Abstract

The study aimed to describe and analyze the implementation strategy of independence values in learning activities as well as it's supporting and inhibiting factors through the application of a qualitative approach with a multi-site design. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and document studies and the data obtained were individually analyzed before a cross-site data analysis was applied. The results showed the strategy to implement the development of children?s independence value at TK Negeri Pembina Rantau and TK Penerus Bangsa PGRI was integrated into learning activities through habituations, both by teachers at school and parents at home. It was conducted through daily, weekly, monthly, and annual activities. As a result, children's independence values have been successfully well-developed. Several supporting factors for this development include parents, environment, facilities and infrastructure, qualified teachers, and collaboration with outside institutions. However, several factors also inhibit this development and they include less supportive parents, as well as children?s particular emotions and conditions.

Abstract

The Court of Council Honorific is one of complementary council organ which has a purpose in establishing a code of conduct. This study aims to know and analyze the existence of Court of Council Honorific. The study uses a normative method. The result of the study shows based on Act 17 in 2014, and than Act 2 in 2018 explain that the Court of Council Honorific has constancy which membership belongs to the inside parliament. In the violation of a certain code of ethics, it allow for elements from outside of the Court of Council Honorific. That is to dismiss that notion the Court of Council Honorific is not independent to handle the council members who suspected of breaking the code of conduct.

Abstract

Secondary metabolites produced by plants have been known to have a variety of biological activities including antioxidants that serve to ward off oxidant compounds and free radicals. The roots of merung (Coptosapelta tomentosa) has been known to have strong activity as an antioxidant while antioxidant activity in the stem is not yet known to date. This research aims to determine the secondary metabolites that have antioxidant activity on the root extracts and the stem of the vines qualitatively. The root extract and the stem of the merung plant are extracted with a methanol solvent using the maceration method. Antioxidant activity and identification of secondary metabolites are carried out qualitatively by the method of autography using the 2.2-Diphenyl-1-Picrylhydrazyl compound (DPPH) and some reagents of the secondary metabolite. Antioxidant activity of the merung root extract is on spot with RF 0.08 and 0.66. Spot with the RF 0.66 shows the brown color when reacted FeCl3, fluorescent yellow in UV rays 254 and 366 nm after reacted AlCl3 and red when reacted with KOH. The antioxidant activity of the merung stem extracts is at Rf 0.16, 0.33, 0.58, 0.66, and 0.75. Spot with the Rf 0.16 shows the color of brown when reacted FeCl3 and fluorescent blue in UV rays 254 and 366 nm after reacted AlCl3. Secondary metabolites that have antioxidant activity on root extracts and stems are suspected to be derivative phenolic compounds derived from flavonoid compounds.

Abstract

The presence of garbage in the coastal area of ​​Seriwe Village is a problem that needs to be solved immediately. Management and utilization of organic and inorganic waste is important to minimize the amount of waste and mitigate natural disasters. This community service aims to provide education to the community about the negative impact of garbage accumulation in Seriwe Village, especially in the coastal area. The second goal is to provide education on how to handle waste and explain the types of waste that can be used as goods that are useful and have economic value. This community service is carried out by applying the methods of interview, observation, and counseling. Interview and observation methods were carried out to find out how the community handled waste, while counseling was carried out to explain how to manage and utilize organic and inorganic waste. This community service was carried out by Mataram University students who programmed the Integrated Real Work Lecture in Seriwe Village, while the participants were 50 people from Seriwe Village. The results of community service show that of the 50 people interviewed, only 8% of respondents have temporary garbage collectors and do waste sorting, while 92% of respondents do not have one and do not sort their waste. The results of the interview also show that 20% of the Seriwe Village community have used waste into materials of economic value. The conclusion of this activity is that this community service provides the benefit of increasing public awareness about the negative impacts and how to handle waste so as to provide benefits to the Seriwe Village community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penilaian publik internal dan eksternal perusahaan terhadap peran public relations perusahaan. Mengetahui tingkat eksistensi perusahaan saat ini. Menganalisis hubungan antara peran public relations dengan eksistensi perusahaan PT Palawi Risorsis unit kerja Baturraden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah pusposive random sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data diperoleh mengunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan meggunakan uji korelasi rank spearman dan uji lebar interval kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran public relations kepada publik internal PT Palawi Risorsis unit kerja Baturraden sebagai penciptaan moral kerja bagi karyawan dan  pengadaan media internal masuk dalam kategori tinggi sementara peran sebagai supporting kegiatan-kegiatan karyawan masuk dalam kategori kurang. Adapun eksistensi perusahaan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan prosentase 60%. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran public relations (baik kepada publik internal maupun eksternal) dengan eksistensi perusahaan PT Palawi Risoris unit kerja Baturraden pada taraf kepercayaan 95%.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran vital dalam perekonomianIndonesia, menyumbang lebih dari 60% terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan menyeraplebih dari 97% tenaga kerja. Namun, UMKM sering kali menghadapi tantangan yang signifikanseperti akses terbatas terhadap modal, teknologi yang terbatas, dan akses pasar yang terbatas,terutama di daerah pedesaan seperti Kecamatan Bontonompo, Kabupaten Gowa, SulawesiSelatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus pada studi kasus diKecamatan Bontonompo. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan survei terstruktur dan wawancaramendalam dengan pemilik UMKM, serta kolaborasi aktif dengan mahasiswa dan pemerintahdaerah. Pendekatan triangulasi data digunakan untuk memvalidasi temuan dan memperkuatkeabsahan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi aktif mahasiswadalam pengembangan UMKM dapat berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas dandaya saing usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di Bontonompo. Melalui pengembangan teknologipertanian, penerapan manajemen usaha yang efektif, dan strategi pemasaran digital, UMKMdapat meningkatkan produktivitas, mengurangi biaya operasional, dan memperluas jangkauanpasar mereka. Kolaborasi antar stakeholder lokal, termasuk perguruan tinggi dan pemerintahdaerah, juga terbukti krusial dalam menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung pertumbuhanekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan wawasan mendalamtentang tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM di daerah pedesaan, tetapi juga menawarkan solusikonkret dan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi lokal.Diharapkan, temuan ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi upaya berkelanjutan dalam mendukung danmengembangkan UMKM sebagai tulang punggung ekonomi regional di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: UMKM, Partisipasi Mahasiswa, Inovasi teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of the women's directory on the performance of financial companies imitating the Tobin's Q ratio. This research uses the Weighted Least Square method with the IBM SPSS application. Data collection techniques using the documentation method. The data in this study consisted of secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange or related company websites (the number of samples in this study were 49 companies spread across Southeast Asia from 2017 - 2020). The results of this study indicate that the variables of female directors, profitability and company size have no effect on the company's financial performance, while the leverage variable has a significant positive effect on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of Profitability, Company Size, Leverage and Sales Growth on Profit Management in Palm Oil Companies. The method used in this research is Weighted Least Square using IBM SPSS as the application. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation methods. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange or related company internet sites. The research sample consists of 12 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017 to 2021. The research results show that the variables Profitability and Leverage have a significant negative influence on Profit Management, while Company size and Sales Growth do not have a significant influence on Profit Management.

Abstract

Sesuai undang-undang, penggantian kepala desa dilakukan melalui pemilihan kepala desa antar waktu yang dilakukan melalui musyawarah. Hal serupa terjadi di Desa Cipambuan yang terletak di Kecamatan Babakan Madang. Kepala desa diberhentikan karena meninggal dunia, dan undang-undang mengatur bahwa penggantian kepala desa dilakukan melalui pemilihan kepala desa. desa, pertanyaan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah apa saja ketentuan mengenai penerapan prinsip demokrasi dan pemilihan kepala desa. Dalam menganalisa permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode yuridis normatif, yaitu kajian terhadap undang-undang dan beberapa pemikiran yang berupa literatur, namun terdapat beberapa data yang diperoleh dari lapangan sebagai pendukung, lalu dilakukan pengkajian terhadap bahan-bahan tersebut. Berdasarkan kesimpulan penelitian, beberapa Undang-Undang antara lain Undang-Undang Nomor 6 tentang Desa Tahun 2014, Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 112, Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 43 Tahun 2014, dan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 112 mengatur hal tersebut. Salah satu yang diputuskan melalui musyawarah adalah Pemilihan Kepala Desa Sementara. Persyaratan mendasar Kabupaten Bogor tercantum dalam Peraturan Bupati Nomor 66 Tahun 2020. Perangkat desa dan panitia pemilihan Kepala Desa Sementara Cipambuan telah berpegang teguh pada prinsip demokrasi sebagaimana diamanatkan peraturan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe of students’ difficulty in online learning during the Covid -19 pandemic. The research was conducted in SD KEMALA BHAYANGKARI 1 oadag utara by applying descriptive qualitative. Instrument of the research included questionnaire (Guttman scale) and interview. The respondents of the research consist of 9 students. The result of the research shows 1) the average of questionnaire was 68.83 (difficult category) and 2) based the interview, the difficulty in online learning during the Covid -  19 pandemic which included students did not have handphone, the internet network is not smooth, and internet quota was not adequate.
