Abstract: The objective of this study is to describe the implications of modernization on traditional games for children and adolescents in Guali Village, Kusambi District, West Muna Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Subjects in this study were determined by purposive snowball that is the samples were obtained through a rolling process from one respondent to another and were usually used to explain the social or communication (sociometric) patterns of a particular community. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implications of modernization on traditional games for children and adolescents in Guali Village, Kusambi District, West Muna Regency are as follows: (a) economic implications, (b) health implications, (c), social implications, and (d) implications of the loss of creative ideas.Keywords: Implication, moderenization, traditional games, children and adolescents

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kecenderungan anak-anak remaja lebih memilih permainan modern dari pada permainan tradisional di Desa Guali, Kecamatan Kusambi, Kabupaten Muna Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Guali, Kecamatan Kusambi Kabupaten Muna Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data Primer diperoleh dengan hasil wawancara mendalam kepada informan yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti untuk menjelaskan tentang tema penelitian.Adapun yang menjadi sumber data primer adalah anak-anak remaja serta orang tua anak remaja yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari pengamatan atau melakukan observasi, selebihnya merupakan data tambahan seperti dokumen dan lain-lain. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pengamatan terlibat (Participation Observation), Wawancara mendalam (Indepth Interview) dan Dokumentasi (Documentation). .Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif-kualitatif dengan menyusun satuan-satuan data yang dikumpul dari hasil pengamatan (Observasi) dan wawancara (Interview) serta dikumpulkan sesuai dengan golongannya, kemudian dilakukan analisis reduksi untuk mengevaluasi data yang kurang relevan, membuat abstraksi dan menyusun satuan-satuan data, melakukan kategorisasi data serta menyusun antar kategori data yang lainnya, sehingga dapat ditemukanmakna dan kesimpulannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan anak-anak remaja lebih memilih Permainan Modern dari pada Permainan Tradisional di Desa Guali, Kecamatan Kusambi Kabupaten Muna Barat adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Dorongan keinginan dan mudah dimainkan, (2) Dorongan untuk Mengembangkan bakat, dan (3) Menghilangkan rasa gengsi. Kata kunci: Kecenderungan, anak-anak remaja, permainan modern, permainan tradisional.

So far, the management of orphan funds at Al-Inayah mosque has been made bookkeeping globally so that there are difficulties in making financial reports to the community, planning and managing funds that are not neatly organized so that the management is considered unaccountable and transparent. So that a mentoring activity or counselor is needed that can help managers more precisely in choosing and sorting out various priorities for orphan needs, can plan the use of funds properly, carry out appropriate activities, correct evaluation, neat organization, compile financial statements in accordance with financial accounting standards, accountable and transparent. The methods used are problem analysis, formation & socialization of new management, provision of financial management materials &; financial transparency, coordination of orphan guardians & account creation, and evaluation. The result obtained is that the implementation of assistance in the management of orphan funds at the Al-Inayah mosque in Melik hamlet, Parijatah Kulon village has gone according to plan, runs in an orderly manner, smoothly and is able to provide benefits and convenience to mentoring participants and orphans. This community service activity needs to be continued in the future so that the ability to manage orphans' funds becomes even better.

The objective of the study was to empirically test the effect of growth, tangibility, firm size, business risk, liquidity, profitability, corporate tax rate and non-debt tax shield on debt policy in the food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over the period from 2005 to 2013. Previous research on this topic was reviewed in order to provide context for the current study. Purposive sampling was utilized as a sampling technique, and seven companies were selected based on predefined criteria. Panel data regression with a fixed effect model was applied to analyze the data, with the objective of testing the hypothesis. The findings indicated that growth, tangibility, firm size, liquidity, profitability, and non-debt tax shield were significant determinants of debt policy. In contrast, business risk and corporate tax rate were found to exert a limited influence on debt policy.

This study explores the transformative impact of literacy programs in underserved villages, employing a qualitative methodology to analyze the experiences of participants and stakeholders. Through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and participant observations, the research examines how literacy initiatives contribute to individual empowerment and community development. The findings reveal that such programs not only enhance reading and writing skills but also foster social cohesion, economic opportunities, and a sense of agency among community members. The study underscores the importance of culturally relevant and community-driven approaches in designing and implementing effective literacy interventions.

This research aims to examine the possibility of a tourism development strategy in improving the community's economy after the Covid 19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative method by conducting a literature study. This type of research is a type of research by presenting a collection of data from various literatures that are closely related to the side of the world tourism development strategy in improving the economic sector of the post Covid-19 pandemic community. The data taken can be in the form of scientific journals, books, articles and other sources of information relevant to the research topic. In the literature review research method, researchers usually carry out the process of searching and collecting data through various sources of information. After that, the collected data are analyzed and evaluated to support the formulation of hypotheses, theoretical frameworks, or conclusions in the research and then draw red threads and conclusions. The results of this study concluded that tourism is a very important sector for Indonesia, both in terms of economy and cultural promotion to foreign countries. To revive tourism in East Java after the COVID-19 pandemic. The East Java Provincial Government has made various efforts, including: tourism promotion strategies through public relations strategies, development of tourism destinations with various facilities, cooperation with public development, tourism, with a marine base.

Karyawan adalah aset penting bagi perusahaan. Kepuasan karyawan mendorong mereka memberikan yang terbaik. Absensi kehadiran memainkan peran penting dalam setiap pekerjaan. Saat ini, banyak perusahaan masih menggunakan absensi manual dengan kertas, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan, ketidakefektifan, kelupaan, ketidakakuratan laporan, kehilangan kertas, dan manipulasi data. Menggunakan sistem informasi aplikasi presensi dapat mengatasi masalah ini. Dengan aplikasi presensi, karyawan hanya perlu menggunakan smartphone untuk absen, memudahkan perusahaan dalam pengelolaan absensi karyawan.

Sumber data dari penelitian ini senagai informan yaitu Sekretaris Camat, Kasi Kependudukan, Kasubbag Umum dan Kepegawaian, dan Kasi Pembangunan. Teknik pengumpulan data nenggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap pra-lapangan, tahap pekerjaan lapangan, tahap analisis data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang mengetahui bahwa perencanaan arsip meliputi penciptaan arsip, pelayanan arsip, jenis arsip, ruang dan tempat penyimpanan arsip. Pengorganisasian arsip meliputi pembiayaan arsip, peralatan dan perlengkapan arsip, penerimaan dan pencatatan arsip, sistem penyimpanan arsip, asas penyimpanan arsip. Pengendalian arsip meliputi mengidentifikasi kerusakan arsip, pengamanan arsip, perawatan arsip, penyusutan dan pemusnahan arsip, peminjaman dan penemuan arsip. Pengawasan arsip meliputi evaluasi pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang menangani langsung masalah pengarsipan.

The purpose of this study was to find out how to organize classes during online learning during the covid-19 pandemic, and to find out what the inhibiting and supporting factors were at MI Assegaf Palembang. This study uses qualitative research methods, using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were principals as key informants, education staff, and teachers as supporting informants. The data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this study is that classroom organization during online learning during the pandemic has been going well, according to indicators that support the course of classroom organization, namely, curriculum, teachers, students, facilities, and media. The results of these indicators are 1) curriculum, which is very supportive of the course of the class organization; 2) teachers, that is, almost all of the teacher's tasks at the time of class organization have gone well; 3) students, namely in terms of class organization, students have carried out their duties appropriately; 4) facilities, namely in online learning, the facilities used are by the process; 5) media, namely the online learning process using WhatsApp media more often. The supporting factors are facilities owned by students such as cellphones, laptops, and internet access. The inhibiting factor is that some students still don't have cellphones and some parents still don't understand using cellphones for online learning.
