Abstract

The recent incident in the Natuna waters involving the Vietnamese coast guard and the Indonesian naval patrol has reignited tensions. Both parties claim that their activities were conducted within their respective Exclusive Economic Zones (EEZ). This boundary dispute is likely to persist unless Indonesia and Vietnam reach a mutual agreement regarding their EEZ limits. This article aims to analyze the existing agreement between Indonesia and Vietnam and explore the factors contributing to the prolonged nature of this issue. The delimitation of the border between Indonesia and Vietnam has been prompted by the increasing threats of illegal fishing within Indonesia's sovereign territory in Natuna. Despite being neighboring countries, Indonesia and Vietnam have yet to reach a conclusive decision regarding their EEZ boundaries. This issue persists even after the signing of the continental shelf agreement based on the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS 1982). The EEZ problem in the Indonesia-Vietnam boundaries is compounded by various factors, including economic, diplomatic, and environmental concerns. Resolving this issue requires careful consideration and cooperation between the two nations.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a needs analysis of website learning resources for material on the distribution of megaliths in local history courses in South Sumatra. Technological advances have a significant impact on life that cannot be avoided, because science and technology has many benefits that make human work easier quickly and practically. Science and technology has a big influence in various fields, one of which is education. Education really needs new innovations in the form of technology created to improve the quality and quality of students. At this stage the researcher collected data related to learning resources on megalithic distribution websites in the local history course. The research method chosen in this research is research and development (R&D). The subjects in this research were 234 History Education students. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Researchers distributed questionnaires to students via Google Forms. The data analysis technique used by researchers is interactive data analysis technique. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was found that 50.4% of students stated the importance of learning local history, 51.7% needed local history learning resources, 64.5% liked audiovisual media, 66.2% had internet access, 99.1% needed websites and 50. 9% need a video feature on the website. Therefore, to help improve the quality of learning, website learning resources are an alternative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penggunaan agregat limbah beton dan bahan tambah Gilsonite pada campuran aspal. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa campuran aspal dengan agregat limbah beton memiliki kadar aspal optimum yang lebih tinggi (6,35%) dibandingkan dengan campuran aspal normal (5,65%). Meskipun campuran aspal limbah beton menunjukkan stabilitas yang sedikit lebih rendah (1216,06 kg) dan kepadatan yang lebih rendah (2,255 g/cm³), aliran, VMA, VIM, dan VFA-nya lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan campuran aspal normal. Penambahan Gilsonite dalam campuran aspal limbah beton memperbaiki stabilitas secara signifikan (1407,7 kg) dan meningkatkan fleksibilitas (4,35 mm), serta meningkatkan VMA (17,94%) dan VIM (5,07%). Namun, penambahan Gilsonite sedikit mengurangi kepadatan dan kekakuan campuran. Secara keseluruhan, campuran aspal limbah beton dengan penambahan Gilsonite menunjukkan potensi peningkatan performa dalam hal stabilitas dan fleksibilitas, meskipun perlu penyesuaian lebih lanjut untuk mengoptimalkan kekakuan dan kepadatan campuran.

Abstract

Bandara Sultan Thaha merupakan salah satu simpul transportasi yang berperan penting dalam perkembangan wilayah di Kota Jambi karena statusnya sebagai Ibu Kota Provinsi Jambi, tentunya merupakan pusat pemerintahan, sosial, politik, pendidikan dan kebudayaan. Kemudahan transportasi dari dan menuju Bandara sultan Thaha menjadi pertimbangan penting untuk menarik minat turis dalam negeri maupun mancanegara untuk berkunjung ke Kota jambi. Dengan menyediakan Bus Bandara yang menghubungkan moda transportasi udara dengan moda transportasi lainnya yang terintegrasi dapat memudahkan pengguna jasa untuk menuju Bandara Sultan Thaha. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan demand potential dan rencana sistem operasional bus bandara yang melayani rute dari dan menuju Bandara Sultan Thaha Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan kombinasi model (G-MS) untuk demand potential dari logit binomial nisbah, dihasilkan demand angkutan umum adalah 2116 penumpang/hari. wilayah sebaran penumpang di bagi berdasarkan zona-zona dimana zona yang berpotensi sebagai titik kumpul penumpang adalah zona 4, zona 9 dan zona 10. Titik kumpul di tempatkan pada Terminal Tipe A Alam Barajo dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi, lokasi dan konsep integrasi. Waktu pelayanan angkutan umum di desain selama 17 jam/hari dengan tarif angkutan umum Rp5.000 untuk rute Terminal Tipe A Alam Barajo – Bandara Sultan Thaha Jambi.

Abstract

Aircraft Classification Rating-Pavement Classification Rating (ACR-PCR) is a system to determine the PCR value of runway pavement strength and recommended for runway maintenance issued by International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) based on ICAO Advisory Circular (AC) 150/5335-5D of 2022, as a replacement for the Aircraft Classification Number - Pavement Classification Number (ACN-PCN) system that has been used since 1980. The implementation of the ACR-PCR Method is determining the strength value of runway pavement can be used as a reference in holding the load of aircraft that have a lower or the same ACR value. The ACR-PCR system was published in order to plan a more rational pavement structure strength by analyzing the response of the pavement structure to the weight of aircraft movement on the runway. The calculation was carried out using the modulus of elasticity of each layer on the runway pavement structure with a more specific type of material. Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin (SMB) II Airport is one of the airports in Indonesia that is currently in the process of transitioning using the ACN-PCN system to ACR-PCR system for runway strength reporting. Base on data of aircraft movement at SMB II airport management in 2024 and calculated by using FAARFIELD 2.1 software, PCR value for the critical runway strength of SMB II Airport was 890 F/C/X/T with a critical aircraft is Boeing B747-400.
