AbstrakPengelolaan keuangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Bagjawaluya masih menghadapi tantangan dalam hal transparansi, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas. Sistem pencatatan manual yang digunakan rentan terhadap kesalahan dan kurang mendukung .Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan entitas ekonomi desa yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah desa bersama masyarakat untuk mengelola potensi lokal. BUMDes Bagjawaluya telah mengembangkan berbagai unit usaha seperti penyewaan lapangan mini soccer, bumi perkemahan, kios, air Weslik, dan internet desa. Namun, pengelolaan keuangan yang belum terintegrasi secara digital menjadi kendala utama dalam transparansi dan efisiensi administrasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes melalui penerapan strategi digital berbasis teknologi informasi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis situasi mitra, perancangan sistem informasi keuangan untuk masing-masing unit usaha, pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi keuangan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi capaian kegiatan. Abstract The financial management of the Bagjawaluya Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) still faces challenges in terms of transparency, efficiency, and accountability. The manual recording system used is prone to errors and lacks support. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are village economic entities formed by the village government together with the community to manage local potential. BUMDes Bagjawaluya has developed various business units such as mini soccer field rentals, campgrounds, kiosks, Weslik water, and village internet. However, financial management that is not yet digitally integrated is a major obstacle to transparency and administrative efficiency. This community service activity aims to optimize BUMDes financial management through the implementation of information technology-based digital strategies. The implementation methods include partner situation analysis, financial information system design for each business unit, training and assistance in using financial applications, as well as monitoring and evaluation of activity achievements.
