Abstract

Consumer behavior is crucial in the decision making process to buy, spend or take something. Stagesbegins with problem recognition, search for information, evaluation of alternatives, purchase decision. Post-purchase last is dependent on the level of satisfaction derived from the product or service. This is in line with the assessment of visitor behavior and visitor loyalty level to make a visit to a tourist attraction. Based on the above it can be the identification of the problem, there are some weaknesses in the system thatal ready applies, namely: 1). Are Variable Perception, Learning and Attitude affects customer loyalty? 2). Among the existing variables, which variables that have a dominant influence on consumer loyalty ?Based on data analysis that has been done can be concluded as follows: 1). The results of multiple regression test showed that a variable perception, learning and Attitude has a significant influence on customer loyalty variables. 2) The results of the t test showed that the partial of perception, learning and Attitude significant effect on loyalty. 3) Simultaneously, it can be said that perception, learning and Attitude has a significant influence on customer loyalty. 4) From the ANOVA test or F test F count was obtained with a significant level of 0.000 1102.095 because the probability is much smaller than 0.05, then the perception (X1), Learning (X2) and Attitude (X3) together (simultaneous) effect on loyalty (Y). 5) The most influential variable is learning.

Abstract

This study intends to determine the effect of work discipline and work loyalty on employee performance; where the authors conducted research at PT Tiki Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir Cilegon Branch. The method used is quantitative, used to examine a particular population or sample, and the instrument used is a questionnaire. The total population in this study was 149 people who were the total employees of PT Tiki Lane Nugraha Ekakurir Cilegon Branch, and the sampling technique used was the Slovin formula with a total sample of 60 employees of PT Tiki Lane Nugraha Ekakurir Cilegon Branch. The study's results, partially work discipline obtained a t count of 2.205 > t table 2.664; thus, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance. For the partial test of work loyalty obtained, t count 6.773 > t table = 2.664; thus, there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. For the simultaneous f test or togetherness test, many F count 31.630 > F table 3.15 means a simultaneous influence between work discipline and work loyalty on employee performance. From the test results and the results of the multiple correlation analysis of the effect of work discipline and work loyalty on employee performance, the value received is 0.315, which means the relationship is moderate.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and productivity on employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Serang Branch. Both directly and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used a saturated side and the sample obtained in this study was 77 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, class assumption tests, and regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis research (X1) can be seen t count > t table value (3.654 > 1.993) with "sig" 0.01 < 0.05. So H1 is accepted. So the conclusion is that there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance. Hypothesis (X2) can be seen t count > t table value (4.161>1.993) with "sig" 0.01<0.05. So H2 is accepted. So the conclusion is that there is a significant influence of work productivity on employee performance. Hypothetical (Y) F count > F table value (33.490 > 2.727) with "sig" 0.01 < 0.05. So H3 is accepted. So the conclusion is that simultaneously there is a significant influence on work motivation and work productivity on employee performance. PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Serang Branch.

Abstract

The development of MSMEs in Serang Regency is increasing every year, but there are many obstacles faced by MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Serang Regency, especially not understanding licensing issues (NIB); many business actors ignore business permits so that their presence is considered inactive or not There is. The purpose of this study is to provide MSME assistance to assist business actors in accelerating the process of issuing business licenses (NIB) by service standards and provide time certainty in the licensing process through the RBA-based Online Single Submission (OSS) System (Risk) until the licensing stage is given to the perpetrators. Business in the form of a certificate or official proof of business legality so that MSMEs can develop their business and be competitive. The results of this study are that many MSMEs in Serang Regency still need to understand the importance of issuing a risk-based Business Identification Number (NIB) as official business legality. The MSME mentoring activity is expected to help MSME access the OSS system up to the stage of clicking the print icon if the applicant is willing to save the complex file of the NIB certificate. The method used in this study consisted of 3 stages: field surveys and interviews, counseling related to NIB, and implementation of assistance in making risk-based NIB through the OSS system, which was then documented. The number of MSMEs that have participated in counseling is 100 MSMEs. Still, from the results of counseling, those interested in participating in the assistance for making NIB are as many as 75 MSMEs, and the remaining 25 MSMEs are constrained by time because they cannot leave their business activities. Help in making NIB was carried out with 75 MSMEs, but 50 MSMEs succeeded in making NIB, so they obtained NIB legality certificates, and 25 other MSMEs experienced data completeness problems.

Abstract

For government agencies, the availability of quality, highly skilled and professional human resources is a requirement in order to improve the quality of state administration which provides satisfaction with the quality and services produced by the government to the community. Apart from commitment, employee competency is another important factor that greatly contributes to improving employee performance in an organization. This research aims to determine the influence of commitment and competence on the performance of employees of the Serang Regency Central Statistics Agency. This research uses a quantitative research method, namely a research method that uses data in the form of numbers to analyze the facts found which aims to determine the relationship between variables in a population. This research used 37 research respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there is an influence of commitment on employee performance, there is an influence of competence on employee performance, there is an influence of Commitment and Competence together on employee performance, with a level of influence of 76,5%. The remaining 23,5% is influenced by other factors in the scope of human resource issues, for example, discipline, organizational culture, job satisfaction and so on, which are not included in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia (X1) pelatihan (X2) peran pendampingan desa (X3) terhadap efektivitas penggunaan SISKEUDES (Y) di 29 Kecamatan Kabupaten Serang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kecamatan di Kabupaten Serang dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 87 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini melakukan survey dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah SPSS 16.0. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia  (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas penggunaan SISKEUDES (Y) pelatihan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas penggunaan SISKEUDES (Y) peran pendampingan desa (X3) tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas penggunaan SISKEUDES (Y).

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja berbasis kompetensi telah menjadi salah satu elemen penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di organisasi modern. Artikel ini membahas implementasi sistem penilaian kinerja berbasis kompetensi yang diterapkan di berbagai organisasi modern untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja karyawan. Penilaian kinerja berbasis kompetensi mengacu pada pengukuran kemampuan karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan kompetensi yang diharapkan oleh organisasi, bukan hanya berdasarkan hasil kerja semata. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman tentang kinerja individual dan kolektif dalam organisasi serta mendorong pengembangan profesionalisme. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi sistem tersebut, seperti resistensi dari karyawan dan manajer, serta perlunya pelatihan untuk memastikan pemahaman yang tepat tentang kompetensi yang diukur. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membahas manfaat yang dapat diperoleh oleh organisasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja dan mencapai tujuan strategis jangka panjang. Dengan pendekatan yang lebih objektif dan terstruktur, sistem penilaian berbasis kompetensi memberikan dasar yang lebih kuat dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pengembangan karir, promosi, dan pelatihan. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan melalui pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap kebutuhan kompetensi dan pencapaian tujuan yang lebih jelas.

Abstract

Kinerja merujuk pada pencapaian atau tingkat kesuksesan seseorang dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam periode waktu tertentu, dibandingkan dengan berbagai standar, sasaran, target, atau kriteria yang telah disepakati sebelumnya. Kinerja kader Posyandu di wilayah puskesmas kecamatan Ciruas menunjukkan beberapa aspek positif, namun terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat peningkatan kinerja. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah meningkatnya beban tugas. Kader Posyandu memiliki banyak tugas kecil, namun upah yang mereka terima tidak sebanding dengan beban tersebut. Penurunan kinerja kader Posyandu dapat terjadi akibat peningkatan beban tugas tanpa kompensasi yang memadai serta kurangnya kerjasama tim yang baik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 kader posyandu di UPT Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciruas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Kerjasama Tim (X1) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Kinerja Kader Posyandu. Serta variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Kader Posyandu. Kemudian secara simultan variabel Kerjasama Tim (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Kader Posyandu (Y)
