Abstract

Improving student learning outcomes can be achieved through learning that applies innovative and creative learning models and media. One learning model that can be used is the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model with Time dominoes media. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of learning using the Jigsaw type cooperative model and to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Jigsaw learning model assisted by time dominoes media in clock reading material and daily activities. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection instruments were carried out using observation, interviews and tests. Based on the research results, the application of the Jigsaw learning model assisted by time dominoes media on clock reading material and daily activities was able to improve learning outcomes with learning outcomes in the pretest reaching 46.6 with a percentage of students achieving completeness of 33.3%, of which 18 students only 6 completed. Meanwhile, the learning outcomes in the posttest reached 84.4 and the percentage of students who completed was 77.7%, where of the 18 students, 14 students had passed.

Abstract

Presensi siswa sangat penting dilihat dari persentase siswa dalam dunia pendidikan, dan presensi juga menjadi evaluasi penting bagi siswa di sekolah. Saat ini SMPIT Permata Madani masih menggunakan proses manual dalam proses presensinya dan hal ini dapat menyebabkan kesalahan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perlu dirancang suatu sistem pengelolaan informasi siswa dengan menggunakan website berbasis QR code. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menyederhanakan proses pencatatan kehadiran siswa di sekolah dan menggantikan prosedur manual yang memakan waktu dan rawan kesalahan. Setiap siswa menerima name tag berisi kode QR unik. Saat memasuki sekolah, siswa cukup memindai kode QR yang ada di name tag menggunakan perangkat yang disediakan sekolah. Data kehadiran kemudian secara otomatis disimpan dalam database yang dapat diakses secara real time oleh guru dan admin sekolah. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan metode presensi ini adalah prototype. Hasil penerapan sistem menunjukkan proses presensi lebih efisien, kesalahan lebih sedikit, dan kontrol kehadiran siswa lebih disederhanakan. Oleh karena itu, kami yakin sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi terbaik dan efektif untuk efisiensi pengelolaan presensi.

Abstract

Dalam aspek pendidikan, absensi sangat dibutuhkan untuk siswa dan sekolah. Absensi membantu sekolah dan orang tua memantau kehadiran siswa. Saat ini SMPIT Permata Madani masih menggunakan cara manual untuk proses absensi siswa, dan ini dapat menyebabkan kesalahan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu dirancang aplikasi berbasis website untuk mencatat dan mengevaluasi data absen dengan memanfaatkan QR Code. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem absensi Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem ini adalah prototype. Berbagai metode seperti wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Pengembangan sistem absensi siswa berbasis web ini mampu membantu dan memudahkan guru dan admin dalam mencatat data absensi siswa, menghindari proses absensi curang dan meningkatkan keamanan data.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of implementing the Jigsaw learning model assisted by infographic media in speed reading (scanning) material in an effort to improve student learning outcomes in literacy AKM. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection instruments were carried out using observations and tests. Based on research results, the application of the Jigsaw learning model assisted by infographic media on speed reading (scanning) material was able to improve learning outcomes with learning outcomes in cycle I reaching 67 with a percentage of 33.3% of which 30 students only completed 10. Meanwhile, learning outcomes in cycle II reached 76.67 and the percentage of students who completed was 66.6%, where of the 30 students, 20 students had passed.

Abstract

Stunting is a problem related to brain development, resulting in slow motor and mental growth. The issue of stunting is influenced by low access to food, both in quantity and nutritional quality. Mackerel can be used as an alternative food to prevent stunting because of the content it contains. In this study, mackerel was used as a filling in bakpao. Bakpao is one of the traditional Chinese foods that is often used as a snack. This study aims to determine the level of panelist acceptance of mackerel fish bakpao. The contents of mackerel fish bakpao include 76.5% water, 21.4% protein, 0.56% fat, 0.61% carbohydrates and 0.93% ash content. Based on the hedonic test of the parameters of taste, aroma, texture, and color, mackerel fish bakpao was liked by the panelists. Based on these results, bakpao with mackerel fish filling can be used as a food to prevent stunting. Keywords: stunting, bakpao, mackerel fish

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif belum dimaksimalkan sehingga pembelajaran berjalan tidak optimal. Hal ini mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, termasuk pada materi Health Problem mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris yang jarang dieksplorasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi Get Well Soon yang layak, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) melalui model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Pakintelan 02 Semarang. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, angket dan tes. Data dianalisis melalui teknik analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kelayakan dan kepraktisan dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rumus nilai persen sedangkan data keefektifan dianalisis melalui uji normalitas, uji homogen, uji hipotesis (paired sample t-test) dan uji n-gain. Persentase penilaian ahli media dan materi berada pada kriteria sangat layak, yaitu 90% untuk media dan 92,3% untuk materi. Berdasarkan angket respon siswa dan guru diketahui bahwa media Get Well Soon sangat praktis digunakan yaitu berada pada persentase respon siswa sebesar 93% dan respon guru sebesar 92%. Peningkatan hasil belajar juga ditunjukkan secara signifikan melalui uji hipotesis paired sample t-test dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Rata-rata nilai pretest 43,81 naik menjadi 82,38 saat postest dengan n-gain 0,6864 yang menunjukkan peningkatan sedang. Penelitian menerangkan bahwa media pembelajaran Get Well Soon layak, praktis, dan efektif diterapkan pada materi Health Problem mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

The purpose of OFQS (Online Friendship Quality Scale) creation is to measure online friendship quality between 18-24 years old college students. It could also facilitate users to evaluate friendship quality dynamics, then enhance their friendship quality. The six domains of friendship are Validation and Caring, Conflict and Betrayal, Conflict and Resolution, Companionship and Recreation, Help and Guidance, and Intimate Exchange (Asher & Parker, 1993). OFQS is a self-report questionnaire that scales from (1) not at all like me to (5) very much like me. OFQS was developed during 2021 using convenience sampling. Respondents during the development process are FPUAJ college students that do online interaction with their best friends, and currently 18-24 years old (number of respondents = 219, average (M) age of respondents = 19.51, dan SD of respondents age = 1.23). Item analysis is done through Spearman corrected item total correlation and Mann-Whitney U-test that eliminates 3 out of 54 items. Companionship and Recreation domain is the only domain that is not valid. Reliability test found that the Cronbach alpha’s value is reliable with a score of 0,851. People who complete this test will get a description of their friendship quality for every domain that comes in three categories (Good, Enough, and Not Good). Scoring categories are based on norm-referenced standardization procedures. Further research is needed for other demographics such as workers.
