Abstract

The objective of the research is to improve the result of social studies about wawancara of the student class IV SDN Tlogosari Kulon 01 Semarang by implemation model pembelajaran Cooperative Script. The method is used action class that consist of two cycles, each cycles has planning, implementation, observation, and reflection the subject of the research is 28 students. The instrument is used essay test and observation. The result of the research through by implemation model pembelajaran Cooperative Script can improve the students result study, from 28 students, at the beginning the comlpleteness is only 9 students or 33% while 19 students or 67% not complete. The final from 28 students which is not complete is only 4 students or 14% and 24 students or 86% is complete. Keywords: Cooperative Script Learning Model, Learning Outcomes, Indonesian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Identifikasi Implementasi Kebijakan sebelum dan sesudah pembangunan Jalan Tol Pekanbaru-Dumai terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat Kecamatan Bukit Kapur, Kota Dumai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif karena penelitian ini mengeksplor dampak pembangunan Jalan Tol terhadap masyarakat disekitar tol yakni di Kecamatan Bukit Kapur yang dilalui pembangunan Jalan Tol Pekanbaru – Dumai. Jenis dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder yang mencakup observasi, non partisipan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak negatif dalam pembangunan Jalan Tol adalah penggunaan lahan yang sangat luas dan secara langsung akan berdampak pada tata ruang lahan pertanian secara keseluruhan, membuka kawasan pemukiman dan industri baru yang secara langsung juga akan mengurangi luas lahan pertanian, pembangunan jalan juga dapat mematikan usaha-usaha kecil seperti rumah makan, toko-toko kelontong, konter HP dan lain-lain  disepanjang jalan lintas Pekanbaru - Dumai yang sekarang tidak menjadi jalur utama sehingga mereka tidak disinggahi lagi serta pembangunan Jalan Tol mempercepat matinya bandara Pinang kampai Dumai karena perjalanan darat melalui Jalan Tol lebih efesien sehingga sekarang tidak ada lagi Penerbangan, sedangkan dampak positif dari pembangunan Jalan Tol memberi berbagai kemudahan, mulai memotong waktu tempuh antarkota, dan kemudahan pengiriman barang dan logistik. Hadirnya peluang ekonomi bagi masyarakat di sekitar jalur dan di sekitar pintu Jalan Tol sehingga ekonomi daerah akan tumbuh lebih tinggi sehingga kesejahteraan juga ikut meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of policy implementation on the construction of the Pekanbaru-Dumai toll road on the socio-economic conditions of the people of Bukit Kapur District, Dumai City. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive research method approach because this research explored the impact of toll road construction on the communities around the toll road, namely in Bukit Kapur District, where the construction of the Pekanbaru – Dumai Toll Road passes. Types and Sources of Data in this research are primary data and secondary data which include observation, non-participants, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the negative impact of the construction of toll roads is the use of very extensive land which will directly impact the land layout of agriculture as a whole, opening new residential and industrial areas which will directly reduce the area of agricultural land, road construction can also kill small businesses such as restaurants, grocery stores, cell phone counters and others along the Dumai - Pekanbaru highway which is now no longer the main route so they are no longer visited and the construction of toll roads hastened the demise of Pinang Kampai Dumai airport because land travel via toll roads is more efficient so now there are no more flights, while the positive impact of the construction of this toll road. The existence of toll roads will provide various conveniences, starting from cutting travel time between cities and facilitating the delivery of goods and logistics. The presence of economic opportunities for communities around the route and toll road gates so that the regional economy will grow higher so that welfare will also increase.
