Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work experience on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Saka Motor in South Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 43 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study motivation significantly influence employee performance by 47.6%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 57.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Bumi Rajawali in Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 90 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.2%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 45.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Leadership and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 52.1%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental factor that determines the quality of the human development index in any country. Leadership plays an essential role in many organizations, including educational organizations. Principals determine how education fosters and how teachers improve and develop students. Several factors could influence how a principal leads and manages subordinates. The principal's leadership function covers many excellent leadership functions within the educational system, including the educational administrator, educational supervisor, and educational leader. This study employed a quantitative research approach. Forty teachers participated as respondents in this research. The results showed that teachers' performance in the teaching and learning process was in the category of "very good", with indicators of preparation of learning implementation plan, implementation of learning, and evaluation/assessment of learning. As predicted by some theories and empirical findings, a good leadership practice would positively impact organizations. Like other organizations, Schools are also influenced by their leaders and how leaders function within the school system. This study shows a significant influence of the principal's leadership function on teacher performance in the teaching and learning process at the secondary school of Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, with its influence in a stable category. Many studies had documented the link between leaders' performance and their subordinates' performance as the leaders showed an optimal function so their subordinates. This trend also occurred between principals and their teachers. Teachers would show an outstanding performance as a response to the positive principal leadership in the schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris adakah pengaruh komunikasi internal dan disiplin kerja yang diterapkan untuk mewujudkan kinerja karyawan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data yaitu observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner/angket. Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan yang dapat dilihat dari hasil uji F berdasarkan hasil uji F maka dapat diketahui fhitung sebesar dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 kemudian degree of freedom (df) sebesar (k-1) atau derajat pembilangnya dan (n-k) untuk derajat penyebutnya dimana n = jumlah observasi dan k = jumkah variabel, maka diperoleh F tabel sebesar 3,99. Sehingga nilai fhitung lebih besar dari ftabel (242,696 > 3,99). Dengan demikian hasil pengujian menunujukan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel bebas (komunikasi internal dan disiplin kerja) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja).

Abstract

Tingkat pendidikan dan masa kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Supaya memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan kompetitif dalam bekerja maka perusahaan perlu memperhatikan latar belakang tingkat pendidikan dan masa kerja secara baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahu apakah tingkat pendidikan dan masa kerja berpengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kemakmuran Jaya Mandiri Ahmad Yani Cabang Serang. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap 32 karyawan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh untuk pengambilan sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik uji hipotesis melalui uji-F dan uji-t serta uji regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, serta korelasi linear sederhana dan berganda, dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan software SPSS 25 For windows. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Variabel Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Masa Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) secara simultan menunjukan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan masa kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki peran strategis dalam mendorong pembangunan desa mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi kolaborasi pentahelix dalam program KKN di Desa Umbulan, Kecamatan Cikeusik, Kabupaten Pandeglang, serta pengaruhnya terhadap pembangunan desa mandiri. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi pentahelix yang melibatkan unsur akademisi, bisnis, pemerintah, masyarakat, dan media telah terjalin dengan baik dalam program KKN di Desa Umbulan. Sinergi antar unsur tersebut diwujudkan dalam berbagai program, seperti pengembangan potensi ekonomi lokal, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan kesehatan, serta pelestarian lingkungan. Implementasi kolaborasi pentahelix memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembangunan desa mandiri di Desa Umbulan, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya perekonomian desa, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya partisipasi dalam pembangunan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kolaborasi pentahelix dalam program KKN di masa depan untuk mengoptimalkan pembangunan desa mandiri.

Abstract

For government agencies, the availability of quality, highly skilled and professional human resources is a requirement in order to improve the quality of state administration which provides satisfaction with the quality and services produced by the government to the community. Apart from commitment, employee competency is another important factor that greatly contributes to improving employee performance in an organization. This research aims to determine the influence of commitment and competence on the performance of employees of the Serang Regency Central Statistics Agency. This research uses a quantitative research method, namely a research method that uses data in the form of numbers to analyze the facts found which aims to determine the relationship between variables in a population. This research used 37 research respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there is an influence of commitment on employee performance, there is an influence of competence on employee performance, there is an influence of Commitment and Competence together on employee performance, with a level of influence of 76,5%. The remaining 23,5% is influenced by other factors in the scope of human resource issues, for example, discipline, organizational culture, job satisfaction and so on, which are not included in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran partai politik dalam memperkuat demokrasi di Banten, dengan fokus pada Pemilu 2024. Partai politik memiliki peran sentral dalam mempengaruhi kualitas demokrasi melalui mekanisme rekrutmen politik, partisipasi pemilih, dan kebijakan yang diambil selama pemilu. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengkaji dinamika politik di Banten, menggali peran partai politik dalam menentukan arah politik daerah tersebut. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai tantangan yang dihadapi partai politik di Banten, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk penguatan kelembagaan partai dalam memperbaiki praktik demokrasi lokal di masa depan.
