Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah minimnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka tentang akuntansi khususnya pencatatan dan pembukuan hingga penyusunan laporan keuangan. Pemahaman mereka sebelumnya bahwa pencatatan dan pembukuan itu sulit, merepotkan, dan menyita waktu menjadi penghambat untuk belajar akuntansi. Untuk itu pencatatan akuntansi berbasis teknologi menjadi penting terutama pada UMKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM adalah belum adanya pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan usaha menggunakan aplikasi secara langsung. Solusi yang dibutuhkan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola keuangan menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi UMKM. Tujuannya agar pelaku UMKM mau dan disiplin menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi UMKM yang mudah digunakan secara mobile dengan media gadget dan sebagai upaya peningkatan kesadaran membayar pajak bagi pelaku UMKM. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Sidoarjo Selatan berjalan dengan baik dan dilaksanakan dengan 3 (tiga) metode. Peserta antusias dan bersemangat mengikuti kegiatan sampai selesai meskipun di awal pendampingan beberapa peserta mengalami kesulitan karena gaptek. Harapan kedepan agar pelaku UMKM di Sidoarjo Selatan mau dan disiplin untuk mencatat setiap aktivitas keuangan secara harian atau secara berkala dengan menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi UMKM dan patuh dalam melaporkan dan membayarkan pajaknya.

Abstract

Di Sidoarjo Selatan para pelaku UMKM bergerak diberbagai bidang perekonomian. Permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah minimnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka tentang akuntansi khususnya pencatatan dan pembukuan hingga penyusunan laporan keuangan. Pemahaman mereka sebelumnya bahwa pencatatan dan pembukuan itu sulit, merepotkan, dan menyita waktu menjadi penghambat untuk belajar akuntansi. Abstract

Papua Province, as one of the outermost and foremost regions in Indonesia, still faces various challenges in improving access to and quality of education for its children. The School Expectancy Score (AHS) for completing a certain level of education can be an important indicator for understanding the level of education in an area. This research aims to reveal the urgency of children's AHS as an effort to develop human resources in Papua Province. The research method used is a qualitative approach with secondary data collection. Data analysis was carried out to evaluate trends and patterns of AHS in Papua Province over the last few years, as well as identify factors that influence AHS. The research results show that AHS in Papua is still low compared to the national average, indicating a significant education gap between Papua Province and other regions in Indonesia. Factors such as inadequate educational infrastructure, high levels of poverty, social conflict, and cultural diversity are the main obstacles to achieving increased AHS in Papua New Guinea. It can be concluded that increasing children's AHS in Papua Province has high urgency in human resource development efforts. By overcoming these obstacles, Papua Province can encourage wider educational participation and improve the standard of living of its people.

Abstract

Limited land, especially in big cities such as DKI Jakarta and Surabaya, as well as other areas, has caused land prices to skyrocket in all areas, making housing types such as apartments and condominiums the preferred choice for market consumers. In addition, the apartment's strategic location makes it the right choice in terms of price compared to very expensive condos in big cities. In addition, the increase in apartment sales or what is known as apartments has led to many fraudulent practices carried out by real estate developers or developers, so that consumers suffer huge losses due to this phenomenon. A particular problem is the commercialization of residential construction projects that have not yet been implemented but have been publicly marketed. This research was conducted and addressed to the Grha Aparna Apartment Development with the hope that researchers can find study material, namely the community's perspective regarding environmental and societal conditions in the Grha Aparna Apartment development area, besides that the research method that will be used in discussing this study is a descriptive qualitative research method and Literature study of journals or books that will be referred to in the process of studying this problem Keywords: Limited Land, Implementation, Apartments.

Abstract

The train is a land transportation that is widely used by some Indonesian people. With the many benefits of trains, the community is expected to provide awareness in the importance of giving way when trains will pass. This needs to be done because the load carried by the train is very heavy and also the train carriages are also long, making it difficult if the train is forced to brake suddenly. Therefore, the importance of public awareness when crossing the tracks to remain careful and obey traffic signs. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the implementation of road user safety policies at level railway crossings in Brambang village by the Jombang Regency Transportation Agency. This type of research is a type of case study research and the method used in this research is a qualitative method. The author uses Miles and Huberman's data analysis technique. The results of this study based on the theory of policy implementation from Charles O. Jones show that the division of labor that has been formed by the Jombang Regency Transportation Office is organized, the lack of knowledge of PJL at the crossing about safety and security at level crossings and the Jombang Regency Transportation Office has carried out its duties such as providing field evaluations. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of safety and security policies at JPL 75 is in accordance with the theory of policy implementation from Charles O. Jones, but there are still many shortcomings in the policy implementation process.

Abstract

Malang City is one of the cities in East Java that has experienced a total of 700 flood events since 2019 (BPBD’s data) and has made floods a routine problem for the local government. This phenomenon is the basis for the emergence of a flood management program and this research aims to determine the implementation of flood management program policy by the Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, and Residential Areas Agency in Malang City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research design to collect written data through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that the flood management program policy has been implemented quite well in Malang City. Efforts by the Malang City Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, and Residential Areas Office to provide understanding to the public regarding the urgency of handling floods through this program need to be carried out.

Abstract

The Jombang Healthy Card program is a breakthrough issued by the Jombang Regency Government as a form of assistance for poor people who are not yet covered by national health insurance to obtain adequate health services. This research aims to determine the evaluation of the Jombang Healthy Card program policy for the poor at the Jombang Regency Social Service using the theory of William N. Dunn (2017) which has six evaluation criteria including effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. This research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the evaluation of the Jombang Healthy Card program policy for the poor is still not optimal, with the following explanation: 1) effectiveness, still hampered by administrative problems, public perception and range of access to services resulting in objectives not being optimally achieved, although program monitoring is successful. 2) efficiency, human resources are efficient, but time and infrastructure are still not efficient. 3) adequacy, benefits felt by participants, but not enough to overcome the problem of health service costs for target groups who have not been recorded as participants. 4) equity, program socialization has been carried out, but participation is still not evenly distributed. 5) responsiveness, successful in getting positive responses from poor communities accompanied by constructive input on the Jombang Sehat Card program. 6) appropriateness, implementation is correct but needs to be improved so that the benefits can be felt by more target groups.

Abstract

Democracy is a system of government that places the people at the center of decision-making, with General Elections (Pemilu) as the main mechanism for electing leaders and representatives of the people. Fair, honest, and transparent elections rely heavily on the role of election organizers, especially the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu). However, unhealthy political practices, such as money politics and fraud, often undermine the integrity of elections and democracy itself. This study aims to examine Bawaslu's role in election supervision and the importance of community participation in ensuring the success of clean and fair elections. The results show that although Bawaslu has a strategic role in supervision, limited human resources and the vast territory of Indonesia require active community participation. Participatory supervision is the key to narrowing the space for violations and increasing transparency and accountability of elections. In conclusion, public participation in election supervision strengthens the democratic system and ensures the implementation of fairer, honest and transparent elections, thereby reducing the possibility of political manipulation that harms people's sovereignty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of competency-based training programs for local workforce candidates in Gresik Regency, a study at the Gresik Manpower Office and Gresik Vocational House. The effectiveness is seen based on four aspects according to Budiani (2007), namely target accuracy, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving informants who have an understanding and connection with the training program. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman Interactive Model (Miles et al., 2014) through data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that this competency-based training program has been quite effective for local workforce candidates in Gresik Regency. This can be seen from the analysis of several aspects of effectiveness, namely the target accuracy aspect is considered very appropriate because it has targeted the native Gresik community and job seekers, the program socialization aspect is considered quite effective because it has succeeded in utilizing social media and digital platforms that are easily accessible, the program objectives aspect is considered effective in improving the skills of local workers and reducing unemployment because the training design is based on industry needs, as well as good program monitoring from officers in overseeing the course of training and also post-training through WhatsApp groups, Google Forms, and evaluation meetings. However, strategies and evaluations are still needed to improve this training program in the future so that it is more optimal and has an increasing impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kebijakan program puspaga sebagai unit layanan keluarga di balai RW Kelurahan Semolowaru. PUSPAGA memiliki fungsi memberikan panduan serta bimbingan kepada keluarga dalam menangani beragam isu yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan anak, komunikasi di dalam lingkungan keluarga,  penyelesaian konflik, atau masalah lain yang mempengaruhi keharmonisan keluarga di Surabaya. Puspaga Balai RW Kelurahan Semolowaru sebagai wujud kebijakan publik untuk dilaksanakan di daerah termasuk kota surabaya. Puspaga menjadi inovasi Pemerintah Kota  Surabaya dalam upaya menyediakan layanan satu pintu (One Stop Service) yang saat ini dimulai dari lingkup RW dan mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan  pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui hasil dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan memberi gambaran terkait program puspaga agar dapat memaksimalkan upaya pelayanan publik dari tingkat RW dengan memberikan layanan sosialisasi, edukasi dan bimbingan masyarakat agar terbentuk keluarga yang harmonis. Penelitian ini dikaji dengan teori efektivitas Budiani yang meliputi; Ketepatan Sasaran Program, Sosialisasi Program, Tujuan Program dan Pemantauan Program.Kata Kunci: Keluarga, Program, Puspaga
