills in addition to increasing their desire to learn and their engagement in the learning process. Therefore, PBL strategies can be a useful tool to help students become creative and prepare them to face real-world challenges. Keywords: strategy, project based learning, creativity
