Abstract

Salah satu bisnis yang menjanjikan saat ini adalah bisnis kopi. Kopi tidak hanya menjadi kebiasaan untuk menghilangkan rasa kantuk yang dialami, tetapi juga sebagai gaya hidup seseorang. Banyak toko, warung, dan cafe yang tampak seperti jamur. Kopi merupakan minuman universal dan disukai oleh semua kalangan. Banyak negara di dunia menyukai minuman kopi jenis ini karena sudah menjadi kebiasaan dan bagian dari kehidupan. Kopi merupakan salah satu bahan komersial terpenting di dunia dan melibatkan jaringan perdagangan antara negara berkembang dan negara maju dimana konsumen utamanya adalah warga negara negara maju tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis strategi pemasaran Cafe “Lodji Londo” yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik cafe. Analisis SWOT digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penggunaan analisis SWOT menyebabkan perusahaan kedai kopi mengetahui peluang dan kekuatan kemudian memanfaatkannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang menggunakan analisis SWOT sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Pemasaran, Analisis SWOT, Bauran Pemasaran.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of work stress and work discipline on the work productivity of PT employees. Reliable Successful Work in Tangerang Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative methods. The sample used by the author in this research was 116 respondents and the sample was taken using Random Sampling Technique. The data collection method used was using a questionnaire. In this research, data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 29. Meanwhile, the data testing techniques used in this research were validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression test, coefficient of determination, analysis. partial correlation and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). Based on the results of the partial correlation analysis, it can be seen that the influence value of the Job Stress and Work Discipline variables on Employee Work Productivity is 0.999 and 1.000 respectively. The results of this research show that work stress has an effect on PT employees. Reliable Successful Work. This is because the Job Stress variable has a tcount value of 3.536 > ttable of 1.980 and a significance value <0.05. Work Discipline influences the employees of PT. Handal Sukses Karya in this. This is because the Work Discipline variable has a tcount value of 4.780 > ttable 1.980 and a significance value <0.05. Work Stress and Work Discipline influence employee work productivity at PT. Handal Sukses Karya in Kab. Tangerang. This is because the Employee Work Productivity variable has an Fcount value of 15.930 > Ftable 3.08 and a significance value <0.05. The magnitude of the influence of Job Stress and Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivity is 71.4%, which means that the contribution of Employee Work Productivity can be explained by the independent variables, namely Work Stress and Work Discipline. So the remaining 28.6% is explained by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of communication and work discipline on employee productivity of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. method in this study uses quantitative methods. Sampling technique using Random Sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 110 employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that communication has an effect on employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang. This is because the Communication variable has a t value of 3.908 greater than the t table of 1.982 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Work Discipline affects employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. This is because the Work Discipline variable has a t value of 13.677 greater than the t table of 1.982 and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Communication and work disine affect the employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. This is because the Communication variable has a calculated F value of 162.973 greater than the f table of 3.08 and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. The magnitude of the effect of communication and work discipline on employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency is 75.3%, which means that the contribution of employee work productivity can be explained by the independent variables, namely communication and work discipline. Then the remaining 24.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact that information asymmetry and profitability have on profit management for companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between the years 2016 and 2020. Previous research on the subject of profit management has produced contradictory findings. As a result, the idea about profit management requires more investigation so that it may be retested. Within the consumer products industry sub-sector, this research focused on 53 different businesses as its population. The type of sampling that was used was known as purposive sampling, and as a result, 22 sample firms were acquired for a period of observation spanning five years (2016-2020) and included 86 observations. The information used in the study was collected by downloading sample company files from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis are used in the process of analysing the data. The initial step in the process of analysing the data is doing descriptive statistics. Next comes the testing of classical assumptions, followed by multiple regression analysis, and finally hypothesis testing. The findings of this research indicate, even if only in part, that Profitability is the sole factor that significantly influences profit management. There is no impact on the management of profits caused by information asymmetry. The findings of this research demonstrate that there is a correlation between information asymmetry and profitability, both of which have a substantial impact on profit management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Price Discount, E-WOM, Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulse Buying at Marketplace Shopee (Study case of Dian Nuswantoro University). The population of this research is Dian Nuswantoro University who have purchased at marketplace Shopee. Sampling technique used is questionnaire method and amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Price Discount doesn’t have a significant influence on Impulse Buying, while E-WOM and Hedonic Shopping Motivation have a significant influence on Impulse Buying partialy. Variables of Price Discount, E-WOM and Hedonic Shopping Motivation have a significant influence on Impulse Buying simultaneously.

Abstract

In the context of increasingly tight business competition in the current era, both at the domestic and global levels, companies must have the ability to win the competition by ensuring customer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of Price Perception, Service Quality on Customer Loyalty mediated by Customer Satisfaction at PT. Soyo Aji Perkasa. This research used quantitative and purposive sampling methods, with 127 respondents. This research used questionnaire analysis and a literature review. The data analysis technique used in this research is path coefficient analysis and Specific Indirect Effect. With the hypothesis showing r table > t table and P value < 0.05 with the conclusion that all hypotheses have a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang berfokus pada peningkatan solidaritas dan pemberdayaan komunitas pekerja Indonesia di Malaysia melalui sesi berbagi bersama perwakilan Forum Komunitas Muslim Malaysia (Forkommi). Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi pekerja Indonesia di Malaysia, seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan, pendidikan, serta kesejahteraan sosial. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan berbagi pengetahuan yang partisipatif, melibatkan pemaparan materi, dan diskusi. Topik yang dibahas meliputi hak-hak pekerja, manajemen keuangan, kesehatan, dan pentingnya solidaritas dalam komunitas. Hasil dari kegiatan diskusi dengan perwakilan masyarakat Muslim Malaysia menunjukkan dampak positif pada komunitas pekerja Indonesia di Malaysia, terutama dalam pemahaman hak-hak pekerja migran, seperti akses terhadap layanan kesehatan, pendidikan, dan hak ketenagakerjaan. Selain peningkatan pengetahuan, diskusi ini memperkuat solidaritas dan jaringan sosial antara pekerja migran Indonesia dengan masyarakat Muslim setempat, menciptakan ruang untuk saling berbagi pengalaman dan dukungan dalam menghadapi tantangan sehari-hari. Keberhasilan diskusi ini memperkokoh ikatan komunitas dan memberi pekerja Indonesia pengetahuan serta kepercayaan diri untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup mereka

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Kualitas Produk (X1), Persepsi Harga (X2), dan Brand Ambassador (X3), terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen (Y) produk Erigo di Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang pernah membeli produk Erigo di wilayah Kota Semarang dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan brand ambassador, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah diperoleh Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar (0.309) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada produk Erigo di Kota Semarang, Persepsi Harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan sebesar (0.057) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada produk Erigo di Kota Semarang, dan Brand Ambassador memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar (0.493) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada produk Erigo di Kota Semarang.

Abstract

The phenomenon of fashion FOMO (fear of missing out) exerts a significant influence on fashion consumption behavior, particularly among the demographic from late adolescence to young adulthood. The fear of missing trends can lead individuals to make impulsive purchases. In contrast, the Minimalist Wardrobe concept promotes a conscious lifestyle that emphasizes functional and sustainable clothing choices. The objective of this study is to examine the influence of Fashion FoMO on purchasing decisions and to assess the role of a Minimalist Wardrobe as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing purposive sampling to collect data through surveys administered to respondents residing in Semarang City. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS software. The results show that Fashion FoMO has a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions for UNIQLO products. Meanwhile, the Minimalist Wardrobe shows an insignificant effect. These findings suggest that purchasing decisions are more strongly driven by emotional pressure from FoMO than by minimalist lifestyle considerations.
