Method: the research of methodology the researcher uses the quantitative type with a cross sectional approach and a correlational study. Result and Discussion: through the research to identify 40 nurses in emergency department of Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares Dili Timor-Leste. The research identifies that the existing sample of 40 for variable level of knowledge, show that many had good knowledge with respondent 30 (75.0%) and respondent 2 (5.0%) with low knowledge and about the variable of triage implementation showed that many nurses agreed with the application of triage with 27 respondents (67.5%) and not in agreement with the application of triage with 3 respondents (7.5%). Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a positive relationship between the level of knowledge and the application of triage with a value of r = 0.463 and a p value of 0.003 which is higher than the alpha value (0,05) meaning that Ho rejects Ha accept. Conclusion: This study shows that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of nurses about triage and the application of triage at emergency department of Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares Dili Timor-Leste with a significant value of 0,003 < a = 0,05

To know how the relationship between the satisfaction of patient for hemodialysis services in the nephrology unit of HNGV, Dili, Timor-Leste. This study used a quantitative correlation method with a cross sectional approach using non probability sampling techniques and total sampling techniques with a total of 98 respondents. According to the survey results obtained by 98 respondents who were satisfied with the services provided by nurses, the majority with satisfied category of 48 (49%) and minority with dissatisfied category of 10 (10%). Related to the services provided by nurses, the majority with good category of 45 (46%) and the minority with category less than 17 (17%). Based on the Spearman Rank statistic test showed that the result of p value 0.000 < 0.05, with a coefficient r= 0.647 means that there is a relationship between independent and dependent variable that category as a strong relationship. The result of this research demonstrates that there is a strong relationship between independent and dependent variable.

When analyze test with statistic Spearman Rank Correlation to X1 and Y have p value = 0,000 < 0,05 and have correlation 0.606 it’s mean have a strong influence, X2 and Y have p value = 0,001 < 0,05 and have correlation 0.488 it’s mean have a sufficient influence, X3 and Y have p value = 0,000 < 0,05 and have correlation 0.623 it’s mean have a strong influence. This research shows that the results have a strong influence between family support factor, sufficient influence between pain factor and strong influence between knowledge factor that influence the motivation of post-fracture patients to perform early mobilization in the department of surgery Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares (HNGV) Dili in 2023.
