Abstract

Human resources are the support for improving the quality of the agency for the better. This can be seen from the performance of each employee which is still less than optimal in completing the functions and tasks that have been determined by the regional government agency, this has an impact on the lack of employee performance. This study uses quantitative research with descriptive methods. The sampling technique in this research used a simple random sampling technique, the research used the Slovin formula. The number of samples used in this research was 100 samples. The sampling technique in this study used incidental sampling (non-probability sampling). Data analysis techniques in this study used validity test, reliability test, determinant test and hypothesis test. The variables used are employee performance (X1), public service quality (X2) and community satisfaction (Y). The resulting R Square value is 0.802, which is equal to 80.2%. So it can be concluded that variables X1 and The results of the T test of multiple regression analysis show that only the public service quality variable (X2) has a significant influence on public satisfaction (Y) while the employee performance variable (X1) has no significant effect on public satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of work stress and work discipline on the work productivity of PT employees. Reliable Successful Work in Tangerang Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative methods. The sample used by the author in this research was 116 respondents and the sample was taken using Random Sampling Technique. The data collection method used was using a questionnaire. In this research, data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 29. Meanwhile, the data testing techniques used in this research were validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression test, coefficient of determination, analysis. partial correlation and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). Based on the results of the partial correlation analysis, it can be seen that the influence value of the Job Stress and Work Discipline variables on Employee Work Productivity is 0.999 and 1.000 respectively. The results of this research show that work stress has an effect on PT employees. Reliable Successful Work. This is because the Job Stress variable has a tcount value of 3.536 > ttable of 1.980 and a significance value <0.05. Work Discipline influences the employees of PT. Handal Sukses Karya in this. This is because the Work Discipline variable has a tcount value of 4.780 > ttable 1.980 and a significance value <0.05. Work Stress and Work Discipline influence employee work productivity at PT. Handal Sukses Karya in Kab. Tangerang. This is because the Employee Work Productivity variable has an Fcount value of 15.930 > Ftable 3.08 and a significance value <0.05. The magnitude of the influence of Job Stress and Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivity is 71.4%, which means that the contribution of Employee Work Productivity can be explained by the independent variables, namely Work Stress and Work Discipline. So the remaining 28.6% is explained by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of communication and work discipline on employee productivity of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. method in this study uses quantitative methods. Sampling technique using Random Sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 110 employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that communication has an effect on employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang. This is because the Communication variable has a t value of 3.908 greater than the t table of 1.982 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Work Discipline affects employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. This is because the Work Discipline variable has a t value of 13.677 greater than the t table of 1.982 and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Communication and work disine affect the employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. This is because the Communication variable has a calculated F value of 162.973 greater than the f table of 3.08 and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. The magnitude of the effect of communication and work discipline on employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency is 75.3%, which means that the contribution of employee work productivity can be explained by the independent variables, namely communication and work discipline. Then the remaining 24.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance is impacted by work environment, soft skill development, and job happiness. Researchers employed both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, as well as descriptive research, in this study. Permanent employees are the target population in this study. Nonprobability sampling strategies were employed by researchers. Next, judgment sampling a non-probability sampling method was employed in this study, with a sample size of 100 employees. Survey techniques are used in data collection. Under the survey research approach, questionnaires are distributed after in-depth interviews are completed by researchers. Multiple regression analyses have been used in this study. The study's findings indicate that training in soft skills and job satisfaction both positively and significantly affect employee performance. This implies that enhancing job satisfaction and developing soft skills in staff members can benefit their performance. However, the study's findings indicate that employee performance is not much impacted by the workplace. However, efforts to improve the work environment are still important to increase the overall well-being and satisfaction of employees, even though they do not directly affect their performance. As a recommendation, companies can pay more attention to and improve programs that can increase employee job satisfaction and soft skills training to support improving their performance.
