Family is an important aspect in the formation of individual character in a family. Prosperous and quality families form quality generation as well. To form a prosperous and quality family, insight or knowledge that is open and following the times is needed. Surabaya City is a city with a child-friendly city category and prioritizes gender equality against sexual violence against children and women. To make it happen, the Surabaya City Government under the auspices of the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection and Population Control and Family Planning or DP3APPKB Surabaya City established the PUSPAGA (Family Learning Center) program to support efforts to form a prosperous and quality family The form is to place PUSPAGA facilitators in each Rw hall spread across 94 points in the city of Surabaya. The research used was quality research with a type of descriptive research, the purpose of this study was to determine the empowerment strategy carried out by the facilitator of the Rw 3 hall in Ketabang Village.

Program Kampung Iklim (ProKlim) merupakan upaya mitigasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi partisipasi masyarakat RW 04 Kelurahan Pagesangan Kota Surabaya dalam pelaksanaan ProKlim. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan teori partisipasi Cohen & Uphoff (1980). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat mencakup pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan program, pemanfaatan hasil dan evaluasi. RW 04 Kelurahan Pagesangan Kota Surabaya berhasil meraih berbagai penghargaan terkait pelestarian lingkungan dengan inovasi seperti IPAL (Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah) dan IPAH (Instalasi Penampungan Air Hujan). Inisiatif ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap isu lingkungan, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat ekonomi, sosial dan ekologis. Keberhasilan ini menjadi model implementasi ProKlim yang efektif dan berkelanjutan, serta berkontribusi signifikan pada pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan di Kota Surabaya.

Abstract The Community Service Program (KKN) in Lembengan Village, Jember Regency, focuses on cultivating catfish as a strategic step to increase food security and reduce stunting rates in the community. The choice of this topic was based on the high prevalence of stunting and nutritional problems in the village. The methods used include collaboration between KKN students, village officials, the Village Children's Forum (FAD), and the Jember District Fisheries Service. Core activities include distributing catfish seeds, raising awareness about cultivation, and education about the benefits of consuming catfish for pregnant women and children. The results of the activity showed a positive response from the community and village officials, with indications of increased awareness of the importance of nutrition and the economic potential of catfish cultivation. This program also produces a Follow-up Plan (RTL) which will be continued by the Village Children's Forum to ensure the sustainability of catfish cultivation in Lembengan Village. In conclusion, this initiative has great potential to improve community welfare and provide a positive long-term impact. The purpose of this study is to describe and describe the implementation of E-Workload Analysis in the process of fulfilling employees in the Legal and Cooperation Section of the City of Surabaya which is adjusted to the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 1 of 2020 concerning position analysis and workload analysis and in Mayor Regulation Number 104 of 2023 concerning the work system within the Surabaya City Government for bureaucratic simplification. This study uses Edward III's theory of the policy implementation model using four influencing indicators, namely, communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with observation techniques adapted to data from the Legal and Cooperation Section of the City of Surabaya. The results of the study show that the implementation of the e-Workload Analysis policy in fulfilling employees in the Legal and Cooperation Section of the City of Surabaya has met the requirements and is in accordance with the workload borne by employees in each position because it is adjusted to its supporting aspects. However, in the implementation of filling out the e-ABK itself, there are still delays in filling because there is work that must be done, apart from that, there are still employees who do not understand the technical aspects of the work so that it is necessary to re-assist.
