Abstract

The scientific approach to computer technology is a support in all fields of education and at all levels of education. One of them is about the Internet of Things or what is usually called IoT. At the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA), computer technology knowledge and the like are a support for learning, but this knowledge cannot be directly obtained considering that there are no scientific resources such as teachers who are experts in this field, high implementation costs, concerns about security and data privacy, resistance to change, and inadequate technological infrastructure. By overcoming these challenges through the right approach and adequate support, implementing IoT in TPA can bring significant benefits in improving the quality of education and students' readiness to face an increasingly digital future. Based on these points, lecturers from the Faculty of Computer Science, Kosgoro 1957 Institute of Business and Informatics, designed Community Service activities (PKM) with the main aim of implementing the Internet of Things (IoT) in the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) in order to improve the quality of education in an innovative and efficient way. By utilizing IoT, this activity is expected to make a real contribution to the transformation of education in TPA. This activity was carried out in the form of a workshop, including providing intensive workshops to teachers and students about the basics of IoT, the use of IoT devices, and other technologies related to IoT. Apart from that, there was also an outreach session for teachers and students about the benefits and importance of IoT in life. The application of IoT in TPA not only improves the quality of learning, but also has broad implications, such as empowering teachers in using technology, as well as increasing awareness of the importance of being wise in using technology. This PKM activity can also be a model for other educational institutions in adopting technology to improve the quality and effectiveness of education.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, algoritma dalam media sosial telah menjadi alat yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan efektivitas bisnis. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada peran algoritma dalam personalisasi konten, optimasi engagement, akurasi pencarian, dan deteksi konten berbahaya. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana algoritma dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis sentimen dari komentar dan ulasan serta untuk memahami dampaknya terhadap persepsi publik terhadap merek, produk, dan isu tertentu. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis data teks melalui teknik pemrosesan bahasa alami dan model pembelajaran mesin untuk menilai emosi dan opini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma dapat secara efektif meningkatkan relevansi konten, meningkatkan interaksi pengguna, dan memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang sentimen publik, yang memungkinkan perusahaan untuk membuat keputusan strategis yang lebih baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun algoritma memiliki potensi besar dalam memperbaiki pengalaman pengguna dan memaksimalkan hasil bisnis, penting untuk menjaga transparansi dan etika dalam penggunaannya untuk menghindari masalah privasi dan penyalahgunaan data.  Penelitian juga menyoroti pentingnya pemantauan berkelanjutan dan penyesuaian algoritma untuk memastikan mereka tetap efektif dan etis. Algoritma yang digunakan dalam media sosial harus dioptimalkan secara reguler untuk mengadaptasi perubahan dalam perilaku pengguna dan tren industri. Selain itu, harus ada upaya terus-menerus untuk mengatasi potensi bias yang mungkin muncul dalam proses analisis data, agar hasil yang diperoleh tidak hanya akurat tetapi juga adil. Kebijakan privasi yang jelas dan perlindungan data yang ketat juga menjadi aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan. Dengan pendekatan yang hati-hati dan proaktif dalam pengelolaan algoritma, perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan mencapai tujuan bisnis, sambil membangun kepercayaan dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar etika dan regulasi yang berlaku.

Abstract

UMKM in Srengseng Sawah Village face significant challenges in digital marketing, particularly in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize their strategies. Many UMKM still rely on conventional methods, lacking the knowledge and tools to harness AI for market analysis, customer engagement, and automated marketing. This community service program aims to bridge this gap by providing training and mentoring on AI applications in digital marketing. The program seeks to enhance UMKM understanding of AI in digital marketing, equip them with practical skills to use AI tools, improve their marketing effectiveness, and document the outcomes for broader dissemination. The program aims to achieve increased digital literacy among UMKM, development of a reusable training module, higher revenue through AI-driven marketing, a scientific publication, and a prototype AI-based digital platform if feasible.
