Abstract

Implementation of work Human Resources (HR) is the most important capital in an organization. This research aims to analyze the influence of job analysis and career development on the performance of PT employees. Youngan Indo Maju in Tangerang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 130 employees who worked at PT Youngan Indo Maju. The determination of the number of samples used is a saturated sample. Data analysis in this research was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that job analysis has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Youngan Indo Maju, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Youngan Indo Maju and position analysis and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Youngan Indo Maju. Suggestions are put forward in this research so that PT Youngan Indo Maju explains the weight of work to employees at PT Youngan Indo Maju well. So that employees know the priority work that must be done

Abstract

The world of work has undergone major changes as a result of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. Organizations and individuals must quickly adapt to the demands of ever-evolving skills and new technologies. The purpose of this study is to investigate talent management strategies that are useful for addressing challenges and capitalizing on opportunities in this era of disruption. The study identifies the latest trends in human resource management and related technologies by reviewing relevant literature. The results show that improving both hard and soft skills is essential. Hard skills, such as the ability to use digital technology and data analysis, are essential to cope with technological change, while soft skills, such as the ability to communicate, collaborate, and lead, are essential to adapt to new work dynamics. Foreign language proficiency is increasingly important if you want to collaborate and compete in the global market. To apply knowledge and acquire relevant skills, practical training is needed, both inside and outside the work environment. By implementing these strategies, companies can maintain their competitiveness and maximize the potential of their employees in the dynamic technological era. To ensure long-term success, companies must adopt a proactive approach to their talent development.

Abstract

Employee management practices at Universitas Tangerang Raya have not been widely discussed, whereas studies on these practices need to be conducted for joint evaluation purposes. This study discusses the management practices of lecturers and employees based on indicators of recruitment, training, performance appraisal, career planning, job definition, employee participation, and compensation. The author uses a qualitative research method and data is obtained through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with leaders, lecturers, and employees of Universitas Tangerang Raya. The researcher found evidence that employee management practices based on indicators of recruitment, training, performance appraisal, career planning, job definition, employee participation, and compensation have been implemented quite well. What is new in this study is the strategy carried out by Universitas Tangerang Raya in managing employees effectively and efficiently to achieve the university's vision, mission, and goals. The approach used by Universitas Tangerang Raya to effectively and efficiently manage staff in order to fulfil the institution's vision, purpose, and objectives is novel in this study.
