Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai UPTD RSUD Tengku Rafi’an Kabupaten Siak. Kemudian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai UPTD RSUD Tengku Rafi’an Kabupaten Siak, Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai UPTD RSUD Tengku Rafi’an Kabupaten Siak, Kemudian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Disiplin Pegawai UPTD RSUD Tengku Rafi’an Kabupaten Siak, Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai UPTD RSUD Tengku Rafi’an Kabupaten Siak, Kemudian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja melalui Disiplin Pegawai UPTD RSUD Tengku Rafi’an Kabupaten Siak. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work life balance, job burnout and job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT. Mega Putri Graha Group and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between these variables. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach via questionnaires. The population in this study were employees at PT. Mega Putri Graha Group with a sample size of 99 respondents. Statistical data analysis using the Smart PLS program. The results of this study indicate that work life balance has no effect on Turn over intention (Y) at PT. Mega Putri Graha Group. Meanwhile, Job Burnout and Job Satisfaction have a significant direct effect on Turn over intention at PT. Mega Putri Graha Group. Work life balance and Job Burnout have a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Mega Putri Graha Group. Based on the research results, it is known that Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between work life balance and job burnout on employee turnover intention at PT. Mega Putri Graha Group.

Abstract

Aplikasi pupuk organik cair (POC) dapat meminimalisir penggunaan pupuk anorganik dan meningkatkan hasil buah terung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis, interval waktu pemberian, serta interaksi dosis dan interval waktu pemberian POC kulit pisang kepok yang terbaik pengaruhnya terhadap hasil tanaman terung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama lima bulan di lahan percobaan dengan menggunakan polibag dan di Laboratorium Agronomi Fakultas Pertanian dan Peternakan UIN Suska, Pekanbaru-Riau. Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dua faktor dengan enam ulangan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Faktor pertama adalah dosis POC kulit pisang kepok (0, 250, 500, 750 ml/tanaman) dan faktor kedua adalah interval waktu pemberian POC kulit pisang kepok (tiga, enam dan sembilan hari sekali), sehingga berjumlah 72 unit percobaan. Hasil terbaik dalam meningkatkan jumlah daun dan diameter batang tanaman terung diperoleh dari perlakuan dosis POC kulit pisang kepok 500 ml/tanaman. Umur panen terung lebih cepat dengan perlakuan pemberian POC kulit pisang kepok enam hari sekali. Hasil terbaik dalam meningkatkan bobot buah terung per tanaman dan jumlah buah terung per tanaman diperoleh dari adanya interaksi pemberian POC kulit pisang kepok dosis 500 ml/tanaman dan interval waktu enam hari sekali. Disarankan menggunakan POC kulit pisang kepok dosis 500 ml/tanaman dan interval waktu pemberian enam hari sekali dalam budidaya terung secara organik. The application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) can minimize the use of inorganic fertilizers and increase eggplant yield. This study aims to determine the dose, time interval, and the interaction between dose and time interval for POC kepok banana peel, which has the best effect on eggplant yield. This research was carried out for five months in an experimental field using polybags and at the Agronomy Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Science, UIN Suska, Pekanbaru-Riau. A two-factor, completely randomized design (CRD) with six replications was used in this study. The first factor was the dose of POC kepok banana peel (0, 250, 500, 750 ml/plant), and the second factor was the time interval for giving POC kepok banana peel (every three, six and nine days) so that there were 72 experimental units. The best results in increasing the number of leaves and stem diameter of eggplant plants were obtained from the POC treatment of banana peel kepok 500 ml/plant. Eggplant harvest age is faster with the treatment of giving POC kepok banana peels every six days. The best results in increasing eggplant fruit weight per plant and the number of eggplant fruit per plant were obtained from the interaction of POC kepok banana peels with a dose of 500 ml/plant and every six days. It is recommended to use POC kepok banana peels at a dose of 500 ml/plant and a time interval of six days in organic eggplant cultivation.

Abstract

The research method employed a literature review (library research), collecting data from various literature related to the research topic. This study explores the relationship between ethical leadership and innovative work behavior, considering the increasing recognition of ethical leadership as a distinct leadership style. Based on Social Exchange Theory, this research investigates the impact of ethical leadership on employees' innovative work behavior, emphasizing the holistic perspective of ethical leadership. The findings contribute valuable insights to management studies, specifically in leadership, organizational behavior, and human resource management. Additionally, the research emphasizes the role of ethical leadership in shaping positive and innovative work behaviors among employees, providing guidance for organizational management to design strategies preventing behaviors that may undermine innovative work behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership, work facilities and work environment on the performance of Sungai Iliran Village officials, Gaung Anak Serka District. The research population is the entire Sungai Iliran Village apparatus, Gaung District, totaling 32 people. The research population uses the census method. The research results show that the leadership variable has a positive direct and significant effect on the performance of village officials, the work facility variable has no positive direct and significant effect on the performance of village officials, the work environment variable has a positive direct and significant effect on the performance of village officials, there is a significant effect from the independent variables of leadership, work facilities, work environment to the dependent variable of Village apparatus performance. Based on the results of the F test, there is a significant influence of the independent variables leadership, work facilities, work environment on the dependent variable performance. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained is 0.958, so it can be concluded that the leadership variables, work facilities, work environment contribute to the performance variable (Y) by 95.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 4.2% is influenced by other factors outside the independent variables in this study.

Abstract

The research method employed a literature study (library research), involving the collection of data from various literature related to the research topic. The research findings indicate that procedural justice by management positively contributes to employee trust. Employees who believe in procedural justice tend to have high organizational trust. The conclusion of this research provides a valuable contribution to the field of management, particularly in leadership, organizational behavior, and human resource management. The research findings also offer insights for organizational management in designing strategies to prevent behaviors that could undermine organizational trust. The results of this research highlight the crucial role of leadership in shaping positive attitudes and behaviors among employees in the organizational context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of school principals' supervision on teacher performance in public Junior High Schools (SLTP) in the Batang Tuaka District. School principals' supervision is an essential factor in improving teaching quality, teacher motivation, and collaboration among teachers. Descriptive research method was employed, gathering data through observations, interviews, and documentary studies. The results of the study indicate that school principals' supervision has a positive impact on teacher performance. Directed and effective supervision helps improve the quality of teachers' instruction, motivates teachers in carrying out their duties, and fosters collaboration among teachers. Supporting factors such as effective communication, active teacher involvement, consistent support from school principals, and a school culture that supports the professional development of teachers also play a vital role in maximizing the impact of school principals' supervision. Therefore, it is recommended that school principals and relevant stakeholders pay serious attention to the practice of school principals' supervision to enhance the quality of education in public Junior High Schools in the Batang Tuaka District. This study provides a significant contribution to understanding the relationship between school principals' supervision and teacher performance in the context of public Junior High Schools.

Additionally, this research underscores the importance of altruistic leadership in fostering positive and happy workplace behavior among employees, providing guidance for organizational management to design strategies that increase workplace happiness.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation on job satisfaction, the influence of compensation on employee work facilities, and the influence of compensation on employee job satisfaction with work facilities as a mediator at Pebenaan Village Office. 33The population in this study consisted of 63 employees and officials of Pebenaan Village Office. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method (non- random sample), namely the Saturated Sampling Technique, which involves the entire population as the sample. The statistical methods used were descriptive statistics for descriptive analysis and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the research hypotheses using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study indicate a significant influence of compensation on job satisfaction among officials at Pebenaan Village Office, a significant influence of compensation on work facilities among officials at Pebenaan Village Office, no influence of work facilities on job satisfaction among officials at Pebenaan Village Office, and no influence of compensation on job satisfaction with work facilities as a mediating variable among officials at Pebenaan Village Office.
