Abstract

This research was conducted regarding the phenomenon of low teacher competence. The focus of this research is on teachers' internal and external problems in the teaching and learning process (PBM). The aim of this research is to find out: 1) the problems of the teaching profession; 2) efforts to improve the quality of education at Napai State Elementary School, West Aceh Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques use models: observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that: 1) teacher problems consist of internal problems, including: (a) pedagogical competence, namely weak control of the class, poor innovation and creativity, low interest in reading, lack of mastery of good assessment techniques and teachers lacking or even not mastering learning media which is based on information technology, (b) professional competence, namely lack of mastery of the material, (c) personality competence, namely lack of love for the profession. Meanwhile, external problems include: class size, learning atmosphere, limited learning facilities and resources, discipline and available libraries. 2) the solution/effort made to overcome this problem is by empowering human resources and existing facilities to support improving the quality of education,

Abstract

Era digital sekarang pembelajaran dituntut merancang pembelajaran lebih menarik bagi siswa. Pengembangan media pembelajaran digital yang sedang naik daun adalah salah satu solusi yang dapat ditawarkan terlebih pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam. Pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam didominasi oleh materi yang memuat nama, tanggal dan tahun kejadian sejarah masa lampau sehingga siswa mengganggap pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam kurang menarik dan membosankan oleh karena itu pengembangan media pembelajaran Video Sparkol menggunakan aplikasi VideoScribe dan Kuis Teka-Teki menggunakan Puzzle Maker untuk menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam disekolah seperti siswa mengantuk pada saat proses pembelajaran dan mengetahui keefektivan media tersebut dalam membangkitkan semangat belajar siswa, sasaran pengembangan ini adalah siswa kelas XI di MA Darul Amin Palangka Raya dan mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam, metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah R&D dengan model 4D dengan langkah-langkah Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan) dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Hasil penelitian pengembangan menunjukan keefektivan penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam dengan skor validasi ahli media 93,75% pada media Kuis Teka-Teki Silang berbasis web puzzle maker dan 83,3% pada media video sparkol berbasis aplikasi VideoScribe sementara validasi dari ahli materi pada media yang dikembangkan mendapatkan skor 75% sehingga dapat dikategorikan media layak digunakan. Setelah di uji coba pada 26 siswa dalam satu kelas skor pada angket respon siswa sebanyak 69,98% dengan kategori baik.

Abstract

Despite the increasing use of digital learning media, studies focusing on the development of Electronic Student Worksheets for Islamic Religious Education using a continuous development model remain limited. This study aims to develop an Electronic Student Worksheet for Islamic Religious Education to enhance students’ independent learning at Karsa Mulya Vocational High School, Palangka Raya. The research employed a Research and Development approach using the DevOps model, which emphasises continuous and sustainable product development. Data were collected through observations and interviews with teachers and students as the basis for needs analysis. The Electronic Student Worksheet was developed using the Canva Pro application and includes learning objectives as well as various forms of assessment, such as multiple-choice questions, crossword puzzles, essays, and case studies. The feasibility test results indicated an evaluation score of 88% from the subject-matter expert and 86% from the media expert, categorised as very feasible. The findings confirm that the Electronic Student Worksheet effectively supports students’ independent learning during internship programmes. The novelty of this study lies in the application of the DevOps model in developing an Electronic Student Worksheet for Islamic Religious Education. These findings provide practical implications for teachers by offering an effective digital learning medium that supports independent learning in vocational high school contexts. Pengembangan media elektronik lembar kerja peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya kajian pengembangan Electronic Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (E-LKPD) Pendidikan Agama Islam yang menerapkan model pengembangan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-LKPD Pendidikan Agama Islam guna meningkatkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik di SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan menerapkan model DevOps. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara sebagai dasar analisis kebutuhan. E-LKPD dikembangkan menggunakan Canva Pro dan dilengkapi tujuan pembelajaran serta berbagai bentuk penilaian, seperti pilihan ganda, teka-teki silang, esai, dan studi kasus. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan skor 88% dari ahli materi dan 86% dari ahli media dengan kategori sangat layak. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD efektif mendukung kemandirian belajar peserta didik selama praktik kerja industri. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada penerapan model DevOps dalam pengembangan E-LKPD Pendidikan Agama Islam.
