Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price variables and promotion variables on consumer loyalty among Grab-Food users in Yogyakarta. The variables used in this study consist of independent variables, namely price (X1) and promotion (X2), as well as the dependent variable, which is consumer loyalty (Y). The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis, instrument quality testing (validity and reliability tests), and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression (t-test and R² test), with a total of 100 respondents. The results of the analysis using the multiple linear regression equation show that price has a significant effect on consumer loyalty among Grab-Food users in Yogyakarta. This means that price significantly influences consumer loyalty and has a simultaneous significant effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer loyalty of Grab-Food users in Yogyakarta is influenced by price (X1) and promotion (X2), while the remaining factors are influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction and service quality on customer loyalty at the e-commerce company Shopee. The research design used is quantitative research. The population of this study are active customers of the Shopee e-commerce platform in Indonesia. The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling and used a questionnaire in data collection. Meanwhile, data analysis uses multiple regression. The research results show that customer satisfaction and service quality have a significant influence on customer loyalty, where customers who are satisfied with the quality of products and services tend to be more loyal and have the potential to make repeat purchases. The conclusion of this research is that e-commerce companies need to continue to improve customer satisfaction through improving service and product quality, as well as responsiveness to customer needs and complaints, in order to ensure sustainable customer loyalty and stable business growth.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membangun minat berwirausaha dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga di Dusun Dungsuru, Pilangrejo, Nglipar, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif kepada warga setempat mengenai konsep dasar kewirausahaan, strategi pengembangan usaha, serta teknik pemasaran yang efektif. Program ini juga melibatkan simulasi bisnis dan studi kasus untuk memberikan pemahaman praktis kepada peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat dan keterampilan berwirausaha di kalangan peserta. Sebagian besar peserta mulai merintis usaha kecil-kecilan yang memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan pendapatan keluarga yang signifikan sebagai dampak dari usaha yang dijalankan. Keberhasilan program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga yang dapat diterapkan di daerah lain dengan karakteristik serupa..
