Abstract

This classroom action research aims to describe the use of the Problem Based Learning learning model in an effort to improve student learning outcomes which was carried out in class IV of SD Negeri 238 Palembang on the content of the Indonesian language subject, material on transitive sentences and class IV intrasynthetic sentences. This type of research uses classroom action research (PTK) with data collection techniques consisting of interviews, tests and observations. Data collection procedures are carried out through tests at the end of each cycle and observations during learning. The average learning outcomes of students in cycle I, cycle II, cycle III have increased. In cycle I the average student score was 67.16 with learning completeness 63%. In cycle II the average student score was 76.04 with learning completeness 77%. And in cycle III the average student score was 80.03 with learning completeness of 87%. The results of this research show that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve learning outcomes in Indonesian Language Subjects.

Abstract

Indonesia is renowned for its abundant natural resources. In alignment with Article 33, Paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution, which asserts that the earth, water, and natural resources in Indonesia are under state control and should be utilized for the maximum benefit of the people, the Indonesian government is tasked with overseeing these resources to enhance the welfare of its citizens. Nonetheless, ongoing conflicts arise from overlapping legal frameworks between Mining Business Permits (IUP) and Business Use Rights (HGU). These conflicts may stem from various factors and lead to significant losses for multiple stakeholders.This article employs a doctrinal methodology through a literature review, examining relevant books, journals, news articles, and online media to investigate these issues. It aims to inform the Indonesian public by providing an overview of the challenges associated with the intersection of IUP and HGU, as well as the government's responsibilities and potential solutions. By fostering a deeper understanding of these complexities, particularly for those involved in the mining industry, this article also calls upon the government to enhance regulatory oversight to mitigate such overlaps.

Abstract

Karakter sangatlah penting dimiliki khususnya warga negara Indonesia. Saat ini karakter bangsa Indonesia mulai memudar karena perkembangan jaman. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan hadir untuk membangun karakter bangsa Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu pendidikan kewarganegaraan hadir di setiap jenjang pendidikan, mulai dari sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Nilai-nilai karakter dibangun dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan dan didukung oleh pelajaran lainnya seperti ilmu sosial, agama, dan lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode studi pustaka. Nilai-nilai karakter tersebut sesuai dengan dasar negara seperti nilai religius, nasionalis, gotong royong, dan lain sebagainya. Bangsa Indonesia diharapkan tidak hanya berkembang dalam kecerdasannya tetapi juga memiliki budi pekerti yang luhur. Hal yang tidak mudah menanamkan karakter kepada setiap peserta didik, dalam pendidikan karakter pun ada tantangannya tersendiri. Dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut diharapkan guru dan orangtua dapat bekerja sama demi kelancaran pembangunan karakter kepada peserta didik. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan mempunyai tiga komponen utama yaitu pengetahuan kewarganegaraan, keterampilan kenegaraan, serta nilai dan sikap kewarganegaraan.

Abstract

In carrying out the learning process, there must be innovation in learning that will later support the learning process. This learning innovation is very important in learning because if there is no innovation then learning will not be interesting and seem boring. This study aims to determine how the influence of TGT (Teams Games Tournament) learning innovations on learning in elementary schools in the era of the Industrial revolution 4.0. This research uses qualitative methods, data collection by literature study, which will later take references from books, national and international journals, articles, and some of them. This learning innovation is very much needed in the learning process in elementary school because with innovation learning will seem interesting, learning will also be easily understood by students in elementary school, elementary school also definitely needs innovation because it can be seen that elementary school students are easy to get bored, and in the revolution era Industry 4.0 certainly requires learning innovation in order to adapt to existing changes.
