Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance is impacted by work environment, soft skill development, and job happiness. Researchers employed both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, as well as descriptive research, in this study. Permanent employees are the target population in this study. Nonprobability sampling strategies were employed by researchers. Next, judgment sampling a non-probability sampling method was employed in this study, with a sample size of 100 employees. Survey techniques are used in data collection. Under the survey research approach, questionnaires are distributed after in-depth interviews are completed by researchers. Multiple regression analyses have been used in this study. The study's findings indicate that training in soft skills and job satisfaction both positively and significantly affect employee performance. This implies that enhancing job satisfaction and developing soft skills in staff members can benefit their performance. However, the study's findings indicate that employee performance is not much impacted by the workplace. However, efforts to improve the work environment are still important to increase the overall well-being and satisfaction of employees, even though they do not directly affect their performance. As a recommendation, companies can pay more attention to and improve programs that can increase employee job satisfaction and soft skills training to support improving their performance.

Abstract

The implementation of the Concept Song strategy as an alternative teaching method has become an important consideration to enhance students' learning motivation. The aim of this research is to evaluate the use of the Concept Song strategy as an alternative in teaching that can improve students' learning motivation in Jayaraksa Village. The research method used is classroom action research involving students at the Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (DTA) level and Early Childhood Education (PAUD). This research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the Concept Song strategy provides a positive contribution in enhancing students' learning motivation. In the first cycle, there was a 20% increase in students' learning motivation, and in the second cycle, there was a 35% increase. This is evidenced by students' active participation in learning, their involvement in singing songs, and their enthusiasm in understanding the concepts of the subjects. In the process of implementing the Concept Song strategy, teachers use songs that are relevant to the concepts being taught. These songs are tailored to students' understanding and needs, thereby stimulating their interest and learning motivation. Additionally, students are given the opportunity to be creative in creating lyrics related to the lesson material, which makes them feel more engaged in the learning process. In conclusion, it can be inferred that the use of the Concept Song strategy is an effective alternative for enhancing students' learning motivation in Jayaraksa Village. This strategy successfully creates a more interactive, enjoyable, and motivating learning environment for students to actively engage in the learning process. This research is expected to contribute positively to the development of innovative teaching methods and the improvement of students' learning motivation.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital human resource management (HRM) quality on customer satisfaction, with service quality acting as a mediating variable, within Indonesia’s e-commerce landscape. Employing a quantitative approach and structural equation modeling (SEM), data were collected from 300 Shopee users across multiple regions. The results indicate that digital HRM quality significantly influences customer satisfaction (β = 0.387, p < 0.001), with employee digital competence emerging as the most influential indicator. Moreover, service quality partially mediates this relationship, suggesting that internal HRM capabilities shape external consumer perceptions and experiences. The findings support the relevance of theoretical models such as the Resource-Based View (RBV), Service-Dominant Logic (SDL), and digital transformation theory in the Southeast Asian context. This study underscores the strategic value of human capital in digital markets and highlights the importance of continuous investment in employee digital skills. Practical implications are provided for e-commerce firms aiming to align HRM strategies with customer experience management to sustain competitiveness in dynamic digital environments.
