Abstract

PLTA Sipansihaporas Unit #2 (17 MW) merupakan sistem kaskade dari Unit #1 (35 MW) dengan tipe run of river. Berdasarkan pengamatan, inflow air pada Unit #2 ini tidak jarang melebihi volume kapasitas bendung/weir. Oleh karena itu, dalam usaha meningkatkan pasokan energi listrik, limpasan air tersebut berpotensi dapat menambah jam operasional Unit #2 dengan meningkatkan daya tampung bendung melalui peninggian bendung/weir. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan studi meja terhadap data curah hujan, data PLTA, dan data lainnya. Data curah hujan yang digunakan adalah dari stasiun Pinangsori. Perhitungan debit andalan (dependable discharge) yang diambil sebesar 85% dengan menggunakan metoda J. F. Mock. Disamping itu, dilakukan pemetaan topografi secara lagsung untuk mendapatkan kondisi area tampungan. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan penambahan tinggi weir diperoleh memalui perhitungan routing, dengan membandingkan aliran yang masuk dengan aliran keluar terhadap volume weir.Debit andalan yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 1.46 m3/det. Tinggi penambahan weir maksimun dapat dilakukan setinggi 5 m karena dibatasi oleh bentuk kontur area weir yang curam dan harus di bawah elevasi bangunan Power House Unit #1. Sehingga, didapatkan peningkatan waktu produksi menjadi 21,58 menit per hari, dengan lama pengisian waduk 10.28 jam.

Abstract

The software development process has gone through significant change in the recent years. Now delivering a system that merely satisfies functional requirements is no longer enough. Companies want their systems to be easily maintained, scalable, fault tolerant, available, integrated, and other attributes. The microservice architecture was designed to create such a robust system where a big monolith system is broken down into multiple small services that communicate each other to fulfill the requirements. One area of functional requirements that exist and needed in almost all kind of companies is the logistic part. This paper will discuss how microservices architecture can be designed and implemented to support logistic functionality that can be reused in a lot of companies as the base system.

Abstract

The implementation of flexible working in various software development companies has been widely adopted, but behind the popularity of the system, there are various visible and hidden issues. Most companies still feel unprepared to implement the system due to a lack of standardization regarding the procedures for implementing the said system. This article aims to identify the various problems and challenges that arise in the implementation of the system and the best practices to address them. Data was collected from three software development companies in Bandung using observation and interviews as the research methods. Questionnaires were also used to gather data on the extent of adoption of these mitigation practices.

Abstract

The terms flexible working space and flexible working time have become popular recently after the occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the emergence of technology startup companies that adopt a new work model where work arrangements are flexible in terms of both place (Flexible Working Space) and time (Flexible Working Time). However, there are concerns from management regarding the decline in employee performance if these work arrangements are adopted, due to a decrease in team collaboration effectiveness caused by separate workspaces (flexispace). This article aims to examine the impact of Flexible Working Space and Flexible Working Time on team performance through team collaboration in software development companies in Indonesia and contribute by providing findings on the impact of flexible work arrangements in terms of place and time that can be useful for companies that have or will implement flexible work systems and require information regarding the impact of such work arrangements. The population consists of team leads/managers from across Indonesia who are part of various software developer communities. Data was collected using convenience sampling technique through a questionnaire. The number of samples used was 97. The data analysis method used is PLS-SEM with the assistance of SmartPLS software.

Abstract

PT XYZ Tbk is the largest transportation rental service company in Indonesia. However, the process of submitting a lease from a customer still takes a long time and a lot of resources because it is done manually. It's very important for an organization to facilitate the business process with digitalization and to change physical files and documents to digital files (paperless) in the form of e-documents accompanied by e-digital signatures so that the process becomes faster, more effective and efficient. Therefore, this research purpose is to propose an E-Rent vehicle rental system to digitalize the current business processes. To determine the proposed design, research was conducted by analyzing user requirements, system requirements and conducting design modeling using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design method. Based on the result of the research conducted, it is expected the proposed system can meet the needs of the users in the vehicle rental process., both the users in the company and the customers.

Abstract

The planning for the development of Information Systems and Technologyis carried out with themain goal of realizing the Vision and Mission of Higher Education. The Information System design frameworkused is TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) - ADM (Architecture Development Methode), in that frameworkconsistsof several steps of implementing a representative architectural design to beused in architectural design at the Toyota Indonesia Community Academy which focuseson Business, Data, Applications and Technology. For the information system security management system, TOGAF-ADM can collaboratewith ISO 27001:2013, wherewhen we plan the development of the enterprise information system architecture for universities, we must also focus on information system security in accordance with the information system security system contained in the ISO 27001 :2013. By using a combination framework between TOGAF-ADMand ISO 27001, it is very appropriate to be used as a method for planning Enterprise Architecture in Higher Education that prioritizes business, applicationsand technologyand adopts an information security management system from ISO 27001.
