Abstract

Lack of teacher competence in mastering rhythmic gymnastics material to optimize learning through the use of media, the potential possessed by teachers and students, and a willingness to improve skills in rhythmic activity material. The lack of gymnastics learning models which are generally rigid and monotonous causes student interest to decline. This activity aims to provide skills and knowledge to Sports and Health Physical Education teachers regarding Indonesian Student Gymnastics which can be used as a medium in learning rhythmic activities. The approach method in this activity uses demonstration, lecture and discussion methods. The implementation of the activity consists of 5 stages which end with the evaluation of the training results. The result of the training which was attended by 32 participants was an increase in pedagogical competence in understanding and practicing Indonesian Student Gymnastics in learning rhythmic activities, increasing the consistency and responsibility of teachers in delivering rhythmic activity material, which in turn can increase student motivation through Indonesian Student Gymnastics as a learning medium. interesting and in accordance with the needs of movement and the characteristics of elementary school students

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities are an integral part of the higher education curriculum in Indonesia, including at the Faculty of Engineering. KKN aims to develop students' abilities to apply science and technology to solve problems in society. This articlediscusses the implementation of KKN in the Faculty of Engineering, focusing on the role of students in developing local infrastructure, community welfare, and environmental management. Through involvement in construction, design, and infrastructure maintenance projects, students learn to collaborate with communities, improve technical skills, and understand the social impact of engineering projects. The emphasis on problem-based learning and community service also helps shape students' social awarenessand responsibility as future engineers. The results of KKN at the Faculty of Engineering make a significant contribution not only toacademic development, but also to sustainable development and improving the quality of life in various regions of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the physical condition of athletes in Popda Athletics Tanah Laut district which focuses on the physical condition of endurance athletes. Good physical condition can affect an athlete's ability to compete, so it is the basis for developing optimal techniques and tactics. Research methods using descriptive quantitative approach method. The population in this study is athletic athletes Popda Pasi Kabutpaten Tanah Laut with a sample of 18 athletes with a total sampling technique. The data were taken through Te lari 2.4 (cooper) which was held at Pertation Kencana Stadium. The results of the study were 1 person in the category very well and trained with a percentage (5.55%), very good at 1 person with a percentage (5.55%), good at 7 athletes with a percentage (38.88%), being 5 athletes with a percentage (27.77%), less than 4 athletes with a percentage (22.22%), and very less there were 0 athletes with a percentage (0%). The conclusion of the study found that the physical condition of the Popda Pasi athletics athletes Tanah Laut Regency was classified as good which showed that overall, the athletes had sufficient basic fitness to undergo training and competition. Further studies are advised to assess other components of physical condition such as muscle strength, speed, agility, and flexibility in order to provide an overall picture of the athlete's physical readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure on profitability in infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2021-2023 period. The capital structure in this study is measured using the debt to equity ratio (DER), while profitability is measured using Return on Asset (ROA). The research sample consisted of 55 infrastructure sector companies that met the selection criteria. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that the capital structure had a positive and significant effect on the profitability of infrastructure sector companies listed on the IDX in the 2021-2023 period.
