Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran sikap dalam memediasi pengaruh religiusitas terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonessia KC Palembang Simpang Patal. Penelitian ini bersifat kausal menggunakan data primer sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap dapat memediasi pengaruh religiusitas terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Simpang Patal Palembang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Inventory is a fairly large current asset and has an important role in every company. Inventory is used to support the company's operational activities. Inventory management activities need to be carried out with correct procedures so that inventory security can be maintained. Security needs to be maintained starting from the purchasing process, storage to the inventory dispensing process. The purpose of this review is to understand how inventory management procedures are implemented at the Pesona Alam Resort & Spa Hotel in order to meet the needs of the company's operational activities. Apart from that, to find out the documents used and related parts in inventory management procedures at the Pesona Alam Resort & Spa Hotel. The results of the review show that inventory management procedures comply with the SOP determined by the company and are also implemented well. There is a separation of duties between related sections and the completeness of the documents is quite good. Keywords: Inventory Management

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi komunikasi yang digunakan guru di TK An-Nizam, mengevaluasi efektivitas metode komunikasi tersebut, serta memahami tantangan dalam berkomunikasi dengan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan survei terhadap guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alat peraga visual dan media interaktif sangat membantu dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran. Instruksi verbal yang jelas dan sederhana juga efektif dalam membantu pemahaman anak-anak. Partisipasi aktif siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sangat didorong. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif sangat penting dalam pendidikan anak usia dini dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan penggunaan media interaktif serta keterlibatan orang tua dalam pendidikan anak.

Abstract

Indonesia is renowned for its abundant natural resources. In alignment with Article 33, Paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution, which asserts that the earth, water, and natural resources in Indonesia are under state control and should be utilized for the maximum benefit of the people, the Indonesian government is tasked with overseeing these resources to enhance the welfare of its citizens. Nonetheless, ongoing conflicts arise from overlapping legal frameworks between Mining Business Permits (IUP) and Business Use Rights (HGU). These conflicts may stem from various factors and lead to significant losses for multiple stakeholders.This article employs a doctrinal methodology through a literature review, examining relevant books, journals, news articles, and online media to investigate these issues. It aims to inform the Indonesian public by providing an overview of the challenges associated with the intersection of IUP and HGU, as well as the government's responsibilities and potential solutions. By fostering a deeper understanding of these complexities, particularly for those involved in the mining industry, this article also calls upon the government to enhance regulatory oversight to mitigate such overlaps.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini mewujudkan beragam hal dan inovasi baru di perpustakaan terutama dalam bidang pengolahan bahan pustaka. Bagian pengolahan memiliki peran penting dalam perpustakaan karena sebelum koleksi dilayankan dan dipinjamkan harus melalui beberapa tahapan di bagian pengolahan. Ruang Baca Fakultas Syari’ah dan Hukum UIN Ar-Raniry merupakan perpustakaan yang memiliki fokus dalam penyediaan berbagai koleksi yang mendukung mahasiswa dan dosen dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memberi rancangan inovasi pada bagian pengolahan dengan menggunakan sistem pengolahan otomatis bahan pustaka dirancang untuk membantu tugas pustakawan dalam pekerjaan pengolahan bahan pustaka, khususnya input data bibliografi, klasifikasi dan abstrak menggunakan dari komputer yang telah tersambung dengan mesin yang dibekali dengan AI (Artificial Intelligence) dan NLP (Natural Language Processing) sehingga mampu membaca otomatis teks, gambar dan mengidentifikasi buku yang akan diolah.

Abstract

An authentic deed is a written document made by a public official such as a notary, possessing perfect and binding evidentiary power under Indonesian law. This deed provides legal certainty through formal, material, and external proof in accordance with the provisions of the Notary Law (UUJN), including the presence of actual instrumental witnesses. However, the inclusion of fictitious instrumental witnesses can undermine the deed’s validity, reducing its evidentiary power to that of a private deed and potentially leading to its legal annulment. Such violations not only damage public trust and the professionalism of the notary but also expose the notary to administrative sanctions, civil liability, and criminal charges of forgery. Therefore, the integrity and professionalism of the notary are essential to maintaining the validity of authentic deeds, protecting legal rights, and ensuring legal certainty for all parties involved.
