Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Utara.Metode Penelitian: Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode deskriptif dan kausal. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 92 responden dari populasi 119 karyawan, ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin.Kebaruan Penelitian: Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening yang menghubungkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan loyalitas karyawan dalam konteks lembaga pemerintah, khususnya Badan Pusat Statistik di tingkat provinsi.Hasil Penelitian: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui budaya organisasi. Budaya organisasi terbukti berperan sebagai penghubung yang memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas.Implikasi: Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur mengenai dinamika kepemimpinan dan perilaku organisasi dalam sektor publik, dengan menekankan peran budaya organisasi sebagai mekanisme mediasi yang penting. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian memberikan landasan bagi instansi pemerintah untuk mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan yang lebih transformasional dan berorientasi pada penguatan budaya organisasi, guna meningkatkan loyalitas dan kinerja pegawai secara berkelanjutan. Research Objective: In This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on employee loyalty with organizational culture as an intervening variable at the Central Bureau of Statistics (Badan Pusat Statistik) of North Sumatra Province.Research Method: A quantitative approach was applied using descriptive and causal methods. The study involved 92 respondents selected from a total population of 119 employees using the Slovin formula.Research Novelty:  The novelty of this study lies in the integration of organizational culture as an intervening variable that links transformational leadership and employee loyalty within the context of a governmental institution, specifically the Central Bureau of Statistics at the provincial level. This approach provides a broader understanding of how leadership practices shape organizational culture that, in turn, fosters employee loyalty.Research Results: The results show that transformational leadership asignificant influence on employee loyalty, both directly and indirectly through organizational culture. Organizational culture plays an essential role as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between leadership and loyalty. Implications: Theoretically, this study enriches the literature on leadership dynamics and organizational behavior in the public sector by highlighting the mediating role of organizational culture. Practically, the findings provide a foundation for government institutions to develop more transformational leadership strategies oriented toward strengthening organizational culture in order to improve employee loyalty and sustainable organizational performance.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected all business sectors. Where the Islamic index data illustrates a graph that is very influential on the ups and downs of economic growth at this time. The Islamic economic approach moves human behavior as social beings who have human relationships with their bonds, the Government is very worried about a spike in dynamics that will affect the capital and income of economic actors globally. This impact is felt on the people's economic business, especially in the city of Medan. The number of people's economic efforts in the city of Medan involving various sectors of food, clothing and services. The purpose of this study was to determine the working capital of the people's economic business during the covid 19 pandemic, to find out the people's economic business income was measured by the judgment strategy during the covid 19 pandemic, and to find out the economic growth of the people's economic business was measured by the Islamic index during the covid 19 pandemic. . The method used in this research is a qualitative and quantitative approach to peer analysis content. This type of paper is using qualitative and quantitative data or mixed methods by collecting secondary data, namely articles, research results, and reference books published in the last 5 years. It will be described by analysis and using data testing methods. From the data available, it is clear that the people's economic business has decreased both in terms of the number of existing business sectors and also in income, this has an impact from the covid 19 pandemic. . The low level of human resources owned by the community and the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic have resulted in the community being unable to meet their daily needs and many business sectors have suffered losses. One other factor is the low purchasing power of the people. With the occurrence of the phenomenon because there are still capital, human resources, business sector finance, government policies that are not yet optimal. Abstract

The goal of the study is to determine how the profitability of the Shariah general bank (BUS), which is anticipated to provide a return on assets, is impacted by fee-based income, spread for income, and financing to deposit ratio. (ROA). Descriptive quantitative research is the term for this kind of study. Data from the SBH, FBI, FDR, and ROA BUS for the years 2015 to 2022 are used as secondary data in the form of time series or time rows. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) website's Statistics of the Shariah General Bank provided the information. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample for this investigation (based on criteria). Six Shariah General Banks (BUS) with OJK registration, namely BJBS, BMI, BMS, BSB, BCAS, and BTPN shariah, were utilized as samples. The study's findings demonstrate that the financing to deposit ratio, fee-based revenue, and spread for income collectively have a favorable and significant impact on the profitability (ROA) of Sharia banking at the Sharia General Bank in Indonesia.
