Abstract

Individual Health Efforts (UKP) or often called curative services, the target is individuals and or households. The orientation is the healing and rehabilitation of someone who falls ill. UPT Puskesmas Muara Kulam is an inpatient health center, which in its implementation implements programs both Public Health Service Efforts (UKM) and Individual Health Efforts (UKP). The utilization of basic health services by the community in 2020 was 45.8% of the 12,021 population.The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the decision of parents to bring their children to the UKP service of the Muara Kulam Puskesmas, North Musi Rawas Regency in 2023.This type of research is analytical observational with a cross sectional design. The sample size of this study was 62 respondents selected by putposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was no relationship between age, education, employment, ownership of health insurance, availability of health workers and accessibility with the decision of parents to bring their children to the UKP Puskesmas Muara Kulam Mutara District. While for the perception of pain there is a significant relationship with a value of p=0.002. This study should be used as information and reference material to examine how to improve the utilization of health services at the puskesmas.

Abstract

Narcotics and psychotropic substances are drugs, materials that are useful in the field of health care, but on the other hand can cause dependence which is very detrimental if used without strict supervision. Narcotic substances were originally indicated for medicinal purposes, but with the development of science and technology, types of narcotics can be misused. Drug abuse has become a serious problem in various countries, both in developed countries and in Indonesia. To deal with the problem of narcotics, the activity "Implementation of Organizational Functions Through Mapping Activities of Drug Prone and Vulnerable Areas in Urban Children and Youth in 2024 at the Kandang Village Office, Kampung Melayu District, Bengkulu City" was carried out. The purpose of this activity is to realize a clean city from drugs. In the community service activities that have been carried out, it is considered very important. The results achieved in the formation of Volunteers, Intelligence in the Working Area of Kelurahan Kandang, Kampung Melayu Subdistrict, Bengkulu City, whose members consist of local people, both youth and youth organizations as well as community leaders who are chosen and trusted by the community. They will help socialize and control community activities, including monitoring and controlling those suspected of being involved in consuming or distributing drugs. Assistance to the cadres has been provided in health services and counseling activities, not only related to drugs but also other health issues, through technical guidance from BNN Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Pada persalinan yang lama dapat menyebabkan ibu mengalami stress bahkan munculnya rasa kelelahan yang dapat lebih lama sehingga rasa nyeri akan meningkat pada masa proses persalinan. Lamanya waktu persalinan bisa disebabkan oleh bayi yang besar atau bahkan adanya kelainan pada pelvis yang mengakibatkan rasa nyeri dan kelelahan yang semakin meningkat dan seiring lamanya proses persalinan terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan Terapi birth ball pada ibu inpartu primigravida dengan kelancaran proses persalinan kala I di PMB Bidan Ida Laina, S.ST di Kota Bengkulu tahun 2022”. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi menggunakan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 30 orang dan pengambilan sampel secara total sampling sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 orang. Pengambilan data secara primer yaitu mengobservasi langsung yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisa data mengunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan terapi birth ball sebagian besar melakukan terapi birthball sebanyak 22 orang (73,3%) dan sebagian besar mengalami kelancaran proses persalinan sebanyak 25 orang (83,3%). Dari hasil analisa menggunakan uji statistik chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara terapi birth ball dengan kelancaran proses persalinan, dimana nilai p value (0,000) lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05). Simpulan didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Terapi birth ball pada ibu inpartu primigravida dengan kelancaran proses persalinan kala I. Saran bagi Tenaga kesehatan yang membantu persalinan diharapkan bisa memberikan terapi birthing ball dan bisa juga dilakukan pada ibu hamil trimester III.
