Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between Perceived organizational support and task performance and the mediating effect of work engagement variables on the relationship between Perceived organizational support and task performance. Data analysis using PLS version 3.29, data collection using a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. Latinusa Cilegon, Banten and in-depth interviews. The results showed that perceived organizational support positively and significantly affected task performance and work engagement. It can be added that work engagement is able to mediate the relationship between Perceived organizational support and task performance

Abstract

The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies has changed the landscape of the retail industry by opening up new opportunities to enrich customer experience and improve operational efficiency. However, the implementation of these technologies in retail management requires an in-depth understanding of their impact on customer experience and operational efficiency. This study aims to explore the implementation of IoT technologies in retail management to enrich customer experience and improve operational efficiency. Quantitative research methods were used with an exploratory and descriptive design. The research population was customers from retail stores that implemented and did not implement IoT, with a sample of 100 people randomly selected. Data were collected through surveys and direct observation at the two selected retail stores. Data analysis used an independent sample t-test to determine significant differences between customer responses in the two types of stores. The findings show that the implementation of IoT in retail management provides an excellent customer experience and improves operational efficiency. The results of the independent sample t-test showed a significant difference between the customer experience at retail stores that implemented IoT and those that did not.

Abstract

Penelitianaini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Burnout dalamumemediasi hubungan antara work life balance, workload dan turnover intention pada karyawan kontrak PT Alih Daya Divisi Technical Services Jasa pemeliharan Site Indosat Area Depok-Bogor. Dalam penelitiana iniamengunakanapendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 92 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitianoini menggunakanaPartial LeastsSquare (PLS). Berdasarkanapengujianasecara statiska menunjukan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruhpsignifikan workolife balanceaterhadap turnover intention. Ada pengaruf yang signifikan antara workload dengan turnover intention. Kemudian menemukan juga bahwa work life balance dan workload berpengaruhiterhadap burnout. Selain itu ditemukan pula bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara burnout dan turnover intention. Terakhir Burnout bisa memediasi work life balance,workload dan turnover intention.

Abstract

Growing public involvement in government decision-making processes requires employees to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. This study aims to examine the relationship between workplace culture, employee commitment, job satisfaction, and employee performance in the operational context of the Cilegon City Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. This study used quantitative methodology. The study population consisted of 536 employees, consisting of 396 State Civil Apparatus employees and 140 non-State Civil Apparatus employees. The researchers used proportional stratified random sampling, basing the sample size on the number of variable indicators: 20 indicators multiplied by 8, resulting in 160 respondents. The findings of this study reveal that organizational culture has an impact on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 5.530 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, while organizational commitment does not with a t-statistic value of 1.632 < 1.96 with a p-value of .103 > 0.05. In addition, organizational culture on job satisfaction has a t-statistic value of 3.435 > 1.96 t-table significance 0.000 < 0.05 and organizational commitment affects employee job satisfaction with a t-statistic value of 4.173 > 1.96 t-table significance value 0.000 < 0.05. The third hypothesis confirms that job satisfaction affects employee performance with a t-statistic value of 4.704 > 1.96 t-table with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Finally, job satisfaction functions as a mediating variable, increasing the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance with partial mediation. By using a quantitative approach and rigorous data analysis, this study aims to provide a comprehensive insight into the factors that shape employee performance and provide practical implications for organizational management to improve work effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap knowledge sharing melalui pengembangan karir dan karakteristik pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Objek penelitian ini adalah Universitas Primagraha Kota Serang menggunakan sampel 120 responden. Jawaban kuesioner diukur menggunakan skala interval 1 – 10. Data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS Versi 3.29. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: 1). Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing. 2). Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir. 3). Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap karakteristik pekerjaan. 4). Pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing. 5). Karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing. Pengembangan karir dan karakteristik pekerjaan dapat memediasi antara komitmen organisasi secara mediasi parsial.

Abstract

Kinerja merujuk pada pencapaian atau tingkat kesuksesan seseorang dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam periode waktu tertentu, dibandingkan dengan berbagai standar, sasaran, target, atau kriteria yang telah disepakati sebelumnya. Kinerja kader Posyandu di wilayah puskesmas kecamatan Ciruas menunjukkan beberapa aspek positif, namun terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat peningkatan kinerja. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah meningkatnya beban tugas. Kader Posyandu memiliki banyak tugas kecil, namun upah yang mereka terima tidak sebanding dengan beban tersebut. Penurunan kinerja kader Posyandu dapat terjadi akibat peningkatan beban tugas tanpa kompensasi yang memadai serta kurangnya kerjasama tim yang baik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 kader posyandu di UPT Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciruas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Kerjasama Tim (X1) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Kinerja Kader Posyandu. Serta variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Kader Posyandu. Kemudian secara simultan variabel Kerjasama Tim (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Kader Posyandu (Y)
