Abstract

Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan pemerintah Indonesia dalam menanggulangi kejadian Covid 19 yang telah mengalami mutasi dengan muculnya varian baru, sehingga lonjakan angka kejadian yang tinggi kembali dialami oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Protocol kesehatan kembali diperketat pada fasilitas public dan sector pelayanan yang tidak bisa menerapkan work form home (WFH). Pemerintah telah memberlakukan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat guna memutus rantai penyebaran virus Corona dengan beberapa aturan, salah satunya adalah penerapan 100% work from office (WFO) pada sector esensial seperti lembaga keuangan (Bank) dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Abstract

Mutu pelayanan kesehatan merupakan tolok ukur dari pelayanan yang diberikan oleh perawat maupun tenaga kesehatan lainnya. Case management merupakan salah satu model asuhan yang saat ini dapat menjawab kebutuhan pasien dalam pelayanan yang tidak hanya terbatas di rumah sakit namun dapat dilanjutkan dengan pelayanan lainnya sampai berada pada kondisi sehat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk menambah wawasan dan menyegarkan kembali pemahaman perawat pelaksana mengenai model asuhan case management dalam memberikan pelayanan yang komprehensif kepada pasien. Pelaksanaan pengabdian diawali dengan pemberian pretest kepada perawat kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian informasi mengenai model asuhan case management, diskusi serta terakhir evaluasi dalam bentuk post test. Pretest dan postest berisikan pertanyaan mengenai pemahaman dan penerapan case management dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabmas didapatkan bahwa, sebelum pemberian edukasi (pretest) sebanyak 8 responden (66,67%) memiliki pemahaman yang baik terhadap model asuhan case management, dan setelah edukasi sebanyak 10 responden (83,33%) sudah lebih memahami mengenai model asuhan case management. Perawat merupakan salah satu penggerak utama dalam pelayanan asuhan case management yang berkolaborasi dengan tenaga kesehatan lainnya. Abstract

Manajemen risiko merupakan serangkaian penilaian, identifikasi, dan penyusunan prioritas risiko yang disusun secara proaktif dengan maksud meminimalkan terjadinya Kejadian Tidak diinginkan (KTD) dan risiko lain yang mengancam keselamatan pasien dan staff. Tujuan: Studi literatur ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengimplementasian program manajemen risiko pada pelayanan kesehatan. Metode: Pencarian artikel jurnal dilakukan pada tiga database jurnal, yaitu Google Scholar, Proquest, dan Springer. Terdapat 236 artikel yang didapatkan dalam proses pencarian jurnal dan 6 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk dilakukan review lebih lanjut. Hasil: hasil review artikel menunjukan bahwa penerapan manajemen risiko penting dilakukan untuk meminimalkan risiko terjadinya insiden yang mengancam keselamatan pasien. Faktor kunci dalam penerapan manajemen risiko di rumah sakit mencakup pengetahuan staff, kepemimpinan, kebijakan strategis rumah sakit, dan ada tidaknya posisi penanggung jawab program yang memastikan berjalannya program manajemen risiko. Kesimpulan: efektivitas program manajemen risiko dengan pembuatan kebijakan strategis pada pelayanan kesehatan dan pembentukan penanggungjawab program agar program berjalan dengan efektif.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Fenomena yang sedang terjadi di kalangan orang tua yang sedang mendampingi siswa SD belajar online selama pandemi adalah adanya berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi orang tua siswa selama mendampingi anaknya belajar dari rumah. Hal ini bisa menimbulkan stress dan berpengaruh terhadap kesehatannya secara umum.Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian qualitative dengan pendekatan ekplorasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara mendalam secara online sistem terhadap partisipan terkait dan data dianalisis secara tematik yang disajikan dalam bentuk narasi.Hasil: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa seluruh partisipan memiliki persepsi bahwa proses pembelajaran untuk siswa SD dilakukan secara online dari rumah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 adalah pilihan yang tepat. Permasalahan yang menimbulkan stress pada orang tua yang mendampingi siswa belajar dari rumah adalah orang tua kurang memahami materi yang harus dijelaskan ke siswa, tidak semua siswa SD memiliki Hp dan harus menggunakan Hp orang tuanya, banyak orang tua yang bekerja dan harus membagi waktu antara bekerja, mendampingi anak belajar dan juga harus bermasyarakat.Simpulan: Para partisipan utama mengalami tanda stress seperti khawatir, cemas, cepat emosi, suka marah-marah dan kesal saat mendampingi siswa SD belajar dari rumah apalagi ditambah tidak semua siswa SD menurut dan mau mengerjakan tugas-tugas bersama orang tuanya. Semua partisipan ini berharap pandemi ini segera berlalu sehingga anak-anak bisa sekolah tatap muka kembali tentunya dengan protokol kesehatan dan pengawasan pencegahan penularan Covid-19 dari pemerintah maupun pihak sekolah.Kata Kunci: Covid-19, orang tua,Stres, siswa SDDescription of the Stress of Parents Accompanying Elementary School Students Studying Online From Home During the Covid-19 Pandemic Period in Cepaka Village, Kediri, Tabanan, BaliBackground: The phenomenon that is happening among parents who are accompanying elementary school students to learn online during the pandemic is that there are various problems faced by parents while accompanying their children to study from home. This can cause stress and affect their general health.Methods: This research is a qualitative research with an exploratory approach. The data was collected through an in-depth online interview technique with related partisipants and the data were analyzed thematically presented in the form of a narrative.Results: This study found that all partisipants had a perception that the learning process for elementary school students was carried out online from home during the Covid-19 pandemic was the right choice. Problems that cause stress to parents who accompany students to study from home are that parents do not understand the material that must be explained to students, not all elementary students have cellphones and have to use their parents' cellphones, many parents work and have to divide their time between work, assist children in learning and must also socialize.Conclusion: The main partisipants experienced signs of stress such as worry, anxiety, quick temper, like to be angry and annoyed when accompanying elementary school students to study from home, moreover, not all elementary students obeyed and wanted to do tasks with their parents. All of these partisipants hope that this pandemic will soon pass so that children can go to school face to face again, of course with health protocols and supervision of the prevention of Covid-19 transmission from the government and the school. Keywords: Covid-19, parents, stress, elementary school students

Abstract

Introduction: The Patient-Centered Care (PCC) model aims to improve the quality of healthcare services by upholding human dignity and recognizing each patient’s individuality, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, skin color, age, gender, political beliefs, religion, or social status. This study aimed to identify key factors influencing patient satisfaction with healthcare services based on PCC principles, specifically comparing patients with BPJS and non-BPJS payment statuses.Methods: This quantitative study employed a cross-sectional design. A total of 315 respondents who had been hospitalized for more than 24 hours at Bunda Margonda Hospital were selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using the PPE-15 questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Chi-square tests, and logistic regression.Results: Among BPJS patients, satisfaction was significantly influenced by gender (p = 0.029), marital status (p = 0.023), education (p = 0.020), and length of treatment (p = 0.025). In the non-BPJS group, age (p = 0.029) and marital status (p = 0.024) were significant factors. Logistic regression analysis revealed that length of stay was the most influential factor for BPJS patients (aOR = 2.3; p = 0.023), whereas marital status was the primary factor for non-BPJS patients (aOR = 1.3; p = 0.024).Conclusion: A shorter length of hospital stay is positively associated with higher satisfaction among BPJS patients, while marital status significantly influences satisfaction among non-BPJS patients. These findings highlight the need for tailored approaches in delivering patient-centered care based on payment status and demographic characteristics.

Abstract

Background: Nurse performance is one measure of the quality of services provided in hospitals which will indirectly influence patient satisfaction. Objective: This study aims to analyze the performance of nurses in providing nursing care and to determine the relationship between nurse performance and service quality. Method: The research design used was descriptive correlation to determine the relationship between nurse performance and service quality. The research instrument uses a questionnaire given via Google Form with two answer choices yes and no. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula so that a sample size of 130 people was obtained plus a 10% chance of dropping out, resulting in 143 people from 193 nurses as population. Result: The research results showed that good nurse performance can provide good quality service, namely 130 people (91%). Meanwhile, poor nurse performance will result in poor service quality for 7 people (4.9%). The statistical test results using the Chi Square test were p=0.003, Conclusion: There is a relationship between nurse performance and service quality. Performance is one indicator of the quality of service in a hospital

Abstract

Introduction: The credentialing process is a series of expertise verifications to obtain clinical authority, especially for nurses. This literature review aimed to gain further exposure to implementing nursing credentials and determine whether the implementation is optimal.Methods: The method used a literature review. Article searches were carried out via PubMed, Google Scholar, and Wiley using the keywords “nursing credential” while searching in English articles and the keyword “kredensial perawat” in an article in Bahasa. A total of fifteen articles were extracted based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results: Nurses are expected to provide services by their clinical competence and authority through the credentialing process. Many studies showed that the implementation of credentials still needs to be improved. The main challenge found in many studies regarding the implementation of credentials is the overlapping of duties by the credentials committee. Conclusion: If the credentialing process is carried out correctly and optimally following existing laws and regulations, it will benefit nurses and hospitals significantly. These benefits include, among others, the fact that nurses can optimize the nursing care provided and provide legal protection because nurses have carried out competencies by their authority. Meanwhile, hospitals can improve the quality of service, maintain patient safety, and increase patient and family satisfaction.
