Abstract

The number of online transportation companies in Indonesia is growing due to advances in technology that enable everything to be done online. This study used quantitative methods to determine the impact of word of mouth and price variables on consumer satisfaction with the Maxim application. A questionnaire was distributed to 115 users of the Maxim online transportation application, and the data was processed using SSPS with multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, r-test, R2 test, Validity test, and Reliability test. The results showed that word of mouth and price had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with the Maxim application. A number 78.3% of consumer satisfaction was influenced by the independent variables, namely word of mouth (X2) and price (X2) while the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables in this research.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study means to decide the impact of people, physical evidence,and process on patient decisions. The sample of this study used 100respondents who came from patients who had given birth in the deliveryroom at Rajawali Citra Hospital. This type of quantitative research usesobservation methods and field surveys by determining several variable from the object under study and then making measurement instruments. The data analysis method used was tested using SPSS software version20.0. The results of the research on partial hypothesis testing stated: (1)The person variable partially did not significantly influence patient decisionsby 7.8%. (2) The physical evidence variable partially does not significantlyinfluence the patient's decision by 66.4%. (3) The process variable partiallyhas a significant influence on the patient's decision by 0%. While theresults of the simultaneous testing of the F test can be concluded that thevariables of people, physical evidence, and processes have a significanteffect on the patient& decision to give birth at Rajawali Citra Hospital. Thecoefficient of determination R² is obtained by 15.2%, patient decisions areinfluenced by the three independent variables, namely people, physicalevidence, and process. Abstract

The development of digital marketing technology in the telecommunications sector has changed the way axis company interacts with customer. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of digital marketing, prices, and discount on the decision to purchase internet packages in the Axisnet application in the Magelang Regency. The sample of this study is users or customers who use and buy internet packages in the Axisnet application. while the sampling method used is purposive sampling, namely Axisnet application users. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Axisnet application users. The number of respondents collects was 100 people. The data was then processed using SPSS 30 program. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that digital marketing, prices, and discounts have a simultaneous effect on the decision to purchase internet packages in the Axisnet application

Abstract

Abstract This article deals with training activities aimed at improving English language proficiency of high school students (SMK). This training is designed to help students master the English language skills necessary in the world of work, especially in the context of business and professional communication. The methods used in this training include simulation, role-playing, and the use of interactive media to ensure the active involvement of students. The training results showed an improvement in students' ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing. Keywords: Training, English, Vocational High Schools, and language proficiency
