Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotions and service quality on purchasing decisions for consumers of CV Sukaku Abdi Utama. The research method used is a quantitative method. In this study, the independent variables were used, namely Sales Promotion (X1), Service Quality (X2) and the dependent variable, namely Purchase Decision (Y). The object of this study were partners of CV Sukaku Abdi Utama with a total population of 215 partners and sampling using probability sampling technique with random sampling method so that a total sample of 68 respondents was obtained. The results of the study show that sales promotions partially influence purchasing decisions and service quality influences purchasing decisions of CV Sukaku Abdi Utama consumers. The results of the simultaneous variable test have the result that sales promotion and service quality have an influence on the consumer purchasing decision variable by 0.722 or 72.2%, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of 72.2% on the purchase decision can be influenced by Sales Promotion (X1) and Service Quality (X2) and the value of 27.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products in Tangerang Regency. The population taken from this research is ABC store consumers, the type of research used is quantitative research, the sample used was 100 respondents with The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique. The analysis used is the multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that the independent and dependent variables have partial and simultaneous influence. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) value of R Adjusted Square are 0.564, which means that the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable of 0.564 or is presented as 56.4% while the remaining 43.6% is explained by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

Understanding student expectations about offering the best educational experience is crucial in the education business. As a result, customer-oriented methods to management are widely used at higher education institutions (HEI). The customer-oriented approach to students as customers has been examined from several perspectives in academic literature. However, it has rarely been addressed in terms of comparing public and private universities. The current study attempted to evaluate disparities in student expectations of their educational experience at public and private colleges using a student-customer orientation questionnaire (SCOQ). The sample comprised of 238 undergraduate students from Indonesian universities. The study discovered intriguing distinctions between university kinds in terms of graduation, curriculum design, communication with service staff, classroom studies, individual studies, and course design.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of tornado victims in Ranca Ekek, Sumedang Regency and Cicalengka, Bandung Regency. Empowerment of tornado victims. The research method uses a qualitative approach that describes events in locations affected by tornadoes. Data collection techniques were interviews with several victims, RW administrators and RW administrators, observation at the location, photographing the condition of the places and houses of residents affected by the tornado. Literacy studies related to the tornado phenomenon include books and the internet. Conclusion The impact that occurred on the victims resulted in damage to people's houses and sales stalls on the side of the road so that they had no shelter to take shelter in and lost a place to sell. Empowerment of residents affected by tornadoes, consisting of 5 affected sub-districts, namely Rancaekek, Cicalengka and Cileunyi sub-districts, Bandung Regency, as well as Mangunraja and Jatinangor sub-districts, Sumedang Regency. Erected tents for around 121 residents, provided treatment to around 113 residents with minor injuries and 10 moderate injuries. In the future, the Regent of Sumedang and the Regent of Bandung will allocate assistance to the community so they can rebuild houses and kiosks for selling.
