Abstract

The implementation of learning to write paragraphs through the inquiry method using audio media shows a change in behavior in learning in a positive direction. This proves that the application of the inquiry method using audio media can improve the ability to write student paragraphs, both argumentative paragraphs and persuasive paragraphs. Changes in student behavior can be seen in the creative abilities and skills of students who experience changes from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I, students generally did not really understand paragraphs and were not able to write paragraphs properly and correctly. In cycle II, students understood paragraphs well and students were able to write good and correct paragraphs. The results of the study show that the application of the inquiry method using audio media can increase learning to write paragraphs. The results of the overall test analysis from cycle I to cycle II showed an increase. Starting from the assessment of the cognitive, affective, to psychomotor domains, it shows an increase.

Abstract

This study examines gender education in the perspective of hadith as an effort to develop equality in formal education. The study aims to analyze the understanding of the concept of gender in hadith and its implications for formal education in Indonesia. Using a qualitative method with a content analysis approach, the study explores hadith-reports on gender, including the creation of women, conjugal responsibilities, women’s leadership, and partnership between men and women. The results show that the traditions provide an understanding that men and women are equal, albeit with different roles and responsibilities. The main obstacles in gender-related formal education are gender bias in learning materials and stereotyping of gender roles in the school environment. Islamic education plays an important role in removing these biases through contextualized and fair interpretation of hadith. In conclusion, the integration of moral values and gender education in the formal education system can create a more just and harmonious society. The implication is that collaboration between educators, policymakers and communities is needed to ensure gender equality in formal education.

Abstract

This study looks at how financial literacy, education, and income affect investing decisions among professionals in Indonesia, with financial management acting as a middleman. This study used a quantitative method with a full sample of 155 employees at the Smart City & Community Innovation Center (SCCIC). It collected data through structured questionnaires and analyzed it using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that being financially literate and educated makes people better at managing their money, which in turn has a big effect on their investing choices. Income has a direct effect on investment selections, but it doesn't have a big effect on how people manage their money. Interestingly, being financially educated has a direct negative effect on investment decisions, which means that those who know more about money tend to be more careful and picky investors. The way people manage their money is an important link between literacy, education, and investing choices. These results show how important it is to teach people about money in a way that focuses on behavior to encourage smart and long-term investment participation. The study gives policymakers and financial educators useful advice on how to help people in developing countries get better investment results. Abstract

Company value is often used as the main indicator for assessing the success of managerial strategies and future business prospects. This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, capital structure, and company size on company value in the food and beverage (F&B) sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018–2024 from 48 companies. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of each company, available on the official websites of the issuers and the IDX. The study utilizes panel data regression techniques to explain the factors determining corporate value. The results indicate that, partially, profitability (X₁) and capital structure (X₂) significantly influence company value (Y), while company size (X₃) does not have a significant effect. These findings suggest that internal factors such as profit efficiency and capital structure management are more dominant in determining a company's market value than the size of its assets. This study is expected to provide empirical contributions to investors, company management, and future researchers in understanding the factors that influence company value in the Food and Beverages sector.
